How we can make a claim about one JET 10"jointer/planer model no .jjp-10BTOS serial no 22010227 I bought mabe a ñear ago but now I try turn on and it doesn't work I bought this jointer on Home Depot

Just spent nearly an hour on hold to speak with tech support, only to finally receive a recorded message that tech support is not even open. Call was initially answered after about 10 minutes by a person who sounded bored out of their mind, who "connected" me to tech support. Again, 40 minutes later and countless recorded messages to "stay on the line", "support is busy with other customers", and etc., only to finally be told that tech support is not open. There is simply no excuse for a company like Jet/Powermatic to have this kind of trashy customer service.

Received second set of professional angle electricians scissors and these have the same issue concerning poor wire stripper jaw alignment. How does this issue get corrected?

I've been waiting for someone to answer for for 45min
Waited yesterday for almost a hour on my lunch break before just hanging up. When you press 1 for a call back, doesn't seem to do anything I've called in the am and pm so I'm pretty sure they are not just on lunch....
