I have been a fan of Firehouse Subs for many years, but lately there has been some going ons that are leaving a bad taste in my mouth. There are times when we use delivery to receive our food. Tonight we (my wife and I) ordered two sandwiches and two bowls of chili. When our ordered was delivered, the bag it came in was sealed. When I opened the bag, I observed one of the sandwiches was not there. Since the bag was sealed, I presumed the mistake was made on by Firehouse Subs. When I called the store for them to make it right, I was told by both a worker and the "manager", I would have to go through the third-party vendor. So far, I have been unable to contact the delivery driver, Uber Eats or anyone else connected with this delivery. Sure, Uber Eats will refund my money but now if I want my food, I will have to go into town to retrieve it. I am totally unsatisfied with the way Firehouse Subs has handled this and I think it might be a while before I use their services again.

Ordered a pastrami sandwich and had it delivered through Uber eats. Noticed it tasted off like it was spoiled. Called the shop and reported it. He just said he would look into it . He sort of just blew me off so I'm not really happy about this

I was on my back from St. Pete to Jacksonville and stopped at your store at 4394 Park Blvd in Pinellas Park. After ordering, I went to use the restroom. I found that the toilet handle was broken, so it doesn't flush, the soap dispenser was empty and there weren't any paper towels to dry my hands on.
I informed the lady at the counter but she said it had been that way for awhile. Not what a customer wants to hear.
If I hadn't already ordered, I'd have gone across the street to Sonny's BBQ.
That didn't give me a warm fuzzy feeling as to the sanitation for the staff that use the mens room and then work on making a sandwich.

What a terrible terrible business to pray off the people with terrible garbage sandwiches and then put guilt into the people that they're helping the Fire Department always about the fire department how much you're donating so that means how much you're ripping off the people to give money away I wish you would just stop I wish I would never see another Firehouse Sub garbage restaurant just a rip off I will never go in there nor will my family or friends firemen have their own funds how dare you use people and their feelings to sell your garbage food

At the firehouse sub in Jackson Tn. I came with happy chatter and the colored lady behind the counter looked at me with an anger face. She needs to go or I will start a stink on social media.

I entered firehouse at the town center around 6pm Atmosphere was very calm and pleasant, and everyone seemed happy, everyone was working and staying busy. I seen a female manager go into the fridge to grab some product I guess, as she walked down the aisle I heard her say (in a very calm voice, not directed to anyone) waste the bacon it's burnt. As she walked away a guy with dreds flipped out an said he wasn't throwing it away, he had been making it that way all day. Although I couldn't see the manager at this point she said it's not firehouse standards to serve the bacon that way, just throw it away please. The guy in turn responded... you throw that s*** away since you're worried about it. He carried on in the worst way after walking out , he came back in an charged at her after calling her all kinds of names an threatening her. He seemed like he had a bad day of some sort. She repeatedly asked him what's the problem why he was mad at her. After all that it will be awhile before I return to this location.

Your Noblesville IN location closes early. The manager was rude and had shut down everything before close. It's not really surprising that their customer service would come from a company that can't have a working voice-mail for complaints.

I Had A So Called Steak Sub In Minneapolis Minnesota Airport. The Worst Sub Ever..smallest Sub Ever.disgusted With The Size. I Cant Bash It Anymore

My husband and I just ate at Firehouse Subs in Bridgeport, WV. We really do like the food so no complaint there. Our complaint is about the young men working there. They had long hair that was loose and fell in front of their face when they bent over to make the subs. That is unacceptable. I don't want hair in my food and it's very unsanitary besides. They either need hair cuts or be made to wear hair nets while they are preparing the food. If we don't go back, that will be the reason. Oh and the prices have went up and the sandwiches got smaller.

What has happened to Firehouse Subs...?
Wife and I went to Firehouse yesterday in Chattanooga. First, my sandwich was much smaller than previously-but the price was larger. The quality I've been used to was not there any longer. When I paid my tab, I made a donation to their current campaign, then when I look at my receipt, they had ( without asking or notifying me) added an almost $5.00 gratuity to it.
That dit it! We will not be back to Firehouse Subs!

I was in severille ten. 9-22-24; fire house subs 209 Middle Creek Rd ordered I sub 10.00$ Sandwich dome how they said I credit them a 63.587 tip it was aistake and they would not give me credit for it and still have not wrong on so many levels

I was just seeing your Waldorf Maryland fire house sub store, and I was very disappointed on the appearance of the store. The front doors and glass have stickers all over it where nobody is clean the malls the floors were filthy and sticky as you walked to the bathrooms and also the bathrooms were complete mess. To me, the store is not up to fire house standards.

It's sad you have used your app strictly as a sales tool for new products most companies will once in a while have some deals for your clients I will be deleting the Firehouse app
Why don't you check the competition once in a while instead of being some narrow-minded.

