Worst Customer Service Ever!!! Can Never Get Online Orders To Go Through. And When You Call The 800 Number For Help, If They Ever Answer The Phone, They Cant Help You Because They Dont Know What Theyre Doing And Dont Have The Answers!got So Sick Of Trying To Order Online That I Changed To Kroger And Walmart. Now I Have No Ordering Issues!

I received a $50 gift card for Meijer spent an hour making my grocery list online only to find they don't take gift cards online!!! I am a shut in and can't visit a store so my friend wasted $50. Who doesn't accept gift cards online???? It's 2023! Only company I've ever known to not accept the online. I've never been a Meijer fan and now I'm totally against the. Don't bother to buy gift cards for friends

Shipped at Meijer chesterfield Michigan this morning got to check out gave girl my coupons she checked me out and forgot to deduct my coupons then told me to go to customer service and they would handle it but customer service is all the way across the store and I have bad knees and wasn't about to walk across the store last time I will be shopping at Meijer.

Meijer checkout lines suck. You spend way touch time in their lines anymore. The two or three lines they might even have open. Would never recommend them to anyone and if I'm in a hurry I go somewhere else.

To whom may concern, Meijer's is not a union. They don't care about the Co workers, they want to be mean and they don't care if you have a family they just want to hurt you. Be carful with the products did such as jars, cans and boxes it will break or fall on you. Just watch your back. Be careful with the items the prices don't match with the area, double checking the prices.

With the redesigning of the checkout with attendant not self checkout you have made it very inefficient. It is designed for a bagger to be loading the groceries. But when I have gone there is never a bagger. The cashier has to stop what he is doing and load the groceries. I was trying to help and dropped everything all over the floor. The cashier was so nice and came around to assist me but it is a crazy waist of his effort and mine. I am 73 and do not like self checkout if I have more that 20 items. When someone redesigned did they actually stand in the line after to watch the inefficiencies they have caused. Was this someone who reviewed the movements of the cashier. Not understanding how this made anything better

bought a tv and Roku on 12/22/22.Paid by credit card.
Could not get it to work. Called tv company - they did not call back for 24 hours and then I could not understand the man.
Houseguest complained so much that we drove to her sister's in Indianapolis to pick up her tv on Christmas Day.
It works.
Took TV, Roku and warranties and receipts to Marion IN Meijer. I shop there several times per week.
They refused to accept the return and offered another TV - which I explained I do not need nor want.
I finally tossed the TV on the floor (It had been boxed up securely.)
Next thing I knew two goons appreaed and told me to leave. I headed out the door with my property that Meijer refused to allow me to return.
One goon accompanied me. I said to him 'you are not walking me out." He said he was going to do so, alleging I had threatened an employee. THAT is a lie!
His co-goon called him back. I left.
I have shopped several times per week at Meijer Marion for 10+ years, but have already transferred my nine prescriptions to Walgreens. I am an active opponent of the Meijer organization.

I had a horrible cashier customer service experience at the Urbana IL location. The cashier didn't want to bag my groceries because I had my own shopping bag. I would have been totally fine with that but she was rude and couldn't seem to get past me daring to put my bag on her counter for the entire checkout. News flash, you're touching every customers products that they've held in their hands with who knows what's on them and your worried about my reusable shopping bag? She wanted to argue with me about everything from that point forward, I think over charged me on paper towels and laughed about her rudeness. I explained I'd walk across to customer service to let them know how funny she thought it was and she tells me well you can but they are not going to do anything about it. I did go just because other customers should not need to put up with the attitude of someone who doesn't want to be at worK. I'm looking for other ways to teach this person customer service if she's not getting that support on the job. My experience at this store is generally pleasant maybe this checker is hopefully quitting this month and best riddance to her. Meijer please treat your employees right so they don't take it out on customers.

I was searching for a specific formula, tha app states it is in stock. I've gone to directly to stores finding it is not in stock. I called the Cincinnati store on Harrison and the customer service stated they couldn't help me, by confirming it's in stock. TARGET, on the other hand, transferred me to someone that walked to the floor and in the back just to look for their hypoallergenic formula. Unfortunately, they did not have any but this young kid took the time to help. Your stores have a policy against helping people. I will tell ehever that will listen to not shop at Meijers!!

I had finished buying my items when I realized I forgot one thing so before I left the store I ask one of the greeters at the door if I could leave my cart there and he said he'd watch it. I get my item, return to find a different greeter with my cart and(stupidly) I don't check it before I leave. When I get home I realize two items are missing, I call customer service and they tell me to bring in the receipt next time. I do that and after they determine that my items were not returned to the store after being lost they tell me they will NOT check the cameras to find out what actually happened and they will NOT reimburse me for any of my lost items. Do not trust a word they say.

