When we got to the restaurant on time for our reservation we were told we had been bumped and to go sit in the car, when they texted us to come in they seated us in the bar next to the kitchen, it was very loud, I went to the hostess and said that it wouldn't work when the manager came up and took us to a booth. I always get the cod imperial, fish was tough!!

We were at bone fish grill in ocala, fl. Everything was wonderful but no one could explain why it was freezing in the restaurant. There were many people complaining about the cold and the waitress said the managers out we can't change it. We don't complain but this was extreme and we left due to the cold.

We have frequented Bonefish in many states for years. We visited our Brick NJ restaurant this evening and were totally disappointed in the menu change. mussels Josephine and Sashimi were your signature appys. Not on the menu. Potatoes augratin not there. Your fish selections have dwindled to only a few. Even the desserts were lame. You are going to lose your steady customers if you cannot provide meals to their liking. The wait staff is great and very professional. Please bring back the the original Bonefish That we all enjoyed. I sincerely hope corporate will listen to the public who support your restaurant.

I live in Sarasota Fl. and I frequent the Bonefish in cooper Creek. The elimination of the aux gratin potatoes is the worst decision you could have made during this crisis.Your prices are high and to get cold hard tasteless mashed potatoes is inexcusable. I was offered additional potatoes. Why would I want more cold, hard tasteless potatoes?
The aux gratin potatoes were a Bonefish favorite. It must save you money otherwise they would still be on the menu.
It is very distressing to have those sides which on the whole are inadequate and very cheap. Cole Slaw for example. That is never good.
I am crossing Bonefish off my list.
Is that what you hoped to gain?

I ordered two orders of the Bang Bang Shrimp on 11-16-20.
After getting home for two orders that I paid for; I get home and I have the bread and oil for one order and no bread and oil for my second order. So, the manager has the nerve to tell me that it's a waste and most people don't eat all the bread. I believe if you pay for two orders what comes with order 1@ 10.00 should come with the other order @ 10.00. How does his assumption dictate what I get for my order. He looks at it as a waste but I look at it as getting what I actually paid for. This is not my first visit to this store but today maybe my last. UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

We have been patrons of Bonefish Grill for many years and have gone to many locations in our travels. The Villages location has very good consistent food. The servers are all polite and on the ball, including the hostess. I have two complaints. First and foremost are the restrooms. The door is extremely heavy and difficult to open. One of the toilets has a seat that a homeless person wouldn't want to use. My very close friend has diabetes and uses the men's room for his injection and it disgusts him. Our second complaint is the side dishes. We eat there about twice a month and they Always have the same vegetables...spinach, broccoli or the hard green beans. Yes they do offer asparagus at additional cost, but how about mixed veggies or squash or corn for a change? Seriously, it is so boring for months without variety. We have enjoyed Bonefish for a long time, thinking it's time to find another regular dining place.

I loved Bonefish until my last visit on August 9, 2020. I ordered my usual Lilly's Chicken but this time to my surprise it shrunk. I usually get two pieces of chicken with the cheese and hearts on it with sauce. It came with one very small piece of chicken not even my palm size and one heart and no sauce. I am used to the side and garlic mashed potatoes being very small but what happen to the chicken. Also the price increased. I also ordered 2 expresso martins and usually feel a little something after 2. This time I felt nothing it was like drinking something sweet with no alcohol. I called the corporate office customer service to share my experience with NO call back. We are a member of your dine in rewards. I don't know if I will visit your establishment again because of this experience and lack of interest by Bonefish to call back as promised on your voice mail. Bonefish 0134a in Independence, Ohio.

Bonefish Grills higher ups and customer service department doesn't care about their employees, they actually despise them and hate them. They have to integrity and will power, their just a bunch of slobs at the top and greedy about their money, nasty to their bodies and they don't take care of themselves. They really filthy, seriously, their souls are black and their hearts are filled with evil intent and working for their company was a shameful act because working for such cowardly humans with so much sin is a disgrace. You don't have to be religious to know these fools are going to a place no one wants to go because they have no heartstrings. -Nikki

Tonight at Bonefish. My husband and I ordered lobster. I wish we thought to take a picture. I had a lobster with a shell with only half of the fish. My husband ordered two lobsters that looked like two blobs of whatever sitting in top. We were with another couple and were so completely embarrassed to make a scene but we asked to see the manager. Yes the manager did replace our meals but our guest were now finished their meals. We are frequent dinners in The Vilages Florida and Exton, Pa. I came home very upset. I think that the manager could have at least ask if there was anything he could do to make our dining experience better. He could have at least compliment our three drinks. Our server was Sam and he was wonderful. Again, we were in The Villages Florida. 32159. I am not comfortable writing my first negative review but I hope someone reads this. Not sure tonight when we will visit Bonefish again and I definitely will not tell people to visit your restaurant. Marie

