I have gone to the JITB on Bay Area Blvd. in Houston TX. For 10+ yrs. BUt, the past 2 times I've been, the food has be cold and stale or old.

I have never had grease sitting in the bottom of the taco sleeve as I did yesterday. I couldn't even scoop up the lettuce that had fallen out of the taco as it laid in grease. And the tacos tasted like grease even with 2 taco sauce on each.
Plus this is the second time in 1 1/2 week they had no Diet Coke and I had to ask the girl at the counter to fill it from the drive through window machine. Not my best visit. Fail all around.

Carry out order 482 store 3171 3-13-2024 Escato 3:24 PM. It has come to my attention after tasting "The Smash Burger". I'm dissatisfied.. Jack In The Box is not trained in making a Smash Burger. The recipe is wrong. The bun is not cooked. No mustard. Not real onions. Price point is way too high. Burger is cooked incorrectly!!!! Not happy. I'll never buy again.

We ate at JIB on government ave, Coeur d'Alene idaho. Good chicken strips, but sourdough jack was untoasted. It was mushy. I asked if they would toast the bread and they said corporate wouldn't allow them to, for safety reasons??? I asked for my money back for the sandwich with 1 bite gone. They refused. They said to contact corporate. Fries were good. Lobby soft drink machine didn't work.

Tonight at about 9:00pm 3/5/24 my husband and I went to jack and the box. I'm sorry I did . We went to just get ripped off we used a coupon for buy one breakfast jack get one free. We used another coupon a free ultimate breakfast jack with a purchase of a large cup of coffee and a hash browns. One more coupon was used for $2.00 off for a double jumbo jack with tax it should've been $13.48 that's with a 10%tax but the male taking the order didn't give us our receipt. If we payed full price we'd end up paying $18.96. We payed $19.00 even. They owe us $5.52 but like I said before the boy never gave us a receipt so that's my fault but I'm done with this fast food restaurant. Every time we go there something happens. So see ya. It's too bad because here in Spanaway Wa. You're getting a bad name. Later

I live in Casa Grande Arizona last night about 1230. We went through the drive-through of Jack-in-the-Box on Pinal & Cottonwood Ln. let me just say it's disappointing with prices going up as it is and to go out and have something to eat and have cold food. It's not the first time this has happened. And cashier looks at you as if we are inconveniencing them because we ask for hot fries instead of cold ones. They turned around and handed me the french fries in the container and didn't even bother putting them in a bag. I wish these employees These days could be trained better and use their manners. They are getting paid for service and not to have an attitude towards the customer.

I went to the jack n the box on 67th avenue and Latham address 1075 N. 67th avenue. A went through the drive thru and someone named Jennifer assisted me. One of the burgers I ordered was wrong so I went back and she re made it. I noticed when I went home another burger was made incorrectly. When I drove back, instead of exchanging the burger she gave me two slices of cheese. I asked the person in charge what the policy was and I was told to rename the burger. No one remade my second burger and I had to pay for another one. Meanwhile Jennifer was smiling in my face the whole time.

Ordered using coupons and cashier said only two coupons can be used thru drive thru so we my daughter and I asked if it was possible to make two separate orders since there was two of us cashier said no that we had to go into the restaurant and we could use unlimited coupons so we went in I asked the cashier three times the managers name she wouldn't give it so finally a manager came in a very angry way and said-what's the problem just the tone of his voice I said no problem then asked for the district managers name and phone number he too wouldn't give it but then there was a poster with district manager's phone number I took a picture of poster .... While waiting for our order a mother and her son walked in with two large bags not ordering anything but just sat at the table waiting... as we got our order walking out mother and son approached the counter and started taking out merchandise from their bags and showing both manager and employees if they wanted to buy my daughter and I turned around to look at them because it probably was stolen items ... Their focus was totally on them ...... checking out merchandise
Mother and son customer was more important than us paying customers I'm really disappointed that this kind of activities is happening in your establishment This is not the first bad experience we've got from this jack in the box
Filipino managers are very rude .......
Employees not friendly and never say thank you....
Yes we did try calling the district manager number and asked to leave a message....... We did not leave a message because district manager her self is Filipino and we know this situation will not be addressed so we took this to the corporate office....
Please taker care of this matter because if it was my company we wouldn't want this kind of activity going on at our establishment

Bought 2 tacos in Riverbank CA. Ordered no lettuce. They were ice cold as if just taken out of fridg. Went in for a refund, I was told they were made fresh minutes ago. I asked why were they cold then and he would not answer me so I asked for my money back. His name was Jesus!

