You Debited my account without my authorization. I want my money back. I no longer wish to use your services. I will no longer buy any subscription from you. That is a dirty and low down thing you are doing. I am not in the least bit satisfied with Classmates.com. I tried to communicate with my classmates using your site and you have to many regulations and stipulation with your site. This tells me you are a scam. Your site has gotten me nowhere. It is stupid the way you have your protections in place. I want my money back with no stipulations attached and will go to the ends of the earth to get it. Sincerely Bradley P. Wilkinson SR.

I have requested to cancel my account, but need a password. Since I do not remember my password, I clicked the link for "forgot password"... every day for the last week, and have not received a link to change/reset my password. If I do not have my password, how can I cancel my account, and keep my cc from being charged - again without my knowledge? Will recommend to all not to use this site! What a scam!

Totally frustrated with your site. Can't log in, forgot password, went to "reset password", says I already exist in the system, no kidding! Reset again and it says it can't locate my account. How do I start all over again?

Happy to rejoin Classmates, but very unhappy with the automatic renewal system. Why on earth would I agree to this,when I can just wait for the 50% off promo. For this reason alone, I will not be renewing. I will not be surprised if you lose other customers over this. If the policy is changed, only then will I renew. :(

The service is very poor and the goal is to trick people in to auto renewal with no refunds. You get no notice only a bill on your credit card. Try to go on the site to repair and you can't. Try to find a phone # no way. Unethical company

Calling them gets you a recorded msg directing you to their website. There you get a time-consuming pursuit that in my experience leads nowhere. Recommend contacting your credit card company. I did not sign up for automatic renewal.

I got a notice on my credit card for a renewal of Classmates. I never authorized this, but was told because I did accept a new membership that I was automatically placed on auto renewal. They send you the bill never notifying that it was going to be renewed, at least to me knowledge.



Also they keep sending me e-mails saying people have looked at my page and that they area sending new pictures, nobody new ever looks at my page and the pictures are the same ones they haves been sending for the past couple of years.



I do not want this membership renewed ever again. Please put this in writing to me that I will not be autonewed again.

Your Classmates website debited my account $15 without my authorization on 12/21/16. My name is Lupita Blea. I signed only for one time period not continuing. I called last week to cancel my subscription. My husband died just 3 weeks ago. The service rep said she would take care of it for me.........and yet today I was charged 29.95 again get me off of this site and do it now and return my money

just spoke to Oscar at your corporate headquarters. He said he was cancelling my membership and no other charges will be occurring re. the cancellation. He is not aware of the ongoing investigation re. classmates by the consumer affairs commission%atty gen. in Washington state He best cancel my membership now and make sure I never get another chg or debit on my acct.

I have tryed several times to contact this service to unsubscribe mu accoun. You sent a lettercontainig a lot of unless information to my bank and your online contact is a joke too.I Diane Head has been tricked into a contact thst I did not give approval to charge my account that being the case I am requesting you for you to discontinue my account and I have notified my band stating so. Any attempt to draft payment will be reported as fraud. Sincerely, Diane Head
