Horrible. My daughter forgot her password and when she clicks the password reset the company does not send the reset link. Took weeks to get an initial response. I have spent the last 3 weeks going back and forth with a rep. Bottom line I supplied the type of purchase confirmation receipt the website states is needed in order to get the password reset fixed yet I am then told the dates do not match the day she created her user ID. It was created over 6 yrs ago! No way anyone would remember the exact day they created the ID after purchase. Regardless, I have the email from the Mojang company and they won't help my daughter reset the password for "security reasons". I have the info their website lists and the rep won't help me. I asked to speak with a higher level troubleshooting technician and the rep blew me off telling me she can't help a message is closing the help ticket. Ludicrous. Worst customer service ever.
