Visited the new store in Waco, Tx and was helped by Tammy Rodgers. She was very nice and helpful. Stores need more like her!!

I called for some advice on fixing a gun which I had bought from a friend and the gunsmith proceeded to explain in good detail what I needed to do which was already in the directions but it did not work for me. (8 minutes). I ended up having to go to the store and he again took the time to show me how it was done and he did it in seconds and then made me do the take down several times before he would let me go. 15 minutes. Never charged me and gave me other good advice. I have had mostly always good help at Gander. Maybe a little slow during busy times but that happens. Keep up the good work

IN GANDER MOUNTAINS KINGSTON NY STORE There is a man named Marcel who is really there for the customer . He is highly educated on the guns, ammo and products he sells. I have been in this store where I have seen several people say no to other employees for help they will wait for Marcel. This man is a keeper all your workers should follow this example. This man deserves a title and a raise . Now I was there one day during remodeling and the store manager Tim , well let's just say he should stay out of that department . Never down grade Marcel again behind Marcel's back . Marcel has more knowledge about that whole dept. in his little toe then this man has in his head. I am sending a copy of this letter to the corperate office with the hopes that Marcel gets rewarded for his knowledge and GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Just a quick comment about your store #354 In Ocala Florida This was our second visit in 3 weeks. First visit I purchased a shot gun and yesterday we returned to purchase a clay disc thrower for skeet shooting Both time we were waited on by Dave D he is very professional and very knowledgeable about the product and a gentleman keep up the good work

Jory was courteous, knowledgeable and helped me find answers to all my questions, even when he did not know the answer himself.
As a result. I purchased a rifle.

I Visited the GANDERmtn store in Winchester VA right after Christmas to help my husband shop for a pair of work boots. I was on crutches. 15 minutes into looking for a pair of boots waiting for someone to help us. My husband found an associate in another department. She explained to us she would find the person whose department it was to help us because she really did not know much of the shoe department we waited and she came back and told us the person was on the phone but would assist us shortly. 15 more minutes pass. Finally I had to crutch myself to the register to explain to the manager that we needed help. He acted like who cares and just said yeah ok. Rude. By the time I finally made it back to the shoe department the very nice sales associate who department it wasn't was trying very hard and succeeding at helping my husband.15 more minutes and a guy comes over and says he can help us. No thanks! Thanks to Natalie Schlosser who saved the day. She tried her best to assist us with the work boots and did a great job. If not for her I would have just said forget it we can go somewhere else cause the manager just did not care. The store was not busy at all. Great job Natalie! Thanks for all your help!

I want to thank the staff and manager at the Paducah, KY store. I brought my 9 year old grandson to the store just a day or 2 after Christmas to buy a pellet gun with money he received for Christmas. We had no trouble locating the item and thought it was $39.99. When the clerk rang it up it came up as $59.99. The clerk went to the department to try to find the gun with a price or reference # on it. When she couldn't find it she called the manager for direction. He told her to go ahead and sell it to us for $39.99..my grandson was so relieved! I really appreciated the extra effort they put forth to resolve the issue. Thank you & please pass on my graditude to the store manager & sales staff!!

I would like to say that I was at your store in Beaumont Texas and once again the service was Great. Elise Adams was Very helpful. I enjoy shopping at that store often.
