I use to enjoy going to jack in the box,it was one of my favorites, the tacos were much better the food was good and you got what you expected. Not anymore the grande breakfast burrito was big at a decent price I didnt mind paying. Now its much smaller for a bigger price. I saw the ribeye burger on tv and thought hey my favorite steak in na buger it must be good right? WRONG! $12 for a small combo and I gave half the burger to the chickens. how do you justify charging more for less? my business would die over night if I did that. The ice tea was weak as well so I really dont see myself ever going back any time soon if ever. the local burger joints are far better pricy but it make JIB look like ____ fill in the blank. such a shame copr doesnt like its customers enough to give them the value for their money you just lost a loyal customer

I ordered your new french toast Sticks I wish I could send you a picture. They were quite overdone. They need to watch them more closely and not cook them so dark They were pretty much burnt

We just ordered food from Jack in the Box on Murrieta Hot Springs Rd in Murrieta California. Our French fries were old and cold, we did not get our Tacos and my burger that. Ordered with only mustard pickle and lettuce no cheese, was cold and had cheese and ketchup on it. I tried calling the branch and nobody answered. Im posed to spend $26 for food that was disgusting

I came to this restaurant to order 2 items some loaded fries and mini churros for my daughter after working a long day. My mistake was driving off before checking the bag!!!! Which your order should be correct. I was given a box of mini tacos instead of loaded fries. I NEVER left the parking lot. I just drove back around to the window explained to the night manager that I was given the wrong order she became upset just drive around to the window is what I was told. I get to the window she hand me the box it fries I pass the fries to my daughter. The box of fries had nothing but a large portion of ranch on the fries. It's supposed to be loaded fries with bacon, ranch, fries, a form of spicy sauce as advertised we have ordered these fries before so, we are aware what they are supposed to look like. That was not the case.

At this point yes I am turning back around. I pull back up to the window not the speaker. Because the inside is closed because they are always short staffed. I told the night Manager (no name tag so, there is no name to state) I apologize to be a pain in your tail however, I did not check the bag at first but you have me jalapeno poppers instead of mini churros and these are just ranch fries. She snatched the box of fries and tossed them in the trash. Said she I am going to just give you a refund and closed the window, as she is speaking Spanish to the other coworker inside making coffee I can see and hear them clearly! The other female coworker is shaking her head. There is no one else in the drive thru and the last time we came there was only 1 other car before me it was not busy so, I was trying to figure out what is the issue? I saw her put the churros in the grease walked off and never came back to the window. After sitting there for 10 mins I turned my ignition off to my car. I was hoping she was making fresh fries for my daughter. The police then pulled up and ask was I ok I said yes just waiting on my order that is being remade.

The night manager called the Plano police dept! At this point I feel racially profiled I was not upset or acting erratic she was more upset than I was and I am the paying customer. Not every person of color should be looked at as difficult or a problem when addressing an issue with kindness and respect expecting a positive result. I have this recorded interaction on my phone. I was not given my refund or my correct order. I left with jalapeno poppers which my daughter cannot eat. Officer Hitch from the Plano told me I cannot come back to location. I was given a warning for criminal trespassing this makes no sense. He said this did not make sense to him either he is called to this location frequently. I have been to this location to get coffee and mini churros and my daughter get fries this is all get because, we don't eat ANYTHING else on the menu! Everything else was closed after my shift that she would have wanted to eat. TRAINING is needed I deserve an apology and my money back I don't care what amount it is it's mine and this is disrespectful! My daughter and I should have never had ANY POLICE contact. I am not a criminal I am a hard working law ADIDING CITIZEN who wanted to get her order that she paid for and leave. The OFFICER (Officer Hitch) explained she has irate customers that is not my problem. I was not irate with her the night manager or the Officer. This type of behavior is immature and racist. I am still confused why THE NIGHT MANAGER DID CORRECT THE ORDER it was only 2 items. I never received call back regarding this situation. This was an unnecessary negative experience to my visit to this location at 1101 Preston Rd, Plano, TX 75093. Manager of this location how can we how can we rectify this issue? This was unnecessary and never should been an issues in the first place. You have security cameras please feel free to watch them.

