Terrible customer service and fraudulent auto renewal practices. I was charged an unauthorized renewal fee. When I contacted customer service, the representative was rude unhelpful. She did not remove my info or refund the fee and threatened to hang up on me.

I am cancelling my membership immediately! Please cancel any future pending monthly membership fees. Because of the consisted problems I have had with an individual assuming my last name and impersonating me online which consistently fails to be stopped, addressed, and resolved by any social media product or service providers. I have been consistently hacked by an online cyberstalker, gang stalker, identity thief, possible Romance Scamming Catfisher, that hacked my longterm email accounts, social media, facebook, instagram, twitter, myspace, pinterest, linked in, classmates.com account, iphones, ipads, etc.
They have contacted former classmates, and friends and tried to gain access to my life, photo, private information, phishing, and using my personal life to exploit me to the highest level. With no resolution or protection from Classmates.com or any other social media products to protect me from such predatory, unethical, or unscrupulous unprofessional, targeted, unethical behavior. I wanted to inform you of why I am discontinuing your services and products. Why would I continue to patronize, access, or pay unprotected services used to exploit me or any part of my life, or past acquaintances that i no longer interact with anyway.

I received nothing about having to turn off automatic renewal. I didn't know there was an automatic renewal. When I saw that I was charged for another several months, I then turned off automatic renewal and asked customer service via email to please refund my money. I was denied. When I tried to contact customer service again via email, they ignored me. This whole situation does not make me happy and leaves a bitter taste. I will not be using Classmates again.

I had changed my auto renewal to MANUAL renewal, which meant they COULD NOT just automatically renew my account. However they charged me anyway and got away with it. After it happened I started reading reviews and noticed that it happened to many people. Before signing up please read their reviews. HORRIBLE. Do not trust these people. And every email I tried to submit was generic and not even related to my issue.

Trying to get into classmates dot com, but it won't let me. I have my maiden name back, as same as high school. When I put in my email, it says invalid, and it is not incorrect or invalid. I still have my married name, that's my email. So the last name doesn't match. That shouldn't matter at all. So I need help to get into it! Help Please.. I can't even get into even see my own classmates either. Somethings not right, just doesn't make sense at all!

The quality of the yearbook reprint is very poor. The reprint is a copy of someone's yearbook that has been written in and copied. The printed pages are very blurred and miscolored.

I ordered a yearbook of my deceased fathers class. I actually found the yearbook with his picture in it. When I was submitting my order the website linked him with a different yearbook. I made several attempts to order the correct yearbook but it defaulted to one classmates.com was linking him to. His name is unusual so I know that wasnt the issue. At that point I thought I must have been mistaken in my original research and Classmates. Com must be correct.So they sent the yearbook and it was the wrong one. They responded to only one of several emails I sent and I filed a claim with PayPal . It is still in the dispute process for the past month. I continue to send emails demanding they refund my $80.00 and they sent only one response , that my payment source has refunded me which is a lie.

These people are dishonest and deceptive and charge you without any authorization from the card holder I never signed up for automatic renewal and these crooks somehow acquitted my card number and used it to debit my account. I am contacting the Attorney General in our start to file a formal complaint. Hope whoever reads this has more luck than I have had!!!!!!!!!!!

I am charged automatically and yet I cannot open the messages i receive. This has been going on for quite a while. I kept hoping it would correct but it does not. Please cancel my membership as I have been paying for information I cannot access.

I would like to know, why, I have not received any emails from classmates, oh I would say about a year now!!!!!!! What happened, did I die,without me knowing about it. I use to get them, and then I could kind of tell what was going on with my school. Thanks.

Thank God I did not sign up for Classmates.com. I would have liked to have join classmates but, demanding I set up automatic renewal makes me nervous. I decided to read the comments and thank God I did, so many people are having problems unsubscribing and I am not surprised. Usually automatic renewals are just another way to rip off the customer. Clearly Classmates is about getting as much as possible out of a person.
If you ever change your membership rules, let me know and I will sign up for a limited 3 year period.

Dear Classmates
My biggest concern about classmates is that it has a one way stree front end. You can sign up easily but cannot tourn it off easily. This is the single reason I have not signed up. You need to fix this and make yourselves reachable without having to go do a separate search as I have done in this case. I don't get some of the questions below.. What do you mean screen name.
