Who's the genius who took the breakfast biscuits off the menu??? Fire this idiot immediately! I've been eating these for decades and now they're just gone. WTF???? Booo Booo! guess i'll have to find somewhere else to eat breakfast on my way to work every morning ... so pissed. so disappointed. C'mon Jack. Don't make me go to McDonalds.

The last three times I have gotten food at jackinthebox my order has been wrong. So frustrating!!! Grrr the Jack on east seminary in ft worth is the worst place I've ever encountered . They are closed most of the time and they always say their shake macjine is not working. They even told me that they ran out of food. The onion rings are always burnt. Their food service just sucks!!!

Today I just went to Jack in the box in Lewiston Idaho
I did ordered a buttery Jack I was excited when I went home bummer the buttery Jack is not the same in the picture no tomato one small slice of lettuce and very small cheese and the burger is very thin so I went back to tell them there something wrong with my order the lady is Soo nice but the boy is a BS he told me complain complain complain I paid $ 729 for the burger and I'm not happy sooo the lady make me another nurger then I said this is the one and I thank her
But the boy is talking bad
I told him I don't complain if he did it right
Hope the owner and the manager know the workers attitude
They should not act like that
The lady told the man to stop but he still do soooo
I was sooo fell bad and feel down he let my blood pressure up

Think I just made my last visit way to expensive for what you get a burger fries and pop and 2 tacos almost 20 bucks I use to frequent jacks regularly but prices have drove me away

To say I am devastated that biscuits are gone sounds dramatic, but I will definitely spend a lot less money seeing as how a sausage egg and cheese biscuit is my go to regardless the time of day.

Ordered 3 meals...First - all meals where there only one of the meas they didn't give the sandwich with. Second - all the food was COLD! Third - the iced coffee had NO ICE!!! This was delivered so its not like I could walk up to the counter and complain or get anything remedied!!! Totally NOT acceptable!!! Paid over $80 and for what??? COLD FOOD!!! WARM SUPPOSED TO BE ICED COFFEE!!! ONE MEAL SHORT THE SANDWICH, which was mine...I didn't get to eat at all!!! No sandwich, fries went to dogs because there nasty as hell cold and drink down the sink because my ICED coffee WASN'T ICED!!!

The food is great! My only complaint would be pricing. If you want to reach the masses,offer deal savers that are between $4.00 and $6.00. There are more people out there right now that don't want to spend $7.00 to $10.00 just for lunch. They will go out of there way to get something good that won't cost so much money. Because they can't afford it. Just sayin. If you want my suggestions on what I think those combinations that I think would benefit people and make you money too, you know where to find me. Yes the jack in the box at 50san Pablo is very very very slow an the night time employees are rude maybe one or two that is truly nice an respectful to customer is that dark skinned short one an the hevey set short one that stor always have something happening I don't even feel safe going to that one but it's the only close one to my house something really need to help or I think they should be shut down I went there last night at I think she said her name was Lexi my daughter heard her call me a ugly b***h in Spanish she doesn't know I understand Spanish very well an 2other languages I'm just tired of the disrespect I don't see the nice girl anymore if y'all got rid of the wrong person

I went to the Berkeley Ca Jack in the box at 2197 San Pablo Ave Berkeley Ca 94702 at 2:30 pm July 7,2023. I went through the drive thru and ordered two of Snoops munchie boxes for my wife and myself. I asked for a receipt, which I did not get. I got home and we looked inside the boxes and neither one had a brownie, as advertised. We both only had 3 onion rings and the tacos were missing most of the contents.( beans mashed no meat) We were both very disappointed especially having paid around $30 for the meals. We think this store needs some special attention because we could leave a message there, their phone was not picked up and the mail box was full. Poor service!

What is wrong with the Jack in the Box in Placerville, CA? This store is closed today until 10pm and it's a hit or miss on its hours. In addition, this store is always out of a product, has computer issues, and/or when you finally get to the window to pay, a hand extends with your bag/drink with no verbal Thank You! I prefer not to go to McDonald's but many residents and co-workers near this store have given up on this location. Need to find new management and hold the franchisee, which doesn't appear to care, to a much higher rstandard!!

What happened to jack in the box. I know my opinion doesn't mean anything. But you guys use to have the best chicken sandwich ever. The chicken supreme and you got rid of it. Then you had the best nachos ever the nacho supreme and you got rid of it. Not to mention the bacon cheeseburger supreme. What is wrong with you people. You had everyone beat. You was better than McDonald's better than Burger King. Now you screwed up everything. You had profection you didn't need to change. I wish you would wake up and bring back the menu that made you great.

Your prices are way too high now. I can get a double double fries and a coke for less than you charge for your combos and way better. It's been about a year since the last time I have went to Jack. Probably never go back. Where I live there is a High School right across the street from jack in the box and I'll bet you more than half the kids can't afford your prices unless they buy the tacos. Great job hope you go bankrupt.

I visited the store at twin city and 39th in port arthur texas, no one attended the drive thru. Got to window and workers im looking at ,they did not cone to window to take my order. Time was 11:12 am on thursday 5/26/23. I found this to be UNACCEPTABLE for JNTB thank you.

Today I had the worst experience I have ever had in a restaurant. The people working behind the counter and at the grill were rude and dismissive. They got my order wrong 4 times. And even though there was a regional manager present it did not stop them from badmouthing me in Spanish for politely requesting they provide me what I had ordered which was a Jumbo Jack with cheese combo. I had to request a supervisor and was told there was none and then a women stepped up and said she was the regional. First the server behind the counter upgraded my order and charged me more without asking me. Then they served me a sourdough sandwich. Then they served me a burger without cheese. Then they drowned my burger in ketchup even though the supervisor verified with the cook I had asked for no ketchup. 90% of the tables were dirty and the attitude of the server behind the counter was contemptuous. To be sure I will not be going to Jack in the Box again and have told my co-workers, all 50 of them, about what happened to me.

I was in line at a drive-thru in Sylmar, CA, store #32, at the corner of Foothill and Hubbard. I had my two small children in the car, and like a dummy, I drove passed the speaker to order. My fault 100%, so I hoped to get to the paying window hoping place my order there since I couldn't reverse as there was a car behind me. When I got to the window, they refused to open it, not even telling me I couldn't place an order. I found that very unfortunate because we make mistakes and customer service is important. Their service normally is good but not sure what crawled up their rear end this time.

Jack in the Box, sonoma ranch location in Las Cruces nm. Came in twice on Wednesday the 10 of May and the same mess on the floor in bathroom,no paper towels, urinal hadnt been flushed all day. Told what appeared to be the manager and see acted like she could care less. Talked to the same person in the morning around 8 am and 1pm. Wont eat there anymore. Besides Jack in the Box did away with super taco's.
