I am regarding employee Juan from the lumber department in your Vernon Hills, Illinois store. He waited on us the day before yesterday and was extremely helpful in aiding us with various suggestions. His professional attitude was exemplary and should be commended.Your company is fortunate to have an employee like him .

I took a sun joe trimmer in to Home Depot in Teays valley, wv, beacause I couldn't get it work. A very nice young man, Logan Hill was able to help me and got it working. You are lucky to have him working there . He was so nice and helpful. It was so nice to meet a considerate you man!!

Home Depot Escalations / Resolution gave 5 STAR Service:
After a [very brief] attempt to settle my issue at 'the store level' I decided to go to the top and share my story with THD corporate. My issue was related to damage in-transit when I submitted a warranty claim with a lawnmower I purchased at THD.
After my attempt to 'settle at the store', I submitted an email to THD Corporate on Thursday 9.22.2022 at around 1:44 CDT. Very close to 24 hours later, I received a telephone call from Mr. Vernon Wolfe, who works for Executive Escalations @ THD.
I was pleasantly surprised and very impressed by the fact that someone was contacting me so quickly, much less on a Friday afternoon. It would have been easy for someone to push this over into a basket marked, "next week". Through his dedication and commitment to THD client, LESS than 48 hours after I sent that initial email to corporate, Mr. Wolfe had guided us to closure, and I had a new replacement in my physical possession / case closed; I could not be more pleased. In my short version here I'd say -> Approach the concern you have, with a measured voice, as cooler heads will prevail.

I found the THD Escalations Department (specifically Mr. Vernon Wolfe) to be patient, a good listener, fair-minded, open-minded, and efficient, with laser-like focus on client satisfaction. Mr. Wolfe was not only easy to engage, he's very engaging at the same time. You need only to speak with these folks to hear and witness a number of signals that reflect their commitment to client satisfaction.
It's easy to see that Mr. Wolfe understands he is the voice of The Home Depot when speaking with a client. I like to believe that THD Corporate principles and values are in alignment with those I witnessed in my dealings with Mr. Wolfe. It seemed to me as if I was speaking with Mr. Home Depot, himself.

I'm glad to see a company with the size and reach of The Home Depot has someone like Mr. Wolfe on the front lines of customer service. He makes a strong impression of having some important values and principles, and he's very skilled bringing them to life. Mr. Wolfe's actions has restored my hope and renewed my confidence that a giant, like THD, operates not only to make a profit, but has a model to serve the people that help make them successful [clients].
It is my impression that the executive leadership @ THD has the same values and has successfully recognized these values and hired these folks, OR they have worked to train and foster these values into the folks that work on the Escalations Team.
*I believe the 'store-level employees' could benefit from some of the same training that this executive team receives. I'm certain that is easier said, than done. In the end, working with the public in a retail setting can be a big challenge! I give extremely high marks to the upper management and to the managers of the Escalations Team at THD for their willingness to serve their clients in the manner I witnessed.

I want to tell management that Jen the cut my artifical grass turf was an excellent employee, she did her best to make my purchase great! She knew where all items I needed were! Great service!! She needs a raise!

I was looking for a refrigerator on a limited income & I lucked out with a WONDERFUL person named Anne Williams in the appliance dept.She spent so much time with me helping me find one that I could afford. My husband died a year & a half ago & my income dropped drastically. She was kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, understanding & I can't say enough about her personally & professionally. Her customer service was over & above. She gets a 10 in every aspect & if I could rate higher I would. I was in branch banking for 30 years when customer service was everything & she exceeds that! I would like to give an outstanding rating to Taven Merrett, an employee at the Jasper, AL Home Depot. On June 30, 2022 I went to Jasper, AL Home Depot to buy material for home renovations. Taven Merrett assisted me with everything I was looking for and did an excellent job in assisting me. He was very knowledgeable in what we were looking for. I purchased crown moulding and quarter round moulding and he cut them to the sizes I needed. I will definitely check and see if Taven is working any time I need to purchase anything at Home Depot and ask that he assist me.

Cliff in Lumber at the Emeryville, CA store was very helpful. He volunteered to assist me with a big order, after I searched the store for a while. He helped me sift through the redwood 2x6x8s for a long time, finding boards that were not cracked. I feel like I was able to purchase the best quality lumber available at Home Depot, and he helped me find a cart and the correct lumber, which was underneath another lumber prodect. I appreciate his professionalism, helpfulness, and knowledgable assistance.

Having purchased an engineered click hardwood floor at Home Depot, I found it not only to be beautiful, but practical for my needs. Given that I ordered it online, I had little need for customer service. Nevertheless, I would highly recommend this flooring.

