Horrible customer service. I had all Kitchen Aid appliances for 25 years without problems. Purchased an oven last month. 3 separate deliveries with damaged prdts. And customer service is terrible. Their attempts to reschedule are ineffective. And their concern for their prdt delivery is poor.

Not able to use my $3200.00 2017 Kitchenaid microwave oven since September 2023 because kitchenaid part.com does not have the part. They don't have any ideas when the part would become available.

Kitchenaid warranty service is the absolute worst I have dealt with. First your issue is handed over to GUINCO the service end of the warranty. Then you are told that there is a FEE for the company (GUINCO) to come out to look at the problem. I'm kind of OK with that but if the problem is found and its a warranty issue you are NOT REFUNDED the service fee. That is issue #1 now for #2 KITCHENAID scheduled the appointment for me. They also said that they would put me on the CANCELATION List. So If an appointment opened sooner they would let me know. Well something opened up for the next day. I sat home waiting for Their TECH DANIEL R.to arrive between 2 - 5pm. No one shows up so I call their Phone # 480-536-9001. And I'm told that the TECH called me and no one answered ( I had my phone with me all day and I did not receive any calls). They also read my address to me and no such address exists. So after giving the correct address to them which they got from KITCHENAID, I AM NOW TOLD THAT I HAVE TO WAIT A WEEK BEFORE THEY CAN GET SOMEONE HERE TO TRY AND REPAIR MY REFRIGERATOR. AND I'M ONLY GIVING 1 STAR BECAUSE I CAN'T GIVE "0" !!!!!!

I bought a Kitchen Aid fridge in 8/2020. My ice maker stopped working. Come to find out it's a manufacturer issue. The wires on the freezer side underneath are what looked to be cut because it has been pinched by opening and closing the door. They did not allow enough slack for opening and closing. Called Kitchen Aid and I have to spend $150 for technician to confirm this with them when I already called a technician who verified this. That's how we knew what was wrong. Oh but it's not their technician they use. So I called the technician they use and he said even if they came out and looked at it and verified that issue I would still have to pay the $150 and they can't do nothing about it anyway. It is infact a manufacture issue and the only way to fix it is replacing the door. Technician said they can repair the wires but might only last 6 months. So why do that for it do break in 6 months. Technician told me I need to call Kitchen Aid. Well I did and they say that's not covered under warranty. BS!! It's a manufacturing issue, why is that not covered? Why do I have to spend $1400 for a door on a $3800 fridge that's only 3 years old!!! This is so unfair. I'm disgusted and will never ever buy a kitchen aid again in my life. For that price they should stand behind their products. So ashamed of this company. They are scammers and take advantage of people! We don't make hardly any money and now I'm stuck with a expensive fridge with no ice maker. I invested in this fridge for two reasons, one I needed a counter depth fridge cause of my narrow kitchen and this one was the least depth and I thought Kitchen Aid would be more quality and last a very long time so I decided to go ahead and spend the way extra money but boy was I wrong!!! Horrible appliances!

Whirlpools response to me and the BBB: we have escalated his concerns and will hear from someone within 3 days. It's been about 8 months and still waiting for either call.

ONCE THEY GET YOUR MONEY YOU ARE NOTHING!!

Please if you're considering purchasing, google all the reviews. I even had my company pull them from the purchase program.

Worst costumer service I have ever experienced with appliance! Spent $6,200 for a defective oven and KitchenAid doesn't care because it's past warranty. Warranty or not your company sold me a defective oven and now it must be completely dismantled after 2 years of hardly any use. Not to mention not one oven repair person has ever replaced this part on this oven which confirms something was wrong when oven was put together. Before the oven got to my house something was wrong with it. KitchenAid sold me a faulty oven and I will never purchase kitchenAid again in my life. On top of that I will share that the company doesn't matter how much you pay if they sell you a faulty item and it's past warranty your screwed and they don't care. Absolutely heartless company. Purchasing an oven from you has been a NIGHTMARE!!!!

I spent over $1,200 on a dishwasher and it was delivered broken. Not broken on or by delivery, but internal parts that were literally broken inside the unit. There were pieces just strewn at the bottom broken. The dishwasher cannot be used. KitchenAid said they would send the parts. It has been a month and still no parts. I called their customer "service" and demanded the part be overnighted. They simply said no and gave me an estimated waiting time of 12 to 14 MORE days. I have wasted my money. I am now going to return it. Kitchen AID does not deserve my money, or anyone's money.

Terrible company for customer service and returns. Called twice for refund. Kept promising my credit. Took forever to find my return. On hold for two 10 minute periods. Couldn't understand person's English.still waiting. Will never buy from them again.