While in the store in Center rd in burton tonight November 26th 2022. I was insulted by the door greater, Robin. I feel as if she forgot her Job is to welcome customers and tell them to have a good day as they leave. However miss Robin decided to tell me how my outfit which completely covered my entire body was not lady like. Someone should remind Miss Robin that if she has nothing nice to say keeping her big mouth shut would have been the wiser option. Very poor service on Robins part.

Black Friday Ad. Buy one get another gadget of equal or lesser value for 1 dollar. Excludes Oxo and Pyrex. Starts 11/20/22-11/26/22. This Ad was posted next to the cookie cutters. At the check out I was not given the Ad price. I went to customer service. I was told by the young man ,who appeared to be a manager that cookie cutters are not gadgets. I was informed by the store floor manager that cookie cutters are not gadgets. I asked for my money back. I consider this Ad to be misleading. A cookie cutters is a gadget. I've shopper at Meijers for years. You have lost a customer. I realize, what is one customer, it means nothing to you. If anyone asks me I will tell what happened. I didn't raise my voice, yet I was laughed at by the floor manager who turned away and said she didn't care. She didn't make the rules, it was company policy.

Bought shoes for my bf 4 days ago. They didn't fit him. So I just tried to return them. The lady told me they were soiled and she couldn't put them back on the shelf BEFORE she even opened the box, which still looks brand new. The shoes are fine, NOT soiled. She kept laughing at me and being really rude and petty with me. Can't believe someone would abuse such a small modicum of power like that, but she suuure did! This was in Danville, IL. Will definitely try to return to a different Meijer where they honor the printed policy they show to customers.

i was shopping in the produce department i was telling a person that was working that was working in the department if he had anymore apples the apples they had out was not really good shape. he told me you can't be picky want you get .i felt very disrespectful in his comments he made to me

Terrible terrible the customer service rep gogi is disrespectful and unprofessional he using his supervisor job to the fullest and not even bothering looking into it instead he's sweeping it under the rug and put in notes to have other reps not help either I just want someone over him to look into things

Everyone beware. My final online receipt for delivery gives me one total but yet my credit card is charged $6.95 more. This has happened every time I have ordered since May. I did not notice this at first. I was supposed to be getting free delivery. In the beginning I was told it was a technical problem and for some reason their system was adding the 6.95 back to my charge. They said they are working on it. They are still working on it. When I call customer service for a refund it is like pulling teeth. Each one gives me a different reason as to why they think the credit card total is different than the Meijer total. Some treat me like I am stupid or a cheat. I am tired of this. If they know this is happening and it is a technical issue that they are working on. Why are they giving me a hard time in giving me the 6.95 back.

Meijer on Jackson Ave in Ann arbor I was in there last night about 7 730 pm on Aug 10 2022 the cashier was terrible had to put all my pop up for her to scan. She try to charge me 11.16 dollars for 24 pk of water. I said that not right. So she slammed the shoes on the belt left the cash register. And went and got someone else. This woman came over and said I was be rude I said am not paid 1100 dollars for 24 pack of water.then she said if u said please I will take it off. So I walk out of the store after she keep saying I can refuse you like three or four time. Terrible sevice

Meijer is a total farce in my opinion. I placed an order 1 week ago for a hamburger product. This was to be picked up today for an event today. This morning received a call saying they did not have the product. Have to cancel event for 250 people! Do not take orders you cannot fulfill!

Shop at the store on springboro pike... Shopped today and 5 items scanned higher than marked. Prices are going crazy... Must do better to keep up... Staffing in service deli is terrible. Staff is helpful.. But regularly only 1 person on duty.

Talked to self checkout clerk... Did not even acknowledge me... She was busy and was looking straight at me.. Wasn't mean, just rude. My comment was there are a lot of items ringing up incorrectly... No response.

Stop mixing men and women's shoes and clothing. The whole social engineering experiment that you're doing is a disaster and it is also ruining the shopping experience. Men are men and women are women. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out what has been most obvious for millenia up until this "most enlightened period". Don't get offended by this. Just embrace the reality that there is a glorious difference between men and women that should be celebrated by both men and women rather than confused.

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. -- Meijer opened a newly designed convenience store and gas station on Aug. 28, adjacent to the retailer's Grand Rapids, Mich.-based headquarters. The new location will be the first Meijer c-store to include a full-service Starbucks.
Meijer and Shipt offer alcohol home delivery in Ohio
Along with milk and bread, you can now have beer and wine delivered right to your door from Meijer. The grocery store chain announced Thursday that Ohio customers using their membership-based home delivery service can add alcohol to their orders.
Diesel vehicles mistakenly filled with regular gas in Franklin Meijer gas station
Meijer is warning drivers who purchased diesel fuel from the store's Franklin location last week that their vehicle may have been mistakenly filled with regular gasoline. According to a Meijer customer advisory, the mixup happened at the Meijer at 2390 N.