Whoever decided to go from whole leaf lettuce to shredded lettuce was an idiot it's disgusting and it's the last time I will be eating it and I will not recommend the store to them anymore until they fix it there's one thing I actually liked about their burgers that nobody else had

I thought I would give jack in the box in Longview wa another chance. The service is horrendous. I had to laugh when orders were being taken in the Drive through but then handed out on the other side of the building . There were probably 10 vehicles waiting for their food. Then I was told there hours because you never know when they are open. Went there on Saturday at 12:15 am , was told we are closed. I was told a few days earlier they were open til 2:30am. Then tried again today, Sunday at 12:15 pm. Has 4 cars behind me waiting. Not open again. No signage for hours. Guess I'm done going there again.

We stop at this Jack-in-the-Box once a month on our way to Mexico and when we return, the bathrooms are totally disgusting have been for the last five years. Was wondering if there is anything you can do to clean them up a little. This Jack in the box is located at. 6440 E. 32nd St. Yuma Arizona. Thank you

I have never had this many problems with anywhere in my life I've never been treated so rudely I thought it was a family-friendly place you can't get a hold of anybody no one will ever call you back they won't refund the stuff that they didn't send or take back the stuff that was totally wrong and so hard you kids couldn't even eat so I spent $52.72 on an order that we couldn't eat and I still have from the oddie location in Sparks NV I've tried to get a hold of the corporate office which is supposedly always closed I've tried to call the Audi office several times they won't call back there's no resolve so far everyone I've talked to say that they don't have a number to get a hold of anyone at they can't help you I've never had a worse experience in my entire life I don't recommend it for anybody especially not if you're single parent trying to take care of your family stuff is expensive so when you splurge on dinner for your kids and then they can't even eat it and you're treated like you did something wrong when they deliver it is not okay I am extremely disappointed and I will never order from them again especially not if this is how they treat their customers I've worked in customer service before I've never seen anything like it it is absolutely the worst service I've ever seen in my life

I ordered from Jack in The box on Audi boulevard Sparks Nevada April 18th at 5:20 p.m. I have never had a worse experience in my entire life I spent $52.72 they didn't bring the shake the burger was wrong the mozzarella sticks were hollow and so hard you couldn't bite into them the onion rings were cold and hard everything was messed up in one way or another and the person who delivered it was supposed to be a female with the name Asmae E. And it had a picture of the woman with the name Asmae E. However the person who delivered it was not this female it was a male who was extremely creepy extremely rude drove right by my house looked at me and kept driving and then I had to walk down the road to meet him to get the food he was extremely rude handed me everything to carry to walk back to my house with didn't offer to help was rude to me about he's supposedly couldn't find my house tell me oh they didn't have shakes I didn't get a refund for that or anything I've never been treated so horribly my entire life I can't get over how incredibly rude this person was I'm a single parent so I don't buy fast food stuff often so when I do splurge for my family I would expect to be treated like a person at least I am so upset I've never been more disrespected and I've tried to call the Jack in the box on Audi several times and I can't get a hold of anybody now they keep rejecting my call I've tried to call the corporate office supposedly it's always closed closed I've worked in customer service at a restaurant before I've never treated anyone that way and I don't expect to be treated that way I am so disappointed I would not recommend this to anybody ever

Dear Jack: This is the 4th time I've encountered money problems at your store.
Three times in Colton by my house and tonight in SanBernardino a different store! The problem seems to be that they run out of change when the customer makes a payment!! The first three happened at the store in Colton... the first time I received a coupon for fries because they didn't have change; the second & third time the same thing, but I didn't get any coupon! Today only 7 cents missing!! I can't believe that you approve of this sort of business...gulping the public of their rightful change.... Or else the hired help is adjusting their pay with creative charging!!
The first three happened last year...2022. This latest happened today at a completely different city and store!! I like your products but I'm re-evaluating wether to continue getting things at any of your stores! Hope you stop this nonsense or get better trained individuals to run your stores!

