I had an incident at one of your locations in Seattle Washington and for that I deeply deeply wish to apologize to everyone in the establishment he is where it happened that 15421 1st Ave. S., Burien, WA 98148 then I went to one of your other locations to put something on layaway because I had credit up to $890 .00 here is the other location where I went to put stuff on layaway with the credit that I had but I got a letter in the mail today saying I'm banned from every location in the United States they don't want me nowhere around the establishment anywhere I do business with your company for years and years and years and years I've never had an incident my wife to business day of my daughter to business day at my friends do business there and I just want to make it straight here's the other location where I went to put another gun on layaway 23201 Pacific Highway, South Kent Washington 98032

I purchased a laptop from winter Haven FL cash America pawn. After about a week I was still not able to log into the computer. I took the computer back to the store and told them what happened and was told it was due to how it was setup and the young lady at the store helped to clear the problem and I was told to go home and complete my log in. I was still unable to log into this computer. Due to having so many other life issues I put the computer on the back burner to take care of the issue later. After around two weeks I received a call from Mary asking me to bring my laptop back in because my information was showing up on all the other computers in the store. I informed Mary that I was in a family crisis and will come in the following day which was a Sunday. I arrived at the store a few minutes before the store opened not realizing it hadn't opened and went back to sit in my car and noticed it was three minutes until 12:00pm. After about two minutes I walked back to the door to see is it was opened tapped on the window and held up the laptop to show them I was their to fix the issue and it wasn't as sales visit. The young lady Mary marched to the door and unlocked it stating the door do not open until it's unlocked and you can't snatch on the door. You are being rude and I know you're upset. Which it took me by surprise due to me not being upset at all. She proceeded to speak to me very rudely until I was very upset at that point and told her she should not be speaking to me that way as I am a customer and the store would not be in business if it was not for the customers. She told me it does not matter to her because it's not her company and it's just a job for her and she refuse to give me service. This is after I fell my information has been compromised thru this store. She stated she refused to do business with me or correct the computer and I can come back the next day and do business with someone else. This is unacceptable for her behavior, rudeness and I have spoken to other customers in the community that has had issues with her. she speaks to people as if to downgrade them. I feel she's racist and plan to take this further. It's a disgrace you have someone like that working for this company. I will not be doing any more business with them what so ever. Thank You

I am a frequent customer of the Crestview, Florida location. I always get a loan for the same amount and for the same item. I have paid back over $10,000 in the last 3 years. The new Manager told me today that he would NOT honor the "history loan" (that I just paid back not even a month ago) after an employee dropped and almost ruined my items. He was very rude and I told him to give them back that I would no longer do business with them. I refuse to go back. The new management there has lost a good customer. Not only that, but as I was there, they left a new Palystation 5 out and it was stolen right out from under them. They were looking everywhere and the new Manager was saying how he needed to get the video up next. Seems to me like you guys may be losing more money than you want with him.

Today August 1 Went to 2 Cash America to be purchasing me a gold rings.I went to the 1 on N tryon charlotte nc.A African American lady helped me.She was very nice n had a beautiful customer service skills.I explain2 her I had lost my husbandn dec.n about some yrs ago I pawned my wedding ring.n I beenlooking 4 one just like it (30 yrs of MARRIAGE).I looked at another ring n loved it.I purchased it n somethingsaid go to Cash America on Sharon Anity.As we walked n no one greeted us.N I proceded 2 go to the jewelry area anyway
I was n am a missing to find this ring.I looked over the jewelryn Hot Dog there it wad.i tried not to cry .I held my feelingsin.I had to ask for help,A Young lady who tag said ASSISTANT Manger came over.Not friendly never smiled,never showed any emotion.No customer service skill at all towards me.I asked the price of ring .Now it was n the area were the discountrings were n it didn't have no price tag meaning mark down price.She looked at me n said 750.I asked her how many carts she act like she didn't hear me I ask again
And she said u can get it at 750.00.i asked her is this lowesy u can go .She looked at me and said no .I was wanted that ring .I asked her againhow many cards she said 11/2.Now this the problemI just bought the other ring with 21/2 cards n that just didn't make since.i said thats can't be right.she just looked at me and said nothing.Now I inderstand the prices cost different depends on how long its been there n how much they gave.But this assist manager saw that this ring was n the cut price rings n it was other rings bigger cheaper price.more diamonds n gold.I can't believe she would not cut the price down period.Another lady walked up n said thats 2 much 4 that ring.Now I just looked at womenn she put the ring back n walked away 2 help the lady just walking up.Now they both was of the same race n she was so friendly with her smiling ,talking laughing everything.I told myself they made more then 1 so KEEP walking out the door.I walked out n looked back becauseI wanted that ring.BUT I REMEMBER SOMETHING MY PARENT TAUGHT ME.IF PEOPLE TREAT U BAD THE FIRST TIME.NEVER GO BACK.O I FORGOT I PD 816.00 4 1ST RING BUT THAT LADY DIDNT DESERVE ANYTHINGFROMME