Please do not buy a Kitchenaid Refridgerator - at best a $3800 fridge will last 2 years. And though they continue to sell the same model that they stopped selling replacement parts. So if you are like me - it breaks and they cannot fix it. But you can be part of their wonderful loyalty program and they will provide a lousy discount to buy another one that will also break without being able to get it fixed

No to very poor service from Kitchen Aid. They do not stand behind their products nor honor their warranties very well. I bought two a refrigerator and a stove. One is a complete lemon and the other they won't find a resolution to five it. I would recommend that you think twice about these high-priced appliances before you purchase them. There is very little support!

The KitchenAid French door bottom freezer has the worst icemaker ever known. It makes very small ice. There's very little storage capacity. It's constantly freezing over. If you don't empty the bin every single day it'll freeze over and you won't be able to get it out. Do not buy this fridge.! they will attempt to fix it and if it doesn't get fixed, they will turn it over to an extended warranty service company and tell you that their one-year warranty has now expired

Would never recommend kitchenade appliances. We bought top of the line refrigerator. We have had a service man here 7 times for repair on a 2 yr old appliance. They will not cover anything after 2years. We lost everything in the freezer twice. And the water ruined our floor. Beware
Buy anything else.

I called 32 days after I bought the stove. The paint was peeling off the iron grates. I was told this was a cosmetic 30 day warranty and my only options was to replace the grates with same 30 day warranty. I will never buy Kitchen Aid again.

Very disconnected, they set up service appointment with a third party appliance
repair company. Technician came out and gave diagnosis of issue and informed me I would be contacted with cost of part(s) and labor. I called them after not hearing anything
for 8 days.

The products (oven/stovetop and now dishwasher) have been horrid. The customer service is worse.

We made the mistake of buying a Kitchenaid dishwasher and it leaked on the first cycle and thought it was a fluke. Ran it a second time and it leaked underneath and side and destroyed our hardwood floor. We had to deal with the floor repair and refinish. Then tried dealing with Kitchenaid. What a joke. This should have been an automatic replacement since it was a defective model. But no we had to wait for a service technician to come out and verify it is leaking and where. And the service technician is only authorized to repair. We have a totally worthless brand new Kitchenaid dishwasher. Save yourself time and money and DO NOT PURCHASE A KITCHENAID dishwasher.

I have a kitchenaid food processor that won't turn on. This thing has only been used a handful of times. Contacted kitchenaid and they won't replace. It's under 2 years old but out of the warranty. Their stuff is not made to last anymore.

We made the mistake of buying a Kitchenaid dishwasher. During the initial installation on Feb. 8, it was quickly learned that it did not work. It took 10 days to get a Kitchenaid certified technician to come on site to determine that it had a faulty motor. Today, now five weeks after the initial installation and two cancelled service calls, a certified technician arrived and installed the correct motor. And now we will no longer have to wash our dishes by hand. And during this process, we had several failed attempts to contact Kitchenaid customer service to expedite the solution.

I purchased an expensive kitchen aid refrigerator in 2016 and almost immediately started having problems. I resolutely tried to resolve the issues . Each time an issue came up, which was usually about the water filtration system causing the whole machine to stop functioning, I would be on hold for up to two hours and find myself waiting for weeks for a technician to fix the problem, only to have it occur repeatedly.

Today I bought a whirlpool. I have lost countless hours and much good, not to mention the tension of waiting fir yet another problem.

I did have warranty, and I did follow instructions.

I have spoken to others who were purchasing appliances, and strongly encouraged them not to buy your product.

Sadly, I figure that at 3300 before warranty, thus fridge cost me 550 per year fir nothing but headaches.

I bought a kitchenaid gas stove in August 2020.Very quickly the paint was peeling off the grates. I called 33 days after purchase and was told this was cosmetic, NO WARRANTY after 30 days. I can't replace with something better , same 30 day warranty.
They look terrible.
Also the oven cleaning process is a joke.
I will never buy Kitchen aid again.

Still dealing with a non working brand new fridge. Has been down since the middle of November 22; now 3 months. Was suppose to get upgraded new fridge this morning; no call no show. When my husband called to see what the problem; the gentlemen screams at my husband. Absolutely worst experience ever and now another week plus of waiting for fridge that will probably not be any better than the last. You would think $4000 would buy something better. Would never recommend this for anyone!!!

I have been on hold for 1 hour and 46 minutes- do you think someone might pick up soon- I have been transferred to 3 different depts. This is an awful customer service line

The worst ever customer service, website is not helpful, I had to call the customer service to solve my issue. After calling for 3 days and waiting being on hold for more than an hour I just gave up!

I contacted KitchenAid about possible high lead content in their stand mixer attachments. The girl with whom I spoke sounded like a robot reading a script. She did not even sound human. Don't bother with this company anymore. All of my kitchen appliances are kitchenaid. Maybe I will move to another brand. However, I will continue investigating the allegations of lead and their mixer attachments and sign the petition for a lawsuit if there is lead in the attachments.