Came to Jack In The Box on Friday April 14th 2023 at about 1:00 in the morning at the drive-thru place my order came home started eating my number 13 and noticed towards the end of my meal I looked at my bread and it was too completely types of bread for my number 13. The top bread was sourdough and the bottom of the bread was from a hamburger. The ice I do have pictures but for some reason I cannot upload them.

I ordered a chicken sandwich that looked so good on the menu. It had thick chicken and looked super crispy. Then I ended up getting a chicken patty that was so gross.

White older female on duty called the cops!!! We stopped by around 2am in an Uber and had 2 orders in 1 car.
The person taking the order was patient. However, once we paid and got our bags we continued to wait because we were still missing 4 tacos from 2nd order and large curly fries from the 1st order. The older white lady was yelling at us and CLAPPING her hands in our face saying to get out of her drive through because she gave us all the food. We tried to hand the bags back to show her that we were in fact missing those items and she said she didn't care to check. She slammed the window on us after yelling and clapping. We did want to wait for the cops so we could show them we didn't have the items we PAID for, however, we were in an Uber and felt bad for our driver so we asked him to leave after a good 10 mins. Not his fault.
We will be disputing this with our bank next business day as we were extremely disrespected, yelled at, had 3 cops follow us home and didn't get our food. Really wish we could have gotten her name, but she was older, white, blonde and had a blue sweater.

Just wasted 25 min waiting for my order that never came. Horrible service at store #4833 in El Paso,TX. They prefer to serve drive-thru customers first and frustrate lobby customers.
Went to Chick-fil-A and was served in less than 5min. They know how to take care of their customers efficiently ! Don't waste your time going to Jack-in-the-Box.

Went to Jack in the box in del Río tx. Two people with head sets standing just talking saw us at register, didn't bother to say just a moment waited 5 minutes and I asked for help guy said lady as there he just pointed. Still waited and we left, I was on my lunch break so bad service no curtesy help.

Went to Jack In The Box located in Victorville,Ca ordered my dinner and informed me they were out of small cups and due to them being out it would cost me extra to get a medium this is it I'm never going again.

Ordered chicken nuggets, curly fries and coke at San Diego airport. So disorganized! Took 40 minutes. Coke was melted, fries were cold. They had no food dropped in cooking, but had plenty of time to chat. We don't have Jack in the box in our town and we were excited to try. What a disappointment!

I went through drive through at the Westinghouse restaurant located in Charlotte, NC. I did not understand what the EE said, so I waited. Several minutes later, she came back and stated "we are not taking orders until the next shift gets her at 2:10". This was at approximately at 1:55 on Saturday, January 28. This us not a way to run a business. I just said this is ridiculous and went to Arby's. This is the second time this has happened to me, not being able to order food due to a shift change.

I submitted a complaint on 1/4/2023 and was told I would receive something in the mail from the bad food and service I received. I submitted my address to the email and still nothing. If your not going to make it right don't tell your customers you are

Every time I come to the O'FALLON Missouri location off interstate 70 there's always a 30 plus minute delivery in the drive through window, not to mention the inside is closed. It doesn't matter what time of day. They're under staffed and over worked.

I was at jack in the box in Ennis, Friday the 13th at 6:30 AM And left at 7 AM drive-through, there was only one Spanish lady running the whole show, nobody else!!!! There was a Spanish janitor there that wasn't doing anything and would not help at all, i even witnessed her bump into him three times because he wouldn't even get out of the way and she needs a biggo raise and y'all need to fire him he ain't no Count

Always understaffed, ridiculous! Once again this morning they were slammed and understaffed. After two years of COVID and watching every other franchise update and improve the drive through efficiency, but not Jack in the box. Always understaffed, same backed up drinks ve through as always and the shake machine is always down. Not my first time issuing a complaint and with no reply or acknowledgement of my issue you've probably lost a customer for life, I've had it with Jacks BS! At least the local restaurant anyways
