I'm appalled by a young ladies actions and disrespectful nature and lack of dignity. I'm a frequent customer in Palestine tx and I have witnessed this female employee flirting and being a little to provocative at work but I tell you when I saw her flirting and telling one other I thought to be cuztome that she would come by there later and the as HER BOYFRIEND walks in and the other guy leaves i realize he is clueless and she clearly just switched up and her bf asks if she knew that guy other than from the store and she says no just some weirdo that comes in and flirts I think he has a crush on me. And then tells her bf she has to take her daughter out to Slocum so she won't be back to town till late. I couldn't believe my ears I put down my items and left so brings us to now im in your store a couple days ago and witnessed this same employee who I've come to learn her name is Sarah or Tara. She clearly has the "other guy" bringing her an item that wasn't really in the best shape what I mean is I've seen more expensive items in better shape swap for lesser money way lesser and he got I would imagine top dollar for a lesser item it was odd and how he walked straight in and straight to her not even hesitating or looking around and she within seconds was already ready to receive and enter his info. It just seemed odd how quickly his interaction went and over heard her and others employees talking bout a guy named Josh in a mocking way and I would imagine it is a male victim of her games I don't know either one of these two and its a small town but my heart just sunk when I heard the talking bout that poor boy like he was just basically stupid for not catching onto this girl and her games. They're all need to all be fired but I know it will go unheard or unpunished becuase its easier to ignore but I refuse to benefit people who act like monster or such filth nor help the company that supports them I will no longer be a customer of yours. Your Cash America store in Murray Utah has had a management team and staff that had been there for years . Recently you completely changed management and have a new manager along with several new employees . Your new manager has a totally different attitude about the concept of what services you provide than the last manager . The old manager knew me by name and the staff and understood how uncomfortable it can be sometimes to be pawning things of value to get to the pay check . I was always treated with a customer service that I've never seen at any other pawn and it really made feel like he cared and knew that the services where important and sometimes critical to live on especially during the civic 19. I was trying a pawn a item I had already pawned but checked it back in and the new manager made me feel with questions and interrogating attitude like I stole it . He also looked at my account and saw I had similar items that I've pawned but asked me why do you have so many projectors ? I said your asking that for what ? He said you two in pawn and now this one . They have all been in more than tens or more and said your tone of voice and attitude is absolutely the most negative I've ever seen . Have you noticed that it's hardkey ever busy anymore . In fact I bought out all my pawns and then transferred them to the big dawg pawn shop across the street because this person attitude horrible . I'm across the street from your cash America' at Big Dawg but it's so slow overc there your new manager is outside kicking a soccer ball around in the back lot . The overall atmosphere of this is negative . He should have been a border patrol agent for his casing and profiling is ridiculous. Why did you change your manager . Bring him back you will get your customers back but this guy had scared off all the regular clients as I'm not going in ever again did he will treat me as degergerate and make me feel like I stole the item in pawning . Your store inventory is junk now compared to what if was. I'm never going back until you remove that attitude and poor excuse of a manager for the store . You obviously see it in your P and Ls ! I'm so frustrated with how I was treated after being a faithful customer I feel like he was also had a problem with me as a person and perhaps assumed I was a homosexual cause of my vocal pitch . But he is going to ruin you forever at this location . Please help me and others come back . Your former best customer ever . Tyler

