On 3/4/22 we ate at the Bonefish Grill on Glades Avenue, Boca Raton, FL. We had a fantastic server who took our order however it did not end on a positive experience due to management and another person at the bar area.
When we finished our meal we requested our check from a guy that was behind the bar and he ignored us and went to the end of the bar to "do nothing". When my fiancée ask another lady behind the bar to please process our our bill she told to "f-off" and my fiancé quickly ask for the management who could prepare our bill and yet he did not speak with the rude and cursing from the employees.
Our original server: Honesty A and she was great. The SvrCK was 75....please visit this site, the management must be lacking to allow an employee to tell a customer who visits this Bonefish 4 times a month.

Today was my Birthday,my Husband tool me to Bonefish Grill on Cortez Boulevard in Spring Hill,I have been several times before,however today was the worst service, ever,the worst food ever and a total disappointment.The server brought the food to the table, and never returned,not to ask was everything ok,nothing. We asked for the check,she could see that we had barely touched the food, we asked for to go containers,even then she didn't ask was everything ok, we paid and left. The food was put in the trash when we got home, it was not even good enough for my Dogs, I have in the past bought my Employees Bonefish Grill gift cards for Christmas and Birthday celebrations, but alas never again. I knew one of the Original owners who sadly passed away in Tampa Bay,so I have been associated with Bonefish for many years.

Alas that relationship ended today

We made reservations for my birthday dinner with our friend for 2/18. When we arrived they said there was no reservation for us even though my husband showed the "manager" the phone call. We waited for my friend to show before leaving since it was an hour wait. I asked if I could walk thru and see if my friend had arrived. She was seated under our name which the "manager" insisted didn't exist. Lots of stress for no reason. No apology either.

1st time back this year. very disappointed, muscles were awful,scallops were not scallops, over priced. you have lost a good customer.

This place is a Absolute 0 our server Kaley she blonde ,Rude, chip on her shoulder!!! She was upset with us cause our salmon was raw in the middle. The manager came not much results!! So don't go to this place !!

I am at bonefish grill 1135 e. 19th street, upland ca. their system does not accept gift cards- mgr just says yeah our system can't read that. This is after you order- now have to pay when not expected. This is ridiculous! There should be something posted on their door and website saying they don't accept gift cards! Is this how you do business, without a care for the customer experience. $25 gift card- useless!

My wife was rudely treated by a manager as she left the restaurant, she was using a cane opposed to her wallet. Treated rudely as a drunk. She was no near intoxicated but. Disabled because of a knee issue. In any case a lady using a cane should not be demeaned or treated as drunk. I logged a complaint with AARP and intend to confront the manager personally. I was getting the car from parking when she was abused.

Had a horrible experience at bonefish of Sarasota florida at 7008. The manager Josh Lasen was there and I showed him my filet that had a big grissly white band on it I said to him let your chef know and he replied he's not responsible so I said it's your meat company and he yelled and said I worked 10 years at a steak house I know and then if you get rude with me I can really get rude with you!! Threatening me in front of my whole table and also charged $84 for our dinner and later fought that and they didn't take off a filet!!!!

We ordered takeout for our Anniversary for safety reasons instead of going in person. I ordered online for a 4:30 pickup arrived at 4:25 and parked. I saw 3 other takeout people receive their order. I was finally approached and told they were working on it. I left at 4:50. I got the Lily's Chicken and was disappointed because it looked like they just threw it together and no sauce. My husband got the Fontina Porkchops they were good along with the bang bang shrimp. Definitely not the best Anniversary dinner

I am disappointed with the service I have received before and after my complaint. I sent in a complaint months ago about a Bonfish Grill in Glen Burnie and I never got a response. Instead I am just receiving offers to eat at Bonefish Grill.
My original complaint was about the quality of the food. My girlfriend and I are big fans of Bonefish Grill. We ordered the beef potsticker and they were not what we remembered at all. Mushy inside and quite unappealing. I ordered Mahi Mahi and she ordered Chilean Sea Bass. We both had spinach and mashed potatoes. The potatoes clearly came from a box and tasted like it. The worst thing was our fish. Both of us had planks that look like they came from a bag of frozen fish. We did not finish our meals. We wondered if this was a privately owned franchise. If so please tell me how we can tell the difference. I have not been back to one of your establishments since that night in September because I have not heard back from you. I never imagined my complaint would be ignored.

I tried to purchase a Bonefish Grill (plastic) gift card as a Christmas gift for my elderly father. The website options had changed and I mistakenly ordered an email gift card. I called and asked that they process a refund. I just received an email that they would not. I have ordered a gift card every year for my Dad of $100. I will not hand my father a email printout as a Christmas gift. All I wanted was to send him a plastic gift card since he lives out of area. I will find another restaurant going forward. I have been in the restaurant industry for over 40 years. I am an avid Bonefish customers for years, often frequenting 2x a week when in Florida (Snowbirds). Understandably, prices have increased, however, the recent change in menu and quality of food (cut backs) is horrible! You taken favorite items (Coconut shrimp, tuna steak, tuna app, potatoes au gratin, to name a few) and repacked with cheaper menu items and increased the price of those items. Will not frequent as often or at all.

Restaurant remodel is terrible. It's like going into a barn to get bbq. Portion are appetizer size and prices are out of line.? I understand your ratings above. 9 of us used to go every month.,tried again after covid shots. We won't be returning.,

I was completely dissatisfied with my delivery order from Bone Fish Grill this evening. It was much husband's birthday and I ordered Ceasar Salad, fried shrimp, soup, bang-bang shrimp, and Salmon on a bed of fetacunni. The salmon dish and soup were inedible. The salmon dish was dry and tasteless and the soup was tasteless as well. I believe I should be refunded my money for the the was inedible.