My husband and I are a little older and all of our family is out of state or passed on. So we thought we would get a meal together at jack-in-the-Box The entire time while waiting to order and trying to enjoy our food. This young girl complained about everything. We moved to seats twice but she was so loud. I don't think I counted more than three cars or so and drive through at a time but the entire time she complained how everybody should go home and how she can't take it anymore. She's just done gonna rub her butt crack all over this place. Got so bad that we ended up just leaving. This store is going downhill so fast. The other two ladies, there were working hard and doing their best to get done what needs to be done except for the one young lady who walked around bagging food while yelling and complaining about customers ordering food on Thanksgiving and her management and not giving her more help. Apparently she hasn't been able to finish her coffee. She got at seven this morning, and in her words has had to piss the last two hours. Will never go back or recommend this store.

I'm so disappointed in Jack in the box ...They slop the food together it looks really bad.. sometimes i dont want to eat it .. we pay good money too.
They also dont answer the phone when called..bcuz i want to tell the manger whats really going on.. they seem not to even care what customers think.
I dont even want to eat at Jack in the box... i have pictures to show you what i am talking about.

I took a good amount of time to complete a survey on my receipt and I didn't expect a reward but when it says take receipt to Jack and redeem and hand to worker in the box and I have two choices croissant or a jumbo Jack no cheese for almost $9.00!!!! I couldn't not scrape up enough money after I already bought a large black coffee. I am sure there is a mistake made here and again I am giving up my time to help you Jack do better by we your customers.

Patient..the employee taking orders and giving orders in the drivethru window was rude. she gave wrong drink and wrong kind of french fries when reminded she was rude. she almost forget to give back my card after charging..i have to reminded her.

Wish I could load the picture of my sourdough hamburger.. they didn't even toast the bread. My sister and I ordered ordered at the same time, but I paid separately for both orders,they gave her hers. I waited about 15 mins for my order, after going to register aleast twice. When I get my burger it was cold, considering it took them 15 mins? I thought I would have a hot burger.. my sister was done eating by the time I got my burger..so I returned it. Then they quickly bring out another burger they didn't even toast the bread,??? It was disgusting!!!!!! We were the only ones in the dining area, I could understand if they're were full and busy. The drive through had a few cars, but not that busy to not get a order wrong twice!!!!

To waaaayyyy too long. It doesn't take 25 minutes to cook up meat. Nor does it take 30 minutes for me to sit in my car while you guys have me no receipt or my card back. You all just keep dropping the ball and don't give a f-#+$k. But someone has to say it! You guys need some sort of common sense.

Jack in the box use to have the best chocolate milk shakes. The last 2 were awful. It looked like vinallia milk shake. I asked them to put more chocolate and they refused. Shut the window on my face. I thought it was just the location. No I tried 3 more locations. What happened? It's so bad!

The only reason I go to Jack in the Box is their Biscuit sandwiches. Who's genius idea was it to discontinue them. I eat them all hours of the day when I decide to go out for fastfood. No more I guess. You guys screwed the pooch on this one.

I have no problem with the service at my local JIB. But four times I asked for something being featured on TV as a special and they had NONE of them. This last time kinda annoyed me as I drove there specifically for that item and nothing else

Hello, my wife and I come to jack in the box about twice a week. To be honest, the food isn't even all that good, but we choose to visit jack in the box because of the great service we get from your late night crew. The guy with the long hair. (I believe his name tag says "Tre" or something.) He is always professional and courteous and always makes us laugh. He is basically our favorite employee and makes the visit worth the bad food! My wife and I just wanted to give him some credit! Thank you!