I ordered a sm. Brisket sandwich.while waiting.I watched a woman employee prepairing the mixed drink containers on the counter. She was to short to manipulate the containers on the counter so she put them on the black floor mat on the floor. She took the lid off & placed it on the floor inside side down. Then looked at it, picked it up turned it over, then picked it up again & put it on the container while trying to pull the bag inside the container higher. & continued to mix the drink mix. There was also a male employee stocking the chip shelf. Yes he was doing a great job. The shelf looked great. But while he stocked the shelf he wiped his hand across his sweating face & nose several times without cleaning his hands.
The sandwich was ok. Could use more meat could barely tast the meat over the bread. My after thought was if the use very bad hygeine with tge drinks & chips what are they doing in the kitchen where customers cannot see....... NOT GOING THERE AGAIN!

I'm sick and tired of hearing about how we have to pay for the fire department's equipment how much equipment they buy for the fire department that means that they're really ripping us off okay and I'm just sick of hearing about it enough I will never come back to your restaurant ever again and be ripped off and subject myself to buy fire equipment

Stop to get subs on 9/28/2023 there was no one out front to take order we could hear them in the back talking I had to yell to get them to come out. The floors were dirty with food all over it, the drink machine needed cleaning

I was here a few months ago at the Salisbury location and cashier did not put my number in. I submitted my receipt to get my points and still have not received. Stopped again tonight and held my phone out for the idiot to scan the entire time she was taking my order. When I asked her to scan , she stated she was sorry she had completed the order. Told me I can submit online and told her it did no good last time! Ridiculous! Staff cannot do the simplest of tasks!

High point Palladium store has done down hill. Nobody seems to care or is interested. Foul language and lack of courtesy. Too bad because the food is usually good but I will not be coming back.

Store#2860-2 East West Connector. 770-439-6155. As soon as I walked in the store I was disturbed by how the manager being rude to an elderly lady in regards to her order Appartently her name was called she didnt her it so he started yelling telling her she needs to pay attention. At the same time the manager begins to be rude to the guy cashier who you can see was a new employee embarrassing him stating he dont have time to babysit him he needs to get this s*** right. All because he did not know how to pull an order back up. Then while I was waiting in line another customer(elderly guy)as well walked up asking if his order was ready. The manager then yelled at him stating he called his name being that he didnt respond he gave his order away. Next he (manager) yelled out yall need to listen for your name everybody grown in here. He then told the man he just have to wait til they make it again this time listen for his name. Next he started yelling at his employees again stating hurry up making these peoole subs because he is not a babysitter again he stated.By this time i was extremely upset but I still placed my order with the new employee who was trying his best even under the verbal abuse of this manager.I ordered a turkey sub and a meatball sub. I asked one of the guys on the line if i could get a little mainara sauce on the side to put on my meatball sub. The manager heard me ask him and yelled we dont do that. I stated to him I never was given a problem with getting the extra sauce. The manager then stated this aint another store its this one and we dont do that. I said i will pay for it he then acted as if he was annoyed and yelled lady i said we dint do that. Thats when i asked for my money back and asked for his boss number. He stated that he was the general manager and its a franchise. I asked if he was the owner and he stated nawl but this who you get. I asked how can I get in touch with the owner to notify him of his abusive behavior to his employees and his customers because he needs to be fired. He then said get the f*** out my store and I stated to him Im not going anywhere until you give me my money back. He acted as if he was going to call the police. I stated to him I dont give a f*** who you call.Then he stated black women. I stated no black men who abuse their power. Im not leaving without my refund.He then took his time in refunding my money.I left and took my business to another Firehouse sub in Hiram who dont verbally abuse their employees or customers. Im thinking I will call the police to make a report of this verbal abuse and speak with an attorney regarding the verbal abuse.Just because you have a title dont give you a right to abuse your power.HE SHOULD BE FIRED. Noone should have to work under those conditions. As customers we spending their hard earned money should not have to experience this kind of behavior. HE NEEDS TO BE FIRED ASAP

People making sandwiches that clearly have no clue what they are doing. No one here when we ordered, been waiting 30 minutes and they just started making them. If you're going to take 30 minutes to make 3 subs, you should tell people that when they order. I could have gone to Publix and been home by now.
These better be made correctly.

I visited a Firehouse location in Chino, CA. 9/18 around 5:15 to 5:30 We completed an online order and went in to pick it up at the location. I sent my teenage son in to get the order while I waited in the car. My son was told that the order was not ready after arriving, so he sat down and waited. It started to get busy and it ended up turning into more than 40 minutes and there was still no order ready. Later I came inside the building wondering why it was taking so long.The person at the counter stated that they did not see the online order in their system, even though we were able to show confirmation on the cell phone and show that the order indeed had been placed at that particular location. The worker called the manager on the phone and we were told it was nothing they could do as they could not see the order. At this point we had been waiting over and hour. No one made any significant attempt to rectify the situation or make things right. We were told to go online or call the number listed on the counter to straighten things out. We left with no food and having wasted more than an hour of time. My bank account was charged for the food, yet we had to leave empty handed. I felt things could have been handled very differently. This problem was not something that we caused yet we came up empty handed. I need to know how this situation can be rectified because it is totally unacceptable and the worst service I have ever experienced. I am beyond frustrated!
