Had a world load error and tried everything to get a good recovery. I was able to get the world to load from a edit in the apps folder but when I loaded in the 100 by 100 perimeter that I had finished was filled in with the new terrain since I was there with my character. Also, all entities were deleted. As you can imagine I found this unacceptable and tried to get ahold of the Mojang support team. I was able to put a ticket in and got a quick response to come to find out that guy that was not a employee of mojang and his best advice was to have more backups. I knew that and was way past that point and was not looking to hear it. I was looking for solutions not advice. As far as I am aware these world corruptions have been around since launch of this game and all you would have to do to fix it for the pc version is track the last 5 saves in the app folder. Very disappointing to see a game be around and not fix a major issue.

Worst experience i've ever had with a company. Purchased realms and was told by their tech support that i would have to delete and re buy my realms server every month after continusly taking my server down then charged my card for a year but they said they couldnt do anything about it so i have to get a whole new bank card and switch over all my bills and accounts. I hope they don't survive as a company because they don't deserve to.

I have sent them over 50 tickets in one whole year. 39 didn't even get a reply, not even my first one, I had to wait for my 12th ticket to get a reply, from a bot, and then no real human interaction after that.
Finally, my 49th ticket, I got a human reply after 10 days, but got then closed after I hadn't reply for two days in a row (due to personal reasons).
Absolutely terrible.
Don't even buy the game if you don't want any kind of problems.

Absolute worst support I've ever gotten.
I somehow managed to fill out 9 of the 10 migration support criteria's, even though I bought my account over a decade ago. I don't remember the email I used, but I still have access to it. My request gets DECLINED and my old account is forever gone.

I was playing and went to the end to kill the fragon for a second time and found a second dragon egg i picked it up then instantly died and got back to the end in under 3 minutes and all my stuff was gone. I work all day and only get to play the game for thirty minutes like once a week. You want to know how long it took in total 10 hours to kill the dragon by hand and get back to my base which all of my gear was destroyed so i had to go minning again which lasted in total another 5 hours.

Bought Realm, found out it is one of the worst server you can ever get, asked for a refund since it is unplayable, customer then just keeps asking for my transaction code even if I send him several times. He's just like a redstone repeater locked in a bedrock room: no matter what you are trying to do about it, it's just asking constantly: what's your transaction code? Then well, my transaction code is mojang-is-doomed!

Terrible it has been a whole month of them saying they will help and not helping. I thought the reviews were lying at first then I realized how true they were I really hope this multibillion dollar company actually helps their consumers because it is terrible.

No way to actually contact anyone other than the worst forums I've ever seen, company owes me over $50 after they "updated" the game a whipped all my purchases on pat,game opens up to a demo and I have no access to the Greek mythology mashup pack or the two texture packs I bought with the game years ago, won't even let me sign in with a Mojang account, has a fake button saying "sign in" that you can't even select.

Overall, Minecraft seems to be falling further and further down the greedy company crapshoot and will only scam you and create a game that gets buggier and buggier favoring players that make a new world every update rather than those that want to keep a long term world, they had auto save as a feature of consoles but removed it cause I guess they couldn't fix the lag it caused, and I have games that now are permanently STUCK with autosaves that I cannot remove (no setting to change that anymore) and don't actually save, but instead just lag the game to the point of literally freezing for up to two whole minutes, every 5 minutes.

Never thought I would say this, but the game is failing, and likely only going to get worse as Microsoft milks it for all they can, I'm sure 10 years from now the mention of Minecraft will bring the same feelings to people as the mention of baland
wonderworld does, just lost potential and a hatred for what it became

Mojang is engaged in deliberate corporate fraud. They charge for 'Realms' that do not work, and a game that does not function with Realms at all.
I am filing a complaint with; the BBB, Attorney General of California, Federal Trade Commission, and every international trade protection group I can find.
This company is morally bankrupt, and needs to be bankrupt.

Mojang allows malicious hackers to ruin a fun simple game. The kids are not safe. I don't feel safe. And the amount of unfairness from hackers to normal kids... let's just say the bad out ways the good protect your children!!!

They store your previous usernames and you can not have them removed unless they have personally identifiable information in them. For mojang, it doesn't matter if people can identify you by your old username, no, for them personally identifiable means full name or address. This is just stupid

Very unprofessional. Every person I've emailed with has either stopped answering after the first encounter or send me a very generic answer guide that is not helpful at all. Once I express that they all no longer answer emails or Twitter

Absolute disgrace.
Games not loading and basically unplayable. Upset 7 year old waiting to play but nothing. They've taken money and not refunded but still claim they can't help.

My account keeps getting locked and customer service will not help me. They are aweful and never get back to you. The address are also dead addresses which makes me wondered if they are not scammers. it is aweful.

Customer service is atrocious. There is no service. Incredibly confusing, and ultimately unreliable to even attempt getting help or support beyond an endless rabbit hole of articles. Will not purchase Mojang products in the future.

they didn't help at all it was like they never even read me email. all they did was sent a bunch of links, unrelated to my problem. it also takes forever to even get a response and the response is totally useless.

3 weeks to get a reply then 1 week after first reply and then (so far) 1,5 weeks after second reply.

They did send me a "rate our support" though, like the issue was resolved...

Mojang support is a shame to the game and to Microsoft.

Hi. a couple of days ago i was able to join servers on bedrock like cubecraft and the hive and ect. but now when i log in with my microsoft account it says coming soon??? just super confused why it's saying that when i played on the servers a couple days ago.

Any kind of problem related to the, mojang minecraft game, such as if you are not able to login, not able to activate the game, not able to transfer the game data, server problem, not able to make new world in the game, data loss, all kinds of editon pc version, x-box version and moblie version.

Like ICEMAGE69 I also had the pleasure of dealing with Adam. Adam is credit to team. Talking to Adam is like talking to a solid wall of barely topical copy-pasted nonsense.

Adam's is a new and bold take on customer service, wherein his aim seems to be to simply drive the customer away through sheer frustration. Grab the cash, then beat them away with a stick! Gone are the days when you had to actually formulate situational words to deal with a customer! Handy phrasebook of 'Please go away in ten different easy to copy phrases' no doubt supplied courtesy of mojang.

Didn't Microsoft buy Mojang a while back for quite a bit of cash? It's a shame that when all that money was tossed about, none of it landed within the realm of 'Let's make sure paying customers get what they payed for'.

My advice is to avoid dealing with Mojang if you possibly can. It's not worth your time or your sanity.

I understand most of the reviews here are negative, I however had a positive experience with Mojang, when I had an extra minecraft account charged on my card, they fixed it for me very quickly!
