We purchased carpet from your Scottsbluff Nebraska store yesterday and were absolutely thrilled with Troy Schlothauer. He answered every question and provided such great service. We give him a 10 out of 10.

Today, I used the Home Depot text option for customer service. I was looking to get a definitive delivery date for outdoor furniture as I had conflicting dates. I haven't used the text option before and wasn't hopeful for a positive experience but was lucky enough to have Alex help me with my question. He/she was so pleasant and helpful, I wish every customer experience was like this. During my text interaction with Alex, I received a notification that my order was out for delivery. I hope that Home Depot treats this employee well and continues to do so. Alex is definitely an asset to your customer service!

I always shop in Spring Home Depot and never take the time to talk about customer service. This time I want to send my best to Janice, Jared and brat. Thank you for making my life easier every time that I need materials as tile, grout and other things from flooring Department. But in that list I have I have other things from other departments. Jared, do you remember? when I needed some bags of concrete that are not in your department? You went with me to load those 25 pound bags in my cart. I appreciate you so much for doing that because I even did not ask you to do that. You volunteer that! I do not have words to express my gratitude to you guys. Thank you so much for what you do for the customers. I would rate you guys on top of excellence.

This is our go-to Home Depot store. Returned an item at Customer Service and were fortunate to have a wonderful lady called EMILY who was able to let us return an item that we did not have a receipt for as it was over 6 months since we purchased it and was still in the box unopened but looked to see if it was on our HD credit card, which it was. We find that the employees are so very helpful and pleasant and make shopping at the store a pleasure. The store is very clean, neat and products are easy to find as well as employees are very knowledgeable about where items are located in the store. This store should be a model for other HP stores in our area.

I'm a general contractor in Maryland and a regular Home Depot customer. Recently I was buying staff for ceramic work, and I I find myself struggling to plan e the materials on the big cart, and DAVINO came to the rescue ananda help me out to finish loading the cart; he even went further going outside to get another cart more appropriate for the materials I was buying. He showed so much interest in helping me to get what I needed. So grateful for customer service like the one DAVINO does.

I was very disappointed with getting back equipment after theee months that Homedepit sent to the manufacturer. The reason given for not be fixed was that HomeDepit ended repair service. This was terrible service and the local store agreed and replaced the item that was not fixed without charge. Trying to make a return on 2/20/2023 at store #0404 in Apache Junction, AZ is not very pleasant as we've had to wait at least 30 minutes before getting help with only 2 customer service personal on that given evening. This was being done around 5 pm when the store is at a minimum of shoppers. The phone rings constantly and no one is able to answer as busy helping customers with returns. And that's the way it should be as customer service has enough to stay busy with returns and not being disrupted by the answwering the phone.

I went to Genesee Ave. San Diego Home Depot yesterday and David Hill the Dept. Supervisor of the plumbing was very kind and helpful. Please give him due credit.

I shopped at the Easton,PA store on January 29th.
Fatimah (Flooring Dept) was very helpful.
She helped me order an "area rug" online (but first checked if the item was in stock at the store).
She offered me a chair during the ordering process.
Great personality and great customer service.
I was in retail and it was great to see another colleague
willing to put forth extra effort to please a customer.
She made the process easy and answered all my questions about delivery.
Very knowledgeable about her department!

Hello, as YES Contracting, Inc., i was buying construction materials from the Bulova # 6844 store. I started getting disappointed with the service and I was ready to move out until came across with the sales associate Narda Spencer. i was spellbound. What a help! what knowledge! what a character! what professionalism. it was a wow! If Home Depot would have one personality like hers in their stores no one would ever wanted to go shopping elsewhere. She is a rare gem in Home Depot arsenal. I truly want people to go out and meet her in person to understand what a true human being and professional is.

This a late comment for the excellent customer service received at the Albany, Georgia location on November 25, 2022. The staff was so helpful. I needed to install a tall height toliet in my mother's home. Carla, Omarion and Mary were the best. The receipt was misplaced when l returned to Atlanta, but l will never forget the kindness of the employees at this store. Thank you. Happy New Year!

I received excellent service from Sam in Appliances at the Fort Collins Home Depot (Phone 970.2241239) today. He went above and beyond in answering questions (by phone) and providing service. He will go far in his career! This type of customer service is rare, and he made a difference with a difficult appliance experience.

Was at Lowes looking for a power brad driver and found no one willing to assist, to tied up shooting the breeze with a non buying customer...three people left as I awaited assistance. Left Lowes and went to the Bluffton/Hilton Head Home Depot. In the power tool area, Tony, was assisting two professional carpenters and just finishing up. They were all smiles and pleased as they purchased drills, bits, charges and a saw. Tony then offered is assistance to me and found a cordless brad driver that suited my needs. Then searched for the battery and charger unit that both met my needs and was cost effective. He did this with a sense of humor, smile and knowledge of the products. Tony is a real keeper and you are fortunate to have him.

I was running around like crazy trying to find some door hinges and tools etcc, when a very nice lady approach me. She directed me physically and showed me what I needed firmly project! I have been at lowes and not even a fly approaches me ! Thank you Angie from Laredo for your help !

I would like to give a thumbs up to Chau in the Appliance Department at Home Depot on Folsom Blvd in Sacramento. He helped me several months ago with the purchase of a new refrigerator and again today (11/23/22) with the purchase of a new washing machine. Chau is so helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I give him a 10 out of 10 for great customer service. Thank you, Chau, for your assistance and pleasant nature???

Although I never received my countertop and eventually had to cancel the order after two attempts, John tried his best to fix the problem. I filled out the survey after the call but messed up the numbers. I felt the need to correct this and give him a 5 star rating because he did what he could to help me. Thank you John!

I would like to comment on my experience at Store #0280 today 11/95/22. I was shopping for appliances and I want to say how the young man who waited on us was absolutely terrific. His name was Evanryll and he went above and beyond to give us all the information we needed to make a decision. At a time when good customer service seems to be disappearing, it was refreshing to deal with such a nice helpful professional individual.
