I went to El pollo loco 30 minutes ago, and there is no salsa creamy cilantro or serrano peppers and I asked for my burritos grilled and they didn't grilled and my pollo bowls was like half of it I'm calling the store they didn't answer the phone and the voice mail is full

I was in there today to order the birria quesodillas. Not a single person knew any English and when I try to order justv2 quesodillas they forced me to get the meal box deals. But then still only gave me 2 quesodillas when I had paid for 4. The quesodillas box meals come with 2 quesodillas chips, and a dip. I felt cheated and It really ruined my meal. They came out kind of greasy and I didn't realize it till I got it home of course. So the last thing I wanted to do was go back out. I also got an 8 piece of chicken for my 9 year old autistic daughter and the meat was pink on the inside! She could have gotten sick if I Haden paid attention to what she was eating! We won't be going back.

I went to a Pollo Loco on Saturday the staff made 3 mistakes and they were really rude. I am not a regular client there but my work place use to order there once in a while. Now I will tell them not to do it anymore. My experience there ruin my day! I was so mad after that incident

I called the complaint phone number on May 10th and the guy wrote everything down and submitted my complaint. I have heard nothing back, I think he lied to me. It was very noisy in the background with kids talking loud and running around. It almost sounded like a scam phone number. I gave him store number, address and total amount. It was $103. and change. I have heard nothing back from my horrible experience. I want action now! The store was in Riverside Ca. at the riverside plaza location. It was just after 6:30 pm. My name is Stephanie L Giurbino. And if he was for real on the complaint number, he lied to me!!!

So we decided to go over El pillo koco at Reno Nevada on Virginia street once I got into the drive-tru a young guy asking for order, and I asked for the family meal 16 pieces mixed this is when this horrible experience started I felt so bad uncomfortable but I continue ordering even though this guy was instead asking us which a customer you should take care no he did not get it once I got it to window to get pick up he was acting like he want to start a fight and I am loyal customer at pollo loco but this experience and guy was not what I was expected. I feel so uncomfortable and he kept looking at me or my peoples were in my car and when I give my credit he kept looking like he doesn't know what to do this is a Apple Card ! This is worst of when I felt freaking uncomfortable I don't know that name but he is work for you guys he needs a better to handle customer service and for mr a need a refund for this order I will provide the order number but ordering food - to felt very uncomfortable and freaked not safe.

Riverside and Fulton in Los Angeles, a mistake is made at E.V.E.R.Y. drive-thru visit. And go inside to talk to management? They could care less. Last straw? A $7 keto burrito the size of a freakin cell phone. No gracias.

Hello, this is the 2nd time I have went ti this el pollo loco and have been disappointed the first time I did a curbside pick up waiting almost 15 min outside then I had to walk in to get my order. The second time I ordered no On my tacos and instead I get onions with no cilantro waste of my money very disappointing also the churros tasted as if they were soaked in Oil they were not even hot store number 3500

Ridiculous. Went to 3290 W Shaw Ave, Fresno, CA today about 5pm. Ordered breast & wing with beans and rice. Received gravy instead of beans, 2 wings no breast. Rice tasted rubbery like it was microwaved 10 times. Totally unacceptable. Gave this store another chance after going there Aug 15th and they ran out of chicken. Corporate needs to pay them an unannounced visit if they even care. I will NOT go back!!

Bad service I ordered 2 churos and they coated it with nothing but salt on both,that was food poisoning for someone with bad health conditions my husband blood pressure went high and im diabetic the store in Ontario CA. Bad service

Hi I'm totally not going to go go to the store on orangethtope I sent money there for lunch and I went on line because the people was not good people behind the desk and food was not eatable and I wanted my money back and I told them so. And second store on Valley view and LaPlama it was a dry lunch these stores need to be close and the health department need to find out if the chicken is being cook to much and left over from day before and chop up and use and try to blend in with a few pieces of chicken and not working Chef Ramsey would give these two stores a BIG F.

