The Firehouse Subs on Green Springs Ave in Birmingham, Alabama has not providing the same service lately as I have experienced over the last 20 years. The customer service is not that great and the workers behind the counter are acting like they could care less if I got my sandwich or not. The workers are not engaged and are not interested in their work activities. I have been visiting this Friehouse Subs for over 20 years and the customer service has never need this bad.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. waited an hour for me and my husbands food. yet watched an entire family walk in order and get their food in 10 minutes. the employees are awful, very rude additudes, had to repeat my order 5 times yet it was still wrong, looked at my receipt to see if i had said something wrong, yet everything was right on my receipt. how hard is it to copy what a receipt says. very disappointed.

I visited firehouse subs in Oshkosh on Koeller and had the worst experience will not be telling anyone about this location had better

I need an upper level corporate manager/owner to contact me about how I was treated at a store by a manager I have been trying to reach someone since labor day weekend and I am very upset. Linda Morse. 478-952-4008. I"m about to go to the BBB and file a formal complaint. I cannot get through by phone and I have also tried facebook. I am serious. I am not going to go away.

I went to gilbert rd and 202 location in Gilbert Az. The owner took my order, phone rang he answered the phone, he told person as soon as I get rid of this customer I will take your order. I looked at him, he apologized and laughed. How rude. Received my order, sat down to eat looked at my receipt, he overcharged me,went up to counter told him I was overcharged, employee fixed it..owner didn't know how to fix it. Owner straight out said, I make more money that way. Employee did a credit to my card, still have not received a credit in bank account. That man should not be an owner. Also, bathroom was filthy and had a leak...bucket catching the water...no sign on the door to becareful water is on the floor. That's a law suit waiting to happen. I kept my receipt, if you want any numbers on it. This was on 09/12/2023

Online order no 1000269. I received all of my order except the chili for 3.99. I have tried to call them with no success. I would like to know what can I do to get a refund or gift card for the 3.99.

Our soup was only half way filled. It smells bad in here. My New York steamer iOS basically mayonnaise. Way over priced. Big thumbs down

Awful service Jackson TN - we were skipped on our sandwiches then went for refund - did not give full refund. They hadn't even made our sandwiches & did not refund our tip, charged us for chips and drinks-

Extremely disappointed in Lexington KY Firehouse Subs - applied on indeed - August 31, 2023 received a message at "6:33AM" as a REMINDER of my 9am interview for that day - I replied YES to show I will be there - I showed at 8:50am - I get greeted at the door and said why I was there and she knew NOTHING about it and asked for my number was all! I said: No! That's quite ok! Who would want to work for this if they treat you this way for an interview?! Uncalled for and very disrespectful!

All chairs are stacked next to window to make it looked closed. 3 females working and complaining about customers while waiting in line. Smells like pot in restaurant. Didn't acknowledge us walking in. Never been disappointed here until today.

Left on hold to place order for over 4 mins upon arriving Asked for crackers replied if we got some...bag had sauce all over it it was replaced after asking for a new one, tossing order on cornertop never going back to mobile al McGowan park shopping center

Went to the Firehouse subs in Burbank WA. Ordered gluten free buns, lady asked if I had a food allergy, and she said they had to open a new one... Like I was inconveniencing her. Tried the free Wi-Fi.. it was like not having it.. but the feed was good ?.

I was charged twice for med sub & large drink.

unable to find where to send complaint! Store told me to call an 888 number. That is unmanned
$15 on my credit card remains!

The store on Manchester in Ballwin, Missouri needs to train their staff. Service is super slow. On top of it, they don't pack all the items ordered into the bag so customers arrive home only to find out that they are missing a sub that they paid for. So unprofessional and let's call it what it is - stealing from customers.

The east Sunrise Blvd store in Fort Lauderdale absolutely needs to be closed..10.00 meatball dry with no sauce..never again.

I called Firehouse Subs on August 4,2023 at 4:45 p.m at the location at Charleston and Hualipai, Las Vegas Nevada 89117. The manager answered hello in a very unprofessional way and I did not know if I was even calling Firehouse Subs. I asked how much a certain product was and she said she did not know ,then she hung up on me. I called back and she was very rude and condasending and she started arguing with me. People like that should not be working much less managing being that she has no people skills. I am very disappointed and I will report this to the CEO of the company.

Paid over $10 bucks (including tip) for a Club on a Sub- cold- and was given very little ham, very little Turkey, no bacon, no pickle, just barely any lettuce & onion. Not to mention missing mayo & mustard (that was supposed to be included on the side). What's the point of going over my order twice if they're just going to mess it up?! Please do better. Your sandwiches are not cheap & your staff? Never friendly. No one ever seems to want to be there. Ever! Pay them more please.I trashed it and went to Jimmy John's.

Water on floor in front of drink machine and area where order was placed. Wet floor sign visible but off to the side, mop and bucket sitting within 2 feet but not being utilized.