Order Ref: CP39451907, July 2, 2022. On Saturday evening, July 2nd I tried to place an order on line. After experience difficulties I called customer service and was fortunate t0 connect with Roxanne at 7:55 PM/EDT. The item was a Blackstone Grill with Warranty. To say that Roxanne was helpful would be an understatement. Her professionalism, product knowledge, patience and friendliness was excellent in all aspects of the transaction.

I was looking for some shelf boards Monday evening when a very helpful young man named " Kollen" moved stuff and was very helpful in getting what I needed. When I went to check out, a young lady named Malenie helped me use the check out credit card machine and i told her what a good job Kollin had done in helping me. As I put the boards in my pickup, my wife called asking me to get some disinfectant. As I returned from where I had exited the store, Melanie was the and gave me directions to find the Lysol. After searching and not finding what my wife had sent a photo of, that young lady Melanie walked by and asked if she could help. She said she was going an break but checked her phone and said the phone said they had some in stock even though we couldn't see it on the shelf. She climbed a big tall ladder looking for it but could not fond it either. After giving up, another employee helped her and BINGO, she found it. After profusely thanking her for the excellent customer service, she said she would check me out since her break was over and she had to go back to work.
WOW! Just when I thought customer service could not get any better after Kollin helped me, along came Melanie and wasted her break to help me fulfil my wife's request
There is hope for America and it resides in these young people like Kollin and Melanie.
if I was still in business, I would try to steal Melanie away from Home depot

I wish to praise Eddie in Customer Swevice East Delray store for going above and beyond to assist me. I went in because I could not open the door that holds the batteries on a night lamp. He had difficulty on account of a defect with the threads. He located the correct tool but said I needed a new lamp which he got for me. At the same time I purchased the batteries which he installed for me and gave me instructions for future use.

Friday May 27, 2022 - I was helped by online ordering. I had returned a Toro zero turn without My Ride system because I thought it would be on all zero turns...it is NOT...Now it was time to order the correct mower and receive a 5% discount I was promised when I did the return and waited for it to clearny HD credit card. The customer service lady that took care of me was right there with the most pleasant experience I have had. She was incredible handling my somewhat complex reorder. I tried to use the rating system following our call. But that system was a bust and it disconnected me. I am writing this in hopes that it gets to her supervisor what an incredible service partner they have hired!!! She really enjoyed the process of being able to make the whole process happen with no stress. A score of 11 for this fine HD representative...A perfect 10 is just not good enough! Placed a Order by phone @ The Kannapolis NC Home Depot store on 5/26/2022. Was given Great Customer Service and Support by Employee that answered and received order. Very knowledgeable on materials and pricing. Went beyond just taking order over phone. Employee Went over and Double checked Everything with Me making sure I had All I needed for Vinyl Privacy Fence Project I'm Doing! That afternoon I received a call back from The store by Employee Named (Mimi) who works in the Customer Service Department..She verified My order and gave me progress on order.. Told me when it would be available for pickup etc..Also let me know that the box of screws I had ordered they did not have and they're waiting on, and we discussed other options and she helped me decide on another box of screws that will work just as good so I replaced the Box they didn't have with the new box. She was very helpful, very polite and kind and knowledgeable in her area of expertise..I have to give it to the Home Depot team from the Management, to the Associates, to the Stockers, to the Parking Lot Attendants and Greeters, etc.. They all really raise the bar on Customer Service and Support! This is why I choose to take My Business dealing with Andys Lawn and Landscapes/ Quality Projects to My Local Home Depot!
The whole Team is Awesome and Will Make Sure Your Set to Go With What You Need for Your Project!!
To The Home Depot Team At Kannapolis NC Store..Y'all Rock!

Hello and God Bless you reader.If you have the time, I would like to share with you my wounded full experiences at my local home depot. At the 4600 Lapalco Blvd Marrero location in LA I was greeted by A lovely staff hard at work helping needy customers. I was directed by the return cashier to the garden section for help with my weedeater; a kind gentleman by the name of Keith stopped what he was doing, show me that he was invested into my situation, and blessed me by quickly fixing my jam weedeater problem.

I may have put too much wire in the head of the eater. I did know what I did wrong nore could I fix my own problems but I am thank full for a home depo team that is here for me and am truly great full for Mr. Keith. Thank you for your time and your team !

Thank you to customer service rep Pushpinder for her kind and fast excellent work. She even called me back after being cut off. This usually never happens with reps. She was very caring and competent.
The manager at the Milton store could take lessons from Pushpinder. The manager was rude and dismissive. It was 100% the stores fault that I could not leave with a board and she tried to blame my payment. Another employee told me they were calling IT. THAT WOULD NOT BE MY FAULT!!!