I visited your aventura restaurant last week with some friends didn't think that it would be a problem for one of your employee that happens to recognize me but didn't say anything to me but reach out to family members to contact my wife to find out if we are still married which is none of their business I think you guys should coach and train your associates customer confidentially is mostly important that's not a good look for bonefish I would understand if it was McDonald's but it was at a upscale restaurant maybe the associate didn't care about their job but I decided to keep this anonymous therefore the general manager of that restaurant should have a meeting and address this problem thank you

Will never go back to EHT Bonefish. First, the kid that was seating copped an attitude when we requested a different table. It was empty and he got pissy about it. Second, I requested the broccoli steamed soft. Again it came out hard..not the first time this has happened. The cod was overcooked and dry. The manager comped our coffee...however..will NEVER go back.

Today My husband & myself came to your North Myrtle Beach Location. We were so looking forward to the trip as we live in Wilmington NC.. The bartender Steve R was extremely rude to us. He made us feel as we were a inconvenience to him. We asked him were Renee was because that's who we usually see on our trip & the reason we come to that location. He had some very unkind things to say about her & the other ladies that work there.. He also got our food order incorrect but we didn't say anything because he seemed extremely angry about everything. It's very sad cause this use to be on our list of places to stop.

We are never going back to the restaurant in Madison mainly because of rampant staff turnover and an owner who threatened to (ahem) evict us for no discernable reason other than his loudly voiced defensiveness in response to his inquiry about how things were going. Long time patron.

January 23, 2020.
Gave them my AARP card to pay my bill and receive my 10 % discount. Manager and waitress said I could not use it because I had a $10 off bonus card which was free when I purchased a $100 gift card
But just the week before when I was in I used another 10 bonus card plus got my 10% off. So as a senior AARP card holder don't hold your breath on receiving your 10% off. U may pass out. As far as I'm concerned Bonefish in the wrong . There are plenty of restaurants in my vicinity. Oh. By the way.
Bonefish won't be one of them. I'm kissing them goodbye. I can spend $20 for lunch elsewhere And still get myAARP discount No more $100 gift card purchases at Christmas time Either. Penny wise but they r a pound foolish for loosing a customer. Not only that. Only 3 people in restaurant.
Won't be back to Virginia Beach Va.

We had dinner last night in your location in the loop on Osceola parkway I was kind of disappointed I'm usually not a complainer but I ordered a house salad as a start it was so different and disappointing no sun flower seeds 3 olives 2 cherry tomatoes so poorly delivered and my little one was charged 5 dollars for his drink knowing that kids drinks are included with the meal ,also asked couple people for extra ketchup was not delivered until later .... we usually love the food and the service especially with daniella who's the star of that location but unfortunately not last night my little boy's birthday 😟😔

Waiter never checked on us at all. Was out of drink thru the course of our meal

Last night I went to Bonefish Grill Longwood Florida for a date night which I frequent often. I was very disappointed in the whole evening except for our very attentive bartender. First, after ordering our drinks at the bar I excused myself to go to the bathroom. I walked in and thought OMG. It was like I walked in to a rest stop bathroom on a highway. Absolutely disgusting. Dirty toilet paper, dirty paper towels all over the floors as the trash can was overflowing. I did bring it to a waiter's attention was the restaurant was not busy at all. I then ordered the corn and crab soup. It came ot cold and congealed. I had to send it back and it still came back congealed. My boyfriend ordered the bang bang shrimp and the quality of his order was just not up to BoneFish standard. We choose to not order anything else as I was so disappointed of the experience up till then. I suggest a look at this restaurant as its slipping. Linda Miscioscia

Waiters are not good, dirty plates on table not cleared. Food is great but customer service is tedious.

Ate at the Bonefish Grill in Chattanooga on New Year's Eve. There was a mixup in our order and it took us an hour and a half to get our food. My wife liked her Steak and crab cake but my Imperial Cod was awful. It was supposed to be stuffed with crab, scallops and scrimped but there was nothing there. Also the fish was extremely under cooked making it inedible. The waiter was very helpful and the owner operated comped our food but it was a terrible experience. Don't know if I'll ever do there again.