We have a SERIOUS Issue in March my create card number was saved amd writtenn down at a best western hotel in Orlando fl and later found out a worker or previous guest wrote the numbers down after I paid for my stay and found out 2 weeeks later that a worker a guy tthat has many fraud cases against him decided to take his girlfriend to cash America pawn and himself to Spend $3000 of my money.. And guess how they paid with only a card number no physical card. They had no credit card with them at all or
Myself Misty nichoel Sutton. How does this even happen? A pawn shop take any random persons credit card number without seeing the card without seeing if it was signed or if request ID which mine says it right on the card. The girl was told lit was his moms or sisters I'm not sure so she was fine. After seeing them return with all these items I came up politely to the girl and said your so lucky my name is misty she said what and got sick immediately.. I said what s wrong honey? She said my boyfriend just used your card number and spent $3000 he said sisters or moms . I immediately gave her anything he bought me but it wasn't much he took off with all the property except a laptop. I did not want the lab top it did not even work found out later from officers that at least 8 things did not work. Melanie called her mom and got $350 to give me for the lab top that was broken. Also on top of everything the pawnshop did not even give a receipt for all they purchased. How disturbing this pawn shop seems very deceiving. Took a number in the air for payment, didn't find it alarming the girl with him had a black eye and clearly wasn't safe. I suppose they offer warranty but diidnt offer it why would they they never gave them a receiept. For those purchases anyways. Some terrible funny business all the way around. Melanie left that' guy never saw him him again. She went to her parents abs told her no worries I have plenty of money for an attorney to sue this company. They were no better then the guy who stole my card number they we're accomplice. I have been hard at work with my card company and police and lawyer and what cash American pawn did was very illegal and sold these kids broken merchandise without a receipt knowing they would be stuck if it were there money. I'm not okay with that. I told Melanie to call and get that computer fixed and get a receipt so I can see what was bought, Melanie said a manager female answer the phone said she had no warranty oh well nothing. She can do. Told her several things were broken and didn'nt work and also told her I need a receipt the owner of the card wants it. She is very upset and suing the company. She started to yell over me as. I talked Very quietly explainig the owner of the card number was not his family member he stole that number she said she video tapped me and us. Told her that is fine I didn't know I'm in touch with the owner of the card and good the video shows you taking a fraudulent payment with no proof it iwaki even ok. Tried to threaten me and reff to give me a manager number or corporate number. Nothing. She denied me the info and said misty can call and get it. Told her please stop yelling at my I'm not raising my voice. . I had to end the call she was hostile. This money will need to be put on my card as they are fraudulent charges and I never seen you or gave you any permission to do this. If you don't. Things will get really bad for your company. I have been a Cash America (Harvey La store) customer for over 20 years and am Thankful for your services. I would like to report Carla is the (WORST) Customer Service person I have ever encountered in my life!

I been a customer at Cash america for a Number of years...I came in the store at fullerton One day late and now I'm being charged 103 dollars if I want to keep my merchandise...These Things are precious to me and don't want to lose them...but I 103 will set me back so far...I never will get them back...I understand your policy but one day...Not making excuses but I had a nasty fall at work and very sole...even so I wouldn't been able to make it that day...What can be done about this 103 dollars that I can't afford...My merchandise Been there over a year and coming one day late to make payment should Count for something

I went to cash America pawn on 12/26/2020 and I don't no da girl name but she was very rude to me Jacklyn Mosley I was tryin to get my stuff out the pawn I wasn't understanding my balance on my stuff because I paid 33dollars on 12/1/2020 and she still told me it was 183.00

wouldnt shop here again. Went in and bought a receiver which did say as is but I was under the impression it worked. I get home it doesn't light up turn on or anything. I go right back, and the guy is like the lady is busy in the back and some people buy these things to fix them and maybe it's been sitting in the back too long. So I still end up with an non working receiver,I even asked to just do a trade for a much lesser price and still no help. Well first and last time for me there.

Repeat customer for over 15 yrs. Never again will i shop or purchase another item from this outfit. After multiple CASH purchases. I was encouraged to "buy it on lay away " told if i changed my mind or wanted a refund it would be no problem. When out of town on buisness. Missed a payment date when i returned to town less than 24hrs went to store to pay it off only to discover they had pulled the diamonds and resold them . I was told at that time that they had issued an in store credit for part of my money that could be used at any location . No time limits . Sadly enough when i did find another piece of jewlery i was told my in store credit was expired! in other words if you dont use it within 6months you lose your. Money. When addressed with new store manager the response was spend 400.00 more and they would re instate my credit amount. what a sad day when a company as large as this stoops to in my opinion extorsion for a person to get their money back . I have worked in the public service industry for over 40 yrs. And i have never treated my customers this badly. As far as that i have never heard of such a buisnes practice. Needless to say . I will never shop here or use anyservice provided by this "outfit" again , and will encourage my customer base of over 20,000. To avoid this type of treatment as well.
