I have a brand new pick up truck 9k miles my low pressure sensor tells me a tire is low so i droved to the firestone store in Pasadena tx 2miles from my house i take all my cars there for service i expended lots of money on repairs they know me there, but this time i just need to inflate my tires to the standard pressure. Nick one of the service managers was there i telling him what i need and he is just keep reading a magazine like im not even there showing little concern and POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE i moved my p/u to the front he comes out with the air hose and pretends to do his job i have 18 size tires my sensor shows 38lbs on 3 tires and 36 on one im watching him all the time and i knew he did NOT applied enough air to those tires HE CANNOT PROVIDE A FREE SERVICE so he just played stupid with that hose pertendind.
I left the store drove 1.5 miles my sensor still shows low pressure after pumping gas i called Nick and asked if he had put enough air he said yes, i told him they have the same pressure when i got to the store i mentioned i had 18's and they usually required 40lbs inflation told him i was at a Mom n Pop corner tire repair and the knew their job there. And the guy who helped me got to it blew those tires and i asked how much pressure without hesitation he said 40 and yes he got tipped.
NICK NEEDS TO WORK ON HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND STOP BEEN LAZY

1 1/2 Hrs Later They Say That Tire Need Replaced Road Hazard Ins. Covers W/ New Tire Plus New Coverage..ok
About 40 Mins. To Get Another Tire ..ok
3 Hrs Later It's Fixed
Now Heres My Complaint 1st A 1 1/2 On Lift Before Telling Me Whats Wrong...but Even More
They Put 2 Chairs Outside In Direct Sunlight W/ 5-7 People Standing Around W/ No Canopy Or Seating....glad It Wasn't Raining....i'm A Bald Headed Man Now Sun Burnt...when I Mentioned Not Even A Canopy To Get Under The Lady Smirked At Me Like So What !i'll Never Go There Again Piss Poor Customer Service ! I Have Ran Noyhing But Firestone For Years And Bragged About The Service Of Them....i'll Never Go To That Store Again And Possibly Never Buy Firestone Tires Again !

2 tires! That's all I needed ... if this mechanic (TJ) worked any slower he would be going backwards. Wish he was more interested in my car than he was in his cell phone that he was looking at every 2 minutes !!!!! If I ever do come back to this location, and that's a big IF I would be sure for this TJ NOT work on my car

They don't protect customers vehicles with plastic around the steering wheel nor did he use plastic cover for my seat. All I saw was plastic mat to cover the floor. At this firestone in Stamford these young employees don't follow rule & policy. Customers demand that the manger of this location be contacted of this on going problem.

I went to one of your stores here in Rosenberg tx.to get alignment I was told that the car need several repairs to get it to specs some $1700 of repairs I chose to take it to the Dealership for a second opion the serves guy at the Dealership told me that there was nothing wrong with my car he landed perfectly with no repairs just wondering how many people have been given false information will never go to Firestone for any repairs or oil change ever again

I would say that I would never do any business with Firestone in Rochester NY again this is the second time they robbed me on a repair bill and this time it's going to court and I'm passing the word out not to do business with Firestone

hands The worst experience I've ever had dealing with a v Ehicle repair that should have been pretty straight forward and relatively easy for any mechanic at any level expect for the ones that work at firestone. I've had to take my car back three times now and it's still not fixed right all they had to do was replace the front wheel bearings but they cross threaded my axle the first time and apparently just don't know what they are doing. Now they are trying to blame the dealerships repairs that were done over two years ago for an accident it was just involved in. Every time I call the corporate office I'm told the district manager will contact me I don't even think they have a district manager because no one ever calls. I think it's just an automated response that they tell everyone needless to say I will never be a customer of Firestone again and would advise everyone else not to be either unless you like being frustrated and told a bunch of crap that isn't true and never happens.