I feel profiled whenever I go to the Manteca restaurant. My order is 70% of the time wrong and one visit I had a manager argue with giving me back a dollar after about 10 minutes. This visit I ordered a lunchbox and watched has it sat on the counter. After a man placed a large family meal order after me and walked out with his order before me still watching my burrito lunchbox sitting on the counter. I asked if they would give me the meal and the info got passed on until the 3rd person bagged it up who was apparently angry that I wanted the meal I paid for. I don't believe the company cares about complaints, too busy making bank. Yes I am only I person, but I matter. Stop profiling your customers. Oh, the entire meal ended up in the fridge because their was no beans or chicken in it.

I have gone to the Location on Elk Grove-Florin and Calvine the last three weekends. Each time I ask for a sixteen piece mixed meal. I have been told that they either can't do it, or the wait time will be up to an hour. The service at this location has gone down hill. Since this location couldn't serve me, I went down the street to Kentucky Fried Chicken. Each time I was served quickly and completely. I guess you don't want my business. Your service at El Pollo Loco has gone to hell.

Shame on you El Pollo Loco! I have tried NUMEROUS times to correct an issue YOU caused and when the manager at the Arizona location on Bell and 5th street stopped returning my calls, while he was pretending to be someone else, I realized I was gonna have to contact the corporate office. I did so 7 days ago and still HAVE NOT HEARD FROM ANYONE! Is this a professional business?

This is a concerned customer of knowing who to contact there at the Corporate Office in Costa Mesa. I took a Bad fall at a Pollo Loco store. And still have not heard back from anyone. Cut and bruised Very sore all over.

Made a online order after becoming a member on 4/8/2021. Order number 2113448409 from a newer location in Apple Valley CA.Went and picked up the order and when we got back to work to eat lunch we didn't get what we ordered. Ordered a double Protein Avocado Pollo fit bowl . Order of guac. Two churros and also a double chicken avocado salad. Did not get what we ordered. got two salads no extra gauc. The dressings were also not correct. And the chicken was old and dried out. I called and notified them and they asked if I could come back. Not sure how that was possible since I was working at a medical group. The manager Bonnie said she would put a slip in her office so I could come pickup the fit bowl anytime. Also contacted the customer service on their website and was sent an email the next day saying they would contact me within 2 business days. I haven't heard from anyone.

I have tried twice to use your online order system. When I try to create an account and get to the location I want to use, the only choices are in Southern California. I want to use the location on Herndon Ave in Clovis, CA. Very disappointing.

I visited a Pollo Loco on 3290 West Shaw in Fresno. Such a horrible experience. The short manager was working hard, the 2 drive through employees were doing what they had to do to get orders filled, and the first longed haird guy still helped customers even though he clocked out. However the other long haired guy . . he was so very rude. He talked about a customer IN FRONT OF HER! He had no consideration that the lobby had maybe 8 customers and we could hear everything he said. He used the F word several times. Very unprofessional.

I visited the Yorba Linda El Pollo Loco store and ordered a 10 piece meal to take home. ALL the pieces were cooked / burned with NO moisture left in them. Please avoid this locations because multiple time the quality is not there; staff needs better training and better management.

I went into the Pollo loco at Laurel Canyon in Pacoima and I ordered a 10-piece and what I got was burnt to a crisp black. I went back and I told him about it they took it back and when I got home I realized they gave me the same burnt pieces again. That wasn't cool

i will no longer be bringing my business to El Pollo Loco based on the horrible, incompetent service received at the Stephanie Street Location in Henderson, NV
after not receiving my tamales 2x in a row and complaining to the manager, the manager's attitude was unprofessional and rude!!! I spend $25-30 on average at each visit to be treated with no respect and being spoken to rudely warrants my business to be shifted to another establishment.

Victoria and Fifth streets in Oxnard CA. First horrible food I have ever had there. Chicken and the entire 2 utlimate double chicken toastadas were cold. Go there all the time. Sorry this is happening to you.