I used to really love your menu because there was something for me, but now I have to jury rig a meal for me. Your Scooby-Doo noodles are overdone. I was told I had to have mac and cheese as a side dish instead of a pasta dish. I give mac and cheese to my 5 year old granddaughter for a reward. I don't eat it. I can make almost everything on your menu and my pasta is better. I loved your place but I don't think I'm coming back. If you can't do gnocchi and make something I can't do, I don't see the point

On August 26, 2021 around 5p.m. I approached the counter to place an carryout order. When the young lady tells me to go sit by the bar and someone will be over to assist me, however, almost 30 minutes went by and then I went back to her and she asked me oh, are you placing an order. In which I said yes, she went on the answer the phone, and continue to display good customer service to other patrons other than myself. However, I asked to speak with a manager who was no help at all, and all she could say is that she seen me when I first came in and nothing else. To sum it up, I finally, was able to place my order after a very long wait but I was very unsatisfied with the service that I received a Bone Fish in Novi this date. On top of the poor service I received I still tipped the waitress $5.00 even though my bill was only $9.22. I look forward to hearing from you . Thanks

I am sorry but pissed poorly managed location. I spent a ton on my wife's birthday dinner. Did curbside and no utensils! I was hoping to eat a nice meal with my family. I have no utensils here and Jamie the manager was useless, I am trying to eat crab cakes with my fingers.

Myself and my daughter dined at your resturant in Wilmnington, Delaware a couple of weeks ago. We had to wait a very long time for our meal and when ee mentioned this to the waitress and became very rude stating she was working both sides. Also my meal tasted like it had been in the micro wave too long. It was very dry

Ordered take out and received the wrong order. Called the restaurant and the manager "Sheri Lofland", apologized and said she would send me something in the mail to make up for it. I just received 2 complimentary bang bang shrimp (dine in only) WTF!!! This is poor customer service.

We don't want to complain but our meal at your cortez rd. store in Bradenton Fl. was so bad that we nearly left the table. We ordered the tuna poke that was warm, uncut, and looked like it was sitting for a hour. My wife had the blackened mahia and it was cold and dry. My fish and chips were burnt. We waited for over 25 minutes to see anyone and there were only 40 or less people there. We are dine rewards customers and have high hopes to return. For 80 bucks we could of made out better off at a taco bell. Please help

The service was absolutely horrible. My two friends and I, which one was from out of town, had to get up and leave the restaurant without getting ours meals. Our meals were given to the wrong table and those customers had that meal plus what they ordered. I can just say I will never dine at this restaurant again the experience was embarrassing and disappointing. Someone need to fix this problem before it causes the business to lose the great customers.

Far below average experience- first time back after pandemic. Waited almost 50 minutes for food to arrive. Arrived at 4:38pm so before the dinner rush. Approximately 1/3 of my salmon filet was burnt, jasmine rice was devoid of any mosture. Manager took the cost of my dinner off the bill, which was appreciated. However, in the competition to get customers back to restaurants, this Bonefish Grill in the Voice of America shopping district of West Chester, OH has a long way to go to restore this repeat customer's business in the future.

My family and I went to your restaurant at Concord, NC for my birthday, which also included a 3 yrs old. We were seated and just left there for at least 20 to 25 mins with no one coming for drink orders or apologize for why there was no waiter. Finally someone came and took our order. It still took forever to get food out to us and when it came, the ones that ordered green beans couldn't eat them because they tasted like they might have throw them in water ( no seasoning) and pulled them right back out and on to the plate. I mean raw! Also some got the spinach and it wasn't seasoned either. I was So disappointed. We had 8 people and we spend around $250 or more, not including tips( started not to leave any tips) and was there for about 2 hrs. A couple of out family members has not ever been to the restaurant before ( not a good impression) and you can only guess how the 3yr old did! Sorry to say it might be along, long time before I come back. This was one of my favorite places to eat at one time.

Went to Bonefish for a birthday dinner with family. It took 35 minutes to get 2 sodas. When we ordered the sodas we also ordered my grandson's chicken nuggets. After the host gave us the sodas, I had to ask the host for our nonexistent server to order our meals. One hour and twenty minutes later here comes our dinner. Meanwhile still no chicken nuggets, btw were never made. Our food was not only cold but my meal was 100% wrong. My husband does not like to fuss but he was even upset. My son in law went to the manager by that time I just wanted to pay the bill and go home and make a sandwich. The manager did apologize and said no charge. That was appropriate but not the solution for a restaurant during Covid. Also noticed a couple large groups which exceeded the 6 at a table rule. What a horrific experience. One more shame on you Bonefish, I live in Maryland and the wrong diner I received was a crab cake. Was the size of a silver dollar in width and was 85% filler and looked like a dried clump of bread crumbs. What happened to quality?

We are very disappointed in Bonefish Grill in Edgmont Center, Pa. My daughter and I went for Lunch today and ordered one drink each and 3 appetizers and was told that we had to order an ENTREE each to order another drink? WTH? Is this your own rules you are making up now? Are they serious? Your appetizers has gone downhill let alone order your entrees.Restaurant was empty, now I know why. Will never patronize your chain of restaurants ever again. Your company is a disgrace! :) :) :)