Impossible to contact customer service. Will not answer the phone, chat option is unavailable. Terrible customer service.

Great job and spectacular customer service.

Victoria helped me today on a blender that kept leaking. She handled the problem & was wonderful to work with. A real pleasure & huge asset to Kitchen Aid!
Thanks Victoria!

Bought the kitchen major appliances suite. The dishwasher is a nightmare with an unacceptable electrical humming noise throughout the cycle. The 1st repairman said it was normal. 2nd one said it was missing some insulation and ordered it. 3rd repairman said it is the new style of motor and not fixable.
Microwave in a drawer is a great idea for we older folk. Less over-the-head accident possibilities and all. The unit has a lot of great features but the lack of a back light on the control panel makes the operation very difficult without turning on a light and bending down to try to read the options.
The side by side refrigerator is now being to make a motor/fan noise which is what I thought I would avoid by buying better quality products.
Because of the shortage of available appliances at the beginning of 2021 I had to order and have delivered, all my appliances for my contractor to install in my new kitchen. That, of course, nullified the ability of returning the items. I really would have sent them all back and bought Bosch if I could have.
The service portion of my experience was very good.

Waited 3 hours and 7 minutes on hole. Finally gave up. The service company True Blue also tried to contact kitchen Aid. they waited over 2 hours on hold and also gave up. I would rate Kitchen Aid a zero out of 10. They are the absolute worst. I I have been trying to get a warranty issue resolved all the way back to April. The people at Kitchen Aid seem clueless.

Spoke with Sandra in Tennessee about slow cooker we purchased in January.....does not heat properly. She was more than good she was polite, understanding and solved our problem...sending a new one out and gave me all the info for returning the one we have. I hope you will commend her for a job well done.

I love your customer service. I sent back 2 toaster oven with heating problems. This time they sent me a new model, not a refurbished. No hassle.

I wrote letter to CEO of whirlpool and was very happy with the outcome. So my issue has been resolved to my satisfiction. SM

I bought a used Kitchenaid Classic stand mixer at an estate sale. It needed new protective pads and a flat beater. I spoke to a customer service rep named Melissa because I couldn't locate information on replacement parts for this older appliance. She asked questions to verify the exact model. There was no model number on the mixer, so she sent me one footpad to see if it was the right one. (It wasn't the same, but it seems to fit fine.) She also sent out the beater. She was very helpful with questions and provided useful information for my future needs. I am very impressed with her knowledge about the product and her helpfulness. I still need to call back to get the other four pads, but at least the first delivery was prompt.

I am so pleased!! I bought an attachment for my KA mixer--the grater. When I went to use it I could not get the shaft to fit through the casing. Mystified, I called customer service and explained. Immediately, the Rep offered to send out a new part free of charge. How wonderful when a company backs up its products! Turns out, there was a burr on the shaft, small, but big enough to stop full insertion. Thanks so much Kitchen Aid! I love your stuff.

I Have a Professional series Stand Up mixer. It stopped working and all I had to do was call KitchedAid and they had the new one being shipped the same day. As soon as I received the new one (in a couple of days) I just put the old one in the same box and they paid to have to shipped back. New one is working great, and will definitely purchase Kitchenaid again!

I just called Kitchen Aid repair center and was told to call Goodman's in Hialeah Florida . For my surprise the technical person was super knowledgeable and got me to test the food processor to figure out what could be wrong and very honestly told me that in my case we can charge me to temporary repair it but the same issue will probably happen again so It will be better for me to spend the money in a new food processor. This is very rare in Miami to find a company with goodwill.

I would have to call this a "love letter" to your company. A KitchenAid dishwasher had been installed in my home almost 44 years ago. And it worked perfectly from that day until the day it died, about a week ago. No problems; no complaints;no leaks; no blown fuses; nothing but clean dishes and pots and pans!! Needless to say, I just purchased another KitchenAid appliance and hope it works as well as the last one. Thank you for making a dishwasher that works and truly washes dishes.

I had to return a mixer. It was easy and kitchenaid sent an a new one and paid postage both ways. totally hassle free.

I bought a KitchenAid Artisan Stand Mixer 3.5 Months ago, and the locking mechanism isn't working properly. I just called KitchenAid and they were incredibly professional and helpful. There was no wait on the phone to speak with a representative, and then she told me they would collect the mixer from my home on whichever day would be convenient for me, then fix it and deliver it back to me at no cost. The representative was very polite and efficient. I am based in the UK so I can only speak for the UK branch of the company, but I am very impressed!

I had a blender that started to leak after almost 1 year of purchase. Did not have my receipt since it was a gift. I called their customer service/warranty line and they were extremely helpful. After taking the information about the serial number and model number, the representative got permission from his supervisor to send me a replacement blender despite not having a receipt. I've never experienced this before! Great job KitchenAid. I will be purchasing from you again!