I'm so disappointed ? I went into Cash America at location in Carpentersville Illinois. I am a very frequent customer there have been shopping there for over seven years now put something on layaway missed one late payment. I was scheduled to go there they that Saturday to make the payment didn't make it on Saturday due to the weather at that location they are closed on Sundays went that following Monday to find out that my layaway had been canceled. I had already paid over 400 and something dollars on the item. The employee told me that I had lost over 400 and something dollars and if I wanted to get the item back I had to re-purchase it for $400 I was so disappointed I asked him is it possible that I can get some of my money back or go towards the item absolutely not all of my money was gone just like I had gave the store $400 for nothing. What could be done about this I don't have $400 to give to this pawn shop and then if I have to re-purchase it I have to pay $400 all over again just because I miss one day late.

Today I went into Cash America on or about 29th and Prospect in Kansas City Mo. In June I Had went and sold this shop two items and then pawned an Amazon tablet 10
I never would have sold it because it was my granddaughters and the. Day I took it in I promised her I would gt it out the following month. I couldn't find my loan documents but went in to retrieve the tablet. They showed me a document not signed by me showing i sold it, there is no way possible I would have done this
Something is not right with this store and I hope. Corporate does some investigating. Now in have a grand daughter who is truly upset with me when cash America is at fault

The manger off Edgewood avenue by the captain D's. Does know how to tell white gold and platinum. She scratched my necklace that's 14kt White gold and told me it's silver. She believes to test it you got to scratch it and if it don't look like yellow gold where you scratch at it's silver. I don't know how she a manger there if she can't do the gold the right way. So if you don't want your gold scratched up and told it's silver don't go here

I had put on the refrigerator/wine cooler and the ice machine on their way. I went to pick it up on May 3. I was a day late so they had to reinstate my layaway. I gave Lady $85 in cash and want you to pay the rest on my debit well she put the $85 down as a layaway payment so I'll end up paying the rest on my debit when I get home the cooler is not cooling in the ice machine is dripping water all over the floor. I called him the next day and asked him what the return policy was just to get treated as if I was taking something from them . I've been dealing with this company for years. I've been buying things from them for years and I never been treated this way. I think it's enough there to take my money and your merchandise doesn't work properly. No one ever said anything about a warranty now they're asking me have I purchase a warranty well they're not selling warranties, gasoline, broken merchandise and there's no one to talk to about it. What do I do?

I walked in with over $20 thousand in diamonds. All my receipts for my jewelry and appraisal papers. They expected me to pay cash in full in 30 days yet gave me til June to pay. When I went back 43 days later to pick up my pawned piecs one employee kept laughing at me saying it's a free country.. I was incredibly disrespected! Did business there over 20 years and will never go back! Not to mention the loan was half less what I competitor loaned me.

I purchased a sccy cpx 2 used for $239 which is the price of a new gun. I came back because it was missing the rear sight. I explained it was missing a part, the store clerk tried to tell me it doesn't come with a rear sight. I showed him the diagram from the SCCY site showing it's supposed to come with it. The guy appeared not to care didn't want to give any money back since it can't be returned. I personally feel I was taken advantage of because I am a women. Then the store manager Will contacted his supervisor who commented the missing piece was not a big deal and refunded $40. This will likely be the last time I or my husband ,who has spent over $3000 in this store in the last 2 months, will be making any purchases from them. To deny the gun comes with the rear sight after clearly seeing it on the manufacturer site is ridiculous

I've used Cash America quite a few times over the years but TVs computers tools CDs and so on I've also pawned a few things there and I was about them back or even sold some jewelry Cash America has been very good very helpful pretty generous and treated me well. Today I called because I have military swords and a couple of collector knives very nice things should bring for the four items I should be able to sell them for like $1,200 at a minimum and the guy was really kind of sarcastic and smug and said he couldn't give me more than $50 for four items two military swords of Bowie knife and a puma Gemini which is probably the best knife in the world that there is and I was embarrassed I mean I was kind of event humiliated I will never use Cash America again I will make sure everybody else knows it too the stores on New Warrington in Pensacola Florida so she know and it happened about 30 minutes ago from this text so you know when to look up who was working because he screwed you all out of a bunch of money