I dropped my car off on the way to work this morning before 8 am. I needed to have an oil change and my brakes checked. The service man told the gentlemen in front of me, that was going to wait for his car (didn't hear what his service was goi g to be) that he had 3 cars in front of me. After not hearing from anyone at Firestone by 2 pm, I called to check on the status. The service woman said that they were getting to my car next. After again not hearing from anyone by 3:39 on I called again. At this point a different service man told me what I'd need to have done for my brakes, and when I asked about timing he said no later than 6:15 pm. I asked him why when I dropped my car off before 8 it took into 2 for someone to look at it. He said that they had cars waiting for the day before, which was the first time I'd heard that. If I had known that because of cars needing to be looked at or repaired from the day before and that was going to cause my car not to be looked at until after 2, I would not have dropped my car off today. I don't understand why I wasn't at least given one courtesy phone call to tell me they're behind from yesterday and can't get to my car. It's unprofessional. .

Planting shade trees under which you will never sit:
I have been going the same Firestone Store since I purchased my new 2016 Honda Accord, Skyline Firestone, Cape Coral, Florida. They have continually have provided excellent service. The one exception was the previous scheduled service that had performed when I was out of town at Tires Plus in Trinity, Florida. Today I found out from Rick the Store Manager that Tires Plus stripped three of my wheel studs, one so bad the Silder, the technician had to remove the hub assembly.
I have referred several people to Skyline Firestone who have spent thousands of dollars there.
Rick and Silder performed the work for me at no charge to me.
Having been a Firestone Store Manager in Atlanta, Georgia (2011) and I can say this with high degree of accuracy: "Through Rick's portals are among the finest front and back end personnel on the planet.
I am truly grateful that your company has such fine people that take such good care of their customers

Left Lexus IS 250 at Firestone, W 18th St Erie PA Did not do work because they didn't find lock key in trunk. Had to take a bus to get home Manager very rude when I explained it was in case the whole time.

Everyone probably knows that the wait time at any Firestone is extremely long. I was mentally prepared to wait halff of the day. But wait, why is the television turned to an auto show that none of the paying customers are interested in watching? IJS if your customers are patiently waiting, at least have some form of entertainment to take the sting off the long wait. With that been said, I ask the gentleman at the desk if he could change the tv station and would you know they can't find the remote. Awe typical...

Waiting over a hour for one tire to be replaced. I made an appointment and they told me about an hour, it's been a our and a half and they haven't even touched my car. I have been a customer for many years. You are going to lose me

I attempted to have my vehicle inspected by Firestone. This will be my 4th return to this store because they can't get it right. The manager Chris won't listen and hung up on me. This is the worst place ever and I will make sure everyone knows about it.

Had appointment which was made before
Drop car off at 10:45
Finished at 2:10
They took people that busted walked and completed their service before me
Will never return again
Did not give me a reason for the delay

I just spent $830+ at the Firestone on Normandy in Jacksonville Fl. Post repairs, there was a problem with the repairs-went back for remedy but denied by Brady Buck service manager even though the tech. Freddy was willing to investigate the problem and resolve.
Mr Buck couldn't care less-terrible customer service for over $800 and job not complete.
I need some resolve from Firestone-John Wilson 904 655 6464

I have my car replaced front and rear brakes but after they installed them on it sounds so bad. When I let them check but it's still the same problem plus the tail light was on all the time and when I told them that since You install the brakes for me, the tail light was on all the time and the brakes make noise so bad. They kind like not care and said very rude to me. I feel so upset I should not take my car to replace the brakes at Firestone.

Had a 9 AM appointment for alignment and was told i have to wait. That there was 2 cars a head of me.Why have an appointment if you are going to wait a couple of hours.

I went to your location at 17320 Main Street, Hesperia,CA, today 7-5-18, attempting to address an issue I had been having with my 2006 Avalon, where the check engine light had been coming on and off following having my car serviced at your store in Walnut,ca off Nogales. I was told by someone presenting themselve as this store manager that he would be unable to assist me as his diagnostic person was out and no one else could operate the dianostic equipment. When I inquired how long the person had been out he replied two months. I explained to him that why wasn't a person employed to cover for this person until he was able to return to his position his response was that the company could not do this because the position belonged to the person who was out on disability. I informed his that this was no way to do business and how this was not providing good customer service to our community. He expressed that he'd been informing corporate of the need to have someone to perform this duty but to no avail. At this point I would have to rate your company with a negative 1 due to this situation being allowed to continue for teonmonths withiut consideration givien to perform ti your customers expection of providing quality customer service. I will Not be bringing my car to this facility lication ever again and will express my dissatification to all whom I know to never patronize this location.

