Homestead is not working on the search engines.

Is there a UK Contact number that people in the UK can contact your company in America which would help people in the UK

Homestead used to be a good company...until 5 years ago. Then, it became the most horrible experience. Since Homestead hired overseas callcenters to attend customers calls for help, you need to prepared in advance not to destroy your day because the goal for these foreigners seems to be to provoke you while they put you in 10 minutes hold.
Homestead, en Español, vales mierda.

I had an issue with them not taking my updated card some months ago. It was all handled, or rather barely handled, through email. Now I don't own my domain anymore. Someone else owns it. They've still been charging me, the whole time. I'm begging the douchenozzle in customer not service for an email option as I have chronic migraine and he just keeps arguing with me. When I asked for a supervisor I got pushback until he finally relented and promised to have him call me in an hour or so. Still haven't heard back.

I need a website tech support that isn't 9-5!! I need help now, not when I am also trying to do business.

Tired of getting the run-around and not resolving issues.
I have several websites on my account that I have built and they all can update and go live with no issues.

I have one website that will update and show in "Preview" mode the updates but once published the site WILL NOT UPDATE.

I was told for the last 2 weeks they are having issues and I should save my updates but NOT to publish them until they clear the que/servers on their end.

Well that has been 4 phone calls ago and still cannot see newly published site update.

They try to publish on their end and won't work either.
SSL has been cleared and updated.
All browsers cleared for testing purposes.

I find that although there seems to be a lot of helpful pages the problem remains. All my attempts to access my site lead me back to a page called website help centre It has the three little blue dots that mean homestead is trying to load something, but it hasn't done anything yet. I'm still waiting. I can visit my own site as usual but I cannot adjust it, community help pages don't help, it's rather like a restaurant telling you that if the chef doesn't turn up then perhaps you could get one of the other customers to cook you something. Incidentally if you dial the 800-710-1998 number it tells you there is a fault on the line and you should dial another number 118280 which I know is a well known scam that charges you a lot of money and does nothing useful. I tried using the help owl site, it was quite right in directing me to homestead customer service, but that takes me back to the three dots which still haven't done anything. If there is a fault then Homestead should tell us, or at least indicate that the system is locked up and they'll fix it as soon as possible. Little blue dots don't help.

Please respond to the following message:

My name is Jane Adelizzi and I created a website with you in 2009:

I was not able to access it for YEARS (you can check this) and was asked by my credit card company why you were still collecting monthly fees from me for the past 7 years. I would like to speak with you about how to bring this relationship to closure so that you are no longer collecting fees via my credit card. I have spoken to our family attorney. Thank you for getting back to me within the next 24 hours so we can resolve this.

Jane Utley Adelizzi, Ph.D.

My website is up and available to my customers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Wouldn't it make sense that I need a web host that is also available to me 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Homestead is not that web host. Do not use Homestead as your web host.

Today your servers are down Have been for almost 1-2 hours all my 10 sites are down and I lost clients from ADWORDS and spent money for nothing. This is becoming too frequent and although I have been with Homestead since 2005 I think i'll look elsewhere ---- service has got worse and sites unreliable. No new technology updates. Even the free sites have more options.....You need to think how many others are thinking the same.

chat service is not reliable. I was on chat with "Ashwini D" and after i described the problem he just ignored my requests and stopped communicating. 11 3 15 10:050 AM CST. Very unprofessional. tech support chat is horrible. can't find an e-mail to send complaint directly to homestead. they have their tech heads in the sand.

I need help. I have been with Intuit now Homestead a long time. My problem is that it will not publish after I save the page of pictures. It says disk error. How can I sell my puppies if Intuit aka Homestead does not work. If it won't work. I will have to find another website. What is your phone number?

Unable to reach Customer Service. Too long to wait - over an hour on three separate occasions.
We will need to cancel this account and demand a refund.

If you need top notch customer support, find another company. I can log into my account but my SEO provider can't. The support community is useless and you better be ready to be on hold for a longgggg time

YIKES! Homestead shut down my website without a telephone call. They tried to contact me by email but that has since changed and I didn't update my contact info with Homestead. But SERIOUSLY, what kind of business (Homestead) has such lousy customer service that they don't even try a 2nd way on communication?

I think colleges Teach the importance of customer service, don't they?

they will charge your account months after you cancel...even if you have a cancellation confirmation email from them. Calling them is an absolute joke. I tried 3 different numbers and hung up after 30 minutes wait on each attempt. I did the live-chat then and was told where to email my complaint. I don't hold out much hope for any resolution. The customer service is terrible.

No answer for customer support. On hold for hours. Will have to find other service for my website.

Also Chat doesn't work and no one answers the customer support phone number. Need to know if this outfit is going out of business so I can begin re-hosting our company website.

My grandfather is 82 years old and has 6 blood clots and has dementia and other ailments. My grandfather had a episode with his dementia at a care clinic while in the care of his care giver chivon and he really did such a great job at dealing with the chaotic situation and was kind and patient with my grandfather and even after being put through the ringer by my grandfather's episode he still remained calm and kind towards my grandfather and stayed and continued to care for my grandfather and did his laundry and fed him his favorite meal after getting my grandfather home and redirecting him from his dementia episode. I 2as happy to see how well Chivon handled my grandfather and and the amount of patience and care he demonstrated. Im very pl3ase with Chivon and he deserves to be noticed for his ability to properly handle a dementia patient. Thank you so much Chivon for the wonderful job you did, I appreciate you and recognize you for it.