Cash america got so many roaches on and inside their products. Eww, the workers sometimes steal or over discount themselves but overcharge customers. The management sucks so bad they never handle any problems and if a customer files a complaint, they tell their workers that they will not get in trouble cause corporate don't act on the complaints for real. Cash america is so ghetto and dirty, they let literally anybody work there and the whole staff on drugs cause they don't do random drug tests, it's just all bad. The one on lamar and airways for sure! Everybody in there slow or on drugs cause one time the worker and assistant manager forgot to give me all of my correct money and tried to get smart with me. I will never pawn again I'll rather sell my stuff on the streets.

At your 1342 Springhill Ave location. Judy is very rude and very sarcastic. I was there 2/4/2023 10:00, she was very rude and she always is every time in there. I think she's kinda racist. She be paying attention to all the wrong things. She was listening while I was filling this out. And they guy was kinda a follower. I won't be shopping with y'all ever again

Knowing exactly what to moreless expect from my local hawk, I tried anyway & got quoted 1/8th of my 2021, only used ONCE, 18V Snap-On, 3/8" drive Impact Gun, it's brand new charger & its 2new batteries - only $137 offered by my local scam America.
For that tiny MAX offer, Sir or Ma'am, I might can afford the charger only; therefore, maybe we could try to better analyze the overall Snap-On quotes, please.

I am so up set with my service to were I was standing in the front area of the store and I was crying about my service and the way I was handled like trash and disrespectful which I never been treated like that I was so hurt and decided that I feel whoever comes to that issues with them or who is under that treatment will continue to be discussed with service from Steve and the assistant manager Travis was dealing with the guy who actually was so rude and not falling protocol he wear glasses tall and curly hair and makes as I would say Puerto Rican or Italian but more like Puerto Rican because he was speaking till the other guy Steve and they both were laughing like if it were a joke or being rude to where oh I had to hurry and that he was scratching my jewelry and putting in so much acid on it and not knowing that you have to clean it cuz he was saying that it was looking like it was not real but it was tested as real and didn't want to take most of my pieces I was my offering was 9:50 or $1,000 because I had one was 14 karat and some diamonds in every last one of the other pieces of jewelry landed out as 10 karat and the weight was 22.5 I was told that I would need 19 grams more to even get $1,000 plus loan which I believe is unfair unbelievable and even if it was I was treated so badly so I would not even want to even tell anyone to come back but even needed money of the service and had nowhere to go I will still probably just let it be but hating myself inside that I had to use and count on somebody that was rude and disrespectful and a bully to me not falling following protocol I feel they do not need to be in that field of service having a job to where it will bring the company down because of the treatment you don't not treat people that way we're all going through something and we all are human no matter the color or what not or what you may think they don't have skilled or no skilled with all human and I will take it to Facebook I will take it to the news I will take it to wherever I need to touch anybody to understand that you have people like Steve in in the other guy working up on the supervision of Travis saying that they can do what they want to anyone and treat them because they feel that they are secure and safe with a job that basically picks on you and belittle you as whatever because you are in need at the time not fair not fair don't like it please let this touch the head of whoever so that they can be able to clean up shop put the right people in and let people who are not able to be caring of anybody well-being and feelings I would like for the guy to understand if he's cant treat everyone a certain way because of his thoughts or feelings of what's going on and I would like for them to be removed both of them and I would like for the assistant manager to be put in a meeting to where he will have to push them to understand we are humans that is not a tolerated and allowed in our establishment thank you any questions please call me cuz I really wanted to get a lawyer I'm standing there hurting and crying in the middle of the floor and they don't even care not fair not fair wouldn't want a company what in those type of people working in my company

