At the cricket stores the representative and workers don't care if they lose a cricket customer. I've been with Cricket 4 years over 10 years I'm about to leave Cricket because I'm not Reach a no one that can help me with this phone problem that I'm having or I can't talk to someone and get the answer that I'm looking for so I'm trying to go to the head head perfect of Cricket to see if they want to keep me as a customer my phone numbers plus MetroPCS have it where you can get to iPhone 4 free to sign up with them I would rather stay with Cricket so I would like to talk to someone that owns Cricket cuz I'm having a problem with Cricket and their phone also with Cricket workers they don't care if they lose a customer or not this is something that AT&T need to talk to their workers about that are selling crickets phone all day doing is working for a paycheck they can care less if they lose a customer or not

I work out of my home and I have not had internet service 8 day out of 19 days this month (JAN). I can not talk to a real live person when I call. I am currently looking for a new internet service. They did call me back to see how the person who took my call acted. They did not once ask if they fixed my problem. SO DO I DEDUCT THE PRICE OFF MY MONTHLY BILL

I have your model CI-85 caller Id display.

If you could add memory so people could enter a list of phone numbers(last 4 digits) and with an incoming call, scan the list and ring a bell, or buzzer, on a match,
I'd buy a bunch. On a bogus call, I could pick up and hang up real quick.

Worst phone company ever a friend of mine that has a pace maker who leaves alone has been promised that his phone would be working 3 weeks ago an its still off mind you his bill is paid in full an has never been behind on payments shame on this company

This company will not help you if you are not carried by them. Even if the number is in their database and is making crank calls over and over. Useless! No Help at all.

caller ID Adrianne Lein, many individuals call my home several times a day for months now. Wants to do survey but when I ask for supervisor to remove from list they hang up on me. They also say when I complete the survery they will remove my name from the list. This is absolute harrassment at this point. Please contact this person/company and end this madness!

Bellsouth customer for years, at this point that may change very soon. Internet service drops out daily and frequently, very annoying. The trouble shooting tool on your support site seems to die while trying to locate trouble in my area. this has been going on for a few weeks now, but not for much longer for me!

I am very very disappointed with Comcast customer service. I have been trying to add an additional line to my existinging service for over a week now. The runaround and lack of follow through is totally unacpetable
First, the contract I received repeatdly which shows two lines is incorrect. You informed me that the third line has to be added before you can revise the contract to reflect the third line. The tech I spoke with today, September 17, 2015, informed me that the contract has to be completed before the line can be added. He also stated that the account is non-active _ what that means I don't know_ Now what's the correct information.
Second, on September 15th I spoke with the tecninian who was attempting to add the line, after staying on the phone with him for approximatly 30 minuets, he onformed that he was experiencing technical difficulities and would have to call me back _ he did not.
Third, Today I called back and I was bounced arround to three different technicians each time having to explain in great deatil what I needed after holding on for about thirty five minutes the third technician transferred me to customer service without coming back to the phone. The customer service rep transferred me backto the technical support department so in total frustration I hung up. This type of treatment is rediculous.
I do have options and I will not subject mysel to this total disregard.

I have also been harassed by several phone numbers for over 2 years now, and after finally researching all of the numbers, they all tie back to this company. The person they are trying to call has never even owned this number. I have been the only person who has owned this number. Several times I have asked to be removed from the list, and even asked to talk to a supervisor about this issue, but nothing has been done.

I have been harassed by the following phone number belonging to Bell South out of Raleigh North Carolina.. I am reporting calls coming in to my home phone number very early hours of the morning twice daily of unknown people calling and hanging up or thick Indian accents regarding the Microsoft support. This has been going on for some time and I wanted you to be aware of this situation. It is a reoccurring incident that happened to me as a 'live scam' last year 7/24/14 when I stayed on the phone. The original scammers most likely are recalling some of the older numbers, and I am one of them. Thank you for your consideration.

The person (real person) was a heck of a lot friendlier than this cyber thingy and the machine that first answered my call for "Customer Support." Keep those real people waiting for dummies like me to fix our problems.

I don't know this is the correct site or not. However, I have been getting unsolicited, unwanted and very annoying repeated phone calls to my cell phone. The number on the caller id (for what that is worth) is which I believe is a Miami Florida location. If this number is one of your customers, I hope that you can shut it down as a violation of what should be your terms of service. Other sites that log unwanted calls show numerous other people getting similar calls from this number as well.

Automated inquiry into why I called and determination that the problem (no signal) was really in your system and not my phones was a pain. Talking to a real rep would be a lot easier on your customers but not for you, I guess.

I wish to report a dangerous power pole situation. It is on the west property line of 40 Island Ave. Miami Beach, Fl. 33139. Can be best seen from neighbors back yard at 12 Century Ln. There is a giant palm that is pushing the base of the pole. The palm leaves are entangled in power lines. The wooden pole is very old and appears ready to come down.

your service is terrible. I have been without phone service for at least a week. It took three days after I contacted you to have someone come to work on the problem.I hope you plan to adjust my bill to reflect that one week of service was not available. I hope you don't expect me to pay for a month of service .because I did not have one.
you need to hire more people. A 10 minute wait on a phone for service is ridiculous.

I suppose bellsouth & at& t are together. My mother's phone has been out of service for 3 to 4 days. At&t was suppose to have fixed it after stating they were running test on her phone. She is elderly and has a medical alert bracelet necklace but no phone service. I am so mad

I have been trying to subscribe to Bellsouth for home phone service for over a month now with no success. I am constantly transferred to Mombi or have someone on the phone who is not capable of helping. As a former customer for many years, this has been and unbelievably exhausting experience. If anyone at Bellsouth would like to contact me about home phone service that would be great. You really should not make it so hard for a person to become a customer of yours. Thanks, Nelson Brown

the customer service is the worst I have ever had. I have been an ATT customer all of my 60 years, but this is the worst experience. I had a home phone put in so I could get Internet service, back on July 30, they arrived at 6:00 pm and it took them till 10:00 pm to get the phone install, but not the internet. I waited two weeks, no one came. I called them and after 30 minutes on the phone with them trying to trouble shoot the issue, which I told them had never been hooked up, they agreed that the service was not working.

Well they came out and connected the internet and it works, but I do not know how to hook up my other computers. when I have an hour I will call them to figure out what password they put on the system.

The best has not been told yet. They ran the wire above ground and spliced it in 4 different places with different types of wire. It is running across two of my neighbors drive ways. They drive across it several times a day. Yes, it has not been put in the ground. My neighbor is treating to run over it with his lawnmower. I also have it strung across my yard 43 days after it has been installed.

I try to get a service department and the recording just repeats itself. Where are the old days that you got "press # to connect to the repair department".

Now let me tell you a $14.28 phone actually cost me $45.91 after they add all these extra stuff.

I now have a bill of $75.86 when all I wanted was internet.