I brought my truck to Firestone in West Haven Connecticut and October 2017 for them to put on their diagnostic n check before I move to Florida not knowing seven months later I'm still here in my truck still wasn't running right it went from just checking to make sure that I can make it to Florida with the move to still in Connecticut this day seven months later $7,000 dollars out of my pocket and $1,200 Firestone credit card that I didn't even need and now I can't get out of that I will never bring my truck to Firestone again and the tires that I put on my truck because they said the tires was no good supposed to have been Firestone tires with lifetime warrant they gave me some other kind of crazy tires lifetime that I thought was firestone unto I got a flat had to pay $50 for a brand new tire which they said lifetime warrantee yeah right warrantee on what every little chance they get is going to cost you money no matter what nothing is a lifetime warranty with them their service sucks I want to people before they even decide to go to Firestone anywhere find some better place to take your vehicle because if you don't you're going to be in the same predicament I was in spin in your life money on a truck or vehicle that would probably only cost you $1000 be smart early and don't be dumb like I was $7000 later

Hello I was a customer there and my name is Angel here in Bernalillo New Mexico very bad customer service they told me they can repair my tire I get a call 5 hours later stating that they cannot fix it because the tire is very damaged from the mail so I went to Discount Tire today and they fixed it in a heartbeat very good customer service at discount I will never go back to Firestone then he try to charge me $180 of stuff that I didn't ask for he wanted to put wipers on my car give it a new put on a new belt and do other stuff on my car I will never go back to that place again

I had an appointment that I made the day before in person. I was to wait for my oil change and brake flushing and wanted to make sure I didn't have to wait too long. I even brought my truck in a bit earlier. I sat down at 10:30am (appointment was 11am) and I began to wait. They didn't even start to work on my truck until 12:30pm (2 hours waiting already) and it was close to 2pm before it was finished. INEXCUSABLE!!! I was very upset and voiced my opinion to the salesman at the counter. He asked what I wanted him to do about it? He said he'd get the manager but the manager wouldn't come. He was too busy to talk to me. so, I paid the bill and left. Shortly thereafter I recd a call. It was the manager and he apologized for my long wait and said he was sorry and that I had slipped through the cracks. Whatever that means. Then he reversed the charges and gave me a full refund. He was hoping this would satisfy me. I was very upset as my time is just as valuable as his. I had an appointment to get to that I had to reschedule and workers on a construction site that I need to check on. So, I was disappointed but did appreciate the money back, however as far as being a continued customer in the future, I don't think so. I have been a customer off and on for over 30 years and have had this happen to me in the past at Firestone stores in California. I decided to give you another chance here in Arizona as we just relocated here a few months ago. It seems like nothing has changed. There were other problems too. I'm very disappointed. I Bought Four New Tires For My Dodge Pickup In November Of 2014 - The Tires Up To This Point Have Been Great - They Show No Tread Ware And The Little Rubber Tips Are Still On The Tires - My Point Of Information Is This - While Inspecting My Tires Recently, I Discovered Checking On The Sidewalls - After Checking The Dot Numbers I Discovered That The Tires Were Actually 4 Years Old When They Were Installed On My Truck - I Realize That There Is Probably No Recourse, But I Would Just Like To Tell Someone About This Situation

I had my 2013 Buick Lacrosse towed to the Firestone in North Miami Beach on March 11th which was on a Sunday morning. I was told charched $740.05. Picked up my car on Mon and Thurs my car had to be towed again. Now I paid for the inspection, tensioner, pulley and oil change....if they did an initial inspection on my car Mon, they should of caught that the coolant that was originally leaking from my car would of been fixed. Now I have to pay $609.74 for a busted water pump and added special coolant. UNBELIEVABLE!!!! They reall got over on me and because I'm a woman, they really did a number on me. I have to wait until next Friday to get my car because I don't have that kind of money laying around.