I went into the location at 5631 old Pascagoula rd in mobile Al today at approximately 11:30ish. Greeted at the door by a lady named Paula as she was pulling a dolly back in. My husband and I stopped in to get a ring tested that a guy needing some cash sold us at a gas station, we just wanted to see if it was real or if we just lost out on a little bit of money not that big of a deal honestly, this lady who wasn't that busy wouldn't even test it, said she could smell it's not real. If that had been the case fine ok, but when I'm asking you to take 5 minutes out of your day when you aren't doing anything to just test it anyway and you tell me no? worst customer service I've ever dealt with and I've been in the customer service industry myself for a long time. My husband and I own a automotive business, I understand dealing with irant customers which i wasn't and even then you don't treat a customer that way. The manager comes from the back because I asked the associate she couldn't just come test it for me real quickly, her manager Amanda or Reine tells me I can take it somewhere else and get it tested ok so you don't want money for your business to be able to sign your paycheck, be glad y'all are franchise or y'all would've been closed a while ago with them attitudes. I am not a racist person however I don't know if these are their real names so to make sure the right people are being held accountable the manager was a white lady Amanda or reine and Paula is a Spanish Filipino woman short, short brown hair. I didn't care one bit about the money but the customer service and even told her that and she laughed and said "oh your mad" like no mam not really a bit having a great day came in with my puppy in a Louis Vuitton air forces and true religions I promise you money was Never the problem the disrespect was.

I put a tv in layaway in December , paid 100 dollars in January. Payment was due February 22. Had a COVID Deatj in family and was out of town. Came back March 5 to make payment and they told me my account was forfeited . They literally took my money . They said that there was nothing they could do. They even got an attitude with me about it. I will never visit are do business with this company again . This location is in Lubbock on 50th Street.

So I have been a Cash America Pawn Patrón for 20+ Yrs including their Sister Company First Cash Pawn Never had I regretted doing business with them till this past year. They have always been good for the most part I've gotten to know some good people seen employees come and go same for managers. We all have our ups and downs but to kick while you are down and to throw it in your face ... I think Management at the WestSide no names for takes the cake. Going thru a rough patch lost some personal items as I have before but always been able to save them to be told well we can keep doing this for you. We are loosing money ... really what money are you loosing it's not like you are paying for it it's not your money and the company is not loosing money because I'm either paying interest for 70 days or price that you have chosen to place in it .. so exactly where ati you loosing money if anything I'm loosing money paying twice as much to hang on yo my things and all I ask is for time. It says a lot when a manager goes over a DMs word after all a DM gave me his word to work with me. But as the closing manager said tonight it's ok he will be on my side . So no word what so ever or customer loyalty; But it's ok because even tho the employees are supposed to wait to buy customers items the families and friend (plus discounts Wink Wink) can buy them the same day the item comes out and Angie Romano ETC etc etc have been going thru my MKs COACH Doonys BRHAMINS Collections of luggage wallets messengers backpacks mini packs belt bags and they have plenty of customers for my thins and they are worried about loosing money haha they should be more worried about the employees and the shortages they have at that location. I would be careful when taking jewelry there the Diamond tester well let's say it's not up to par depending on which one you get it may be a real Diamonds haha also if you are waiting for the silver liquid tester to work you will be there a while it doesn't work you have better luck with the 18k gold liquid tester ... once I bought a silver bracelet after a week I thought It was a mood bracelet was turning colors turns out wasn't silver at all I took it back got a refund and the manager tagged it and put it back on the floor for sale. Remember L. That's the thing about hanging out at the pawn shop you learn things pick up things right Armando. And I have been your customer since the beginning so one could say I know all your Dirty little secrets. Even how your Store Screwed me Over Flipped my Pawns on the Books .. if this is how you treat a customer with. 20 thou layaway accent and 30 thou pawn accnt I hate to see what u do with others

I won't do business with this place again. Every time I have come into a Cash America Pawn Shop I was refused service. The employees do not wish to work nor there to help customers. They have more interest in getting out early. I have come at 6:50 , 6:55, and even 6:58. But they always turn me away and say they are closed. In my recent attempt to walk in a get service a employee told me in a hostel manner and looked at me as I was some trouble maker or as if I was being a nuisance..But I did bother to correct him on the actual time when he told me that it is 7pm. Cash America either needs to. Change their closing times 15 minutes early or they enlmployees willing to work and have better customer service skills. My I add that I was there to buy a last minute anniversary gift for my gf and my budget was $3500. Just for yalls information

I want to say, I added a negative comment yesterday about the store located in Crestview, Florida. Not only did they call me and take care of my issues, they were so caring and attentive, as well as apologetic. I wish I could delete my negative comment. They made me feel so comfortable talking about my issue and were so understanding of why I was upset.

I just purchased a macbook pro for my daughter who's going off to college,at cash America in Chicago 22nd and western ave,and not only were the employee's helpful,But I also saved hundreds of dollars on the mac that I bought also the unit was still under warranty thru apple care purchase 8/17 2015.Thankyou Cash America for a great experience,and I will recommend anyone looking for laptop for there kids to check with Cash America first before buying new,If you take a little time you can sve a lot of money.Thankyou Again Ed from Chicago.