Stopped by JitB on Scottsdale Rd/Thunderbird store. This is the third time Rosa has handled the drive thru and she is DELIGHTFUL! Sweet personality and thorough and very kind and always happy!! Today her daughter Melissa was there working with her and she's equally wonderful! I've gone back three days in a row for the service (& the Ultimate Cheeseburger). Thank you for employing both kind ladies.

I was kindly waited on by ZULMA at the Jack in the Box on Gilman Blvd in Issaquah, Washington #8303. She was extremely pleasant to chat with (Nobody else was in the lobby). She made absolutely sure I was happy with my food AND SERVICE. SHE WAS GREAT! Almost as GREAT as the CURLY FRIES!!! (They might actually beat McDonald's... but SHHHHH!) A+++!

You are building a Jack in the Box Drive Thru in Conroe, Texas on Frazier Street. I used to work in the Building you just tore down on the property site where you are building. Please be advised that it floods on that property from the rain waters on Frazier Street. From 2010 to 2018, it flooded the store on your new property over 25 times. We had to close the store to use wet vacs to get the water off the sales floor. When it rains quickly, over 1 to 2 inches in an hour, it floods the property. Where your drive thru is, was our parking lot, where it ponded for hours. Thanks!!!

Please highlight or make your coupons.expiration dates larger...seniors cannot read them...they are way too small and very hard to read...I was not able to use my coupon for an iced coffee drink...please notify corporate...thankyou!...W. Peterson

I went around 7 at night to get food and honestly the young lady in the front (Vanessa) was so polite and helpful. She was very helpful when it explaining the new products. She offered me various options that were more convenient to my diet. Very good costumer service. She definitely made my night a whole lot better.

I am at the Upland Jack in the box, store 186. Jaime has helped me the last couple times I've came and she is absolutely the most pleasant person I've ever dealt with in the drive-through. She always sound so happy and chipper in the morning and she just makes my day.

Where do I start? I'm probably your number one customer. Been eating your delicious food all my life. I'm over 40 now, but definitely look early to late 30's. I grew up in California. Jack in the Box on every corner. Now I'm in horrible Colorado. It's trek to get your delicious food. Plus, it turns out my son, the pickiest eater in the world loves it. His first pick to eat when given the choice. Ok, here's the deal. The closet JITB Is on Federal in Denver. Never felt too good about bringing him there. We always traveled a little further. In recent weeks we decided to come back to the Federal location. Seems to me, you hired an amazing person named Rene. She is so awesome! I feel she's the one that turned this place around. It's so clean and happy here. We're all need to give her a big pat on the back. Thank you

I order The Teriyaki Bowl. I always ask for soy sauce and they never have none. They said the company quit ordering it. I ask for my chicken without teriyaki sauce due to health problems.

I went to the jack in the box store 8304 in Tacoma wa on 6th ave. I am in a customer service business so I am aware of great service when received. I knew what I want when I was placing my order even though I messed it up, the person taking my order was great in explaining with making me feel like he was there to serve me. After completing my order he made sure that every thing was correct down to the price of my order. When up to the window to pay asked how was my day and the made sure everything was correct. A lot of the time people make you feel like here's your order good bye. Dominick made me feel like here's your order thank you for allowing me to serve you. I would give him are perfect 10 from start to finish . The was a representation of great customer service.

The Jack in the Box at 2905 Altaview Drive, San Diego, CA 92139 on 03/25/12016, at 8:22 PM. I drove through the drive thru, the young man who attending me, I believe his named is Alex was very friendly and has a congenial personality. I was somewhat surprise because when I have gone to this Jack in the Box the person at the drive thru is usually somber. I just though that you may want to hear a positive affirmation. Thank you.

I work at jack in the box on an me an my family went on Friday 9/23/2016 an around 4evening this manager was yelling cussing I believe his name is RUBEN he is someone that needs to look for another job ,he was yelling an there was a lot of customers eating ,the food was grate ,complements to your cook ,I don't ever want to go to that jacks again he needs to be fired he yelled all that time we where there ,so annoying

Jack in the box is horrible to work for my 16 year old daughter is constantly being cussed out and the manger yells t her and throws stuff at her. Bonney lake WA jack in the box is not the place to work for underage kids
