Ever since android has been sued there apps suck and u guys should b buying new phones and service provider my phone cuts in and out on phone calls with full service Google maps don't works worth a crap my text messages don't send or they take an hr to get messsages
DEAR SIR / MISS, YOUR LAST FEW UPDATES HAVE SEVERELY CORRUPTED ABOUT 90% OF EVERY APPLICATION I HAVE ON MY PHONE.
IT HAS MADE IT IMPOSSABLE TO CHECK RUNNING PROGRAMS WHICH MEANS WE ARE NO LONGER ABLE TO STOP PROGRAMS STILL RUNNING IN THE BACKGROUND THAT WE ARE NO LONGER USING.
IT IS COMPLEATLY IDIOTIC TO BEGIN WITH THAT THE PROGRAMS DON'T STOP WHEN YOU STOP USING IT.
The option for Google Voice typing keyboard is so screwed up that you can only use it once and it doesn't work again in any other application you have to shut the phone completely down and restart it allow you to use it one more time. I've also tried uninstalling and reinstalling applications that didn't work.
Who signed off on this incomplete error field software, who bares the shame, lack of honor and sense of duty for your whole company?
I my company Toshiba Corporation, the perpetrator something so important would have at least been expected to take the honerable way out or he would have fallen out the 50th stories window. You have shamed your company and all who work for you.
ONE SIMPLE SUGGESTION; publicize all of your found errors, have a team solving them 24 hours a day 7 days a week and send out to every human that owns a device using Android software, instructions for work-around solutions, and a full listing of ALL the changes and how to use them.
I kept my phone only since my life and my job rely on it but I have returned my wife's my two sons and my daughters phone back to the store for a full refund and if this problem isn't resolved will find other phones that don't use Android software or. I will never trust Android software again, unless in the most unlikely happens and Android resolves all issues and remove everyone responsible for this from your corporation.

I've had an Android smartphone since smart phones came out, I have been so disappointed lately with my s5 that I'm going to make a switch to Apple. The straw that broke the camel's back was well out of the country I couldn't get my phone to do anything for me but everyone with the iPhone could, right now this phone is the biggest piece of garbage, it freezes up constantly even after I've downloaded the updates, added a new card for memory.
I just thought I would tell someone who cared about the product enough to maybe think about losing a great customer and why.
It is a shame because I've never wanted to go iPhone I'm too familiar with the Android, but your product has forced my hand. Good day.
Called the customer service number. It said it was not free if I was calling from outside of US. I'm calling from Virginia, so I thought it would work. It did not. The recorded voice on the connection said simply, "Thank you and goodbye." Then it hung up. Pushing me to Apple. Calling to see how to get my phone to function again after installing Android OS update. Have cleared Cache, but still not working property.
I have a Samsung galaxy s4 mini.I rooted by using king root a while ago.so when I open the kingroot app,it allows me to delete things pre-installed on my s4 mini.so I deleted some pre-installed apps.but I also deleted like a hundred or more pre-installed files or whatever you want to call them that are used to run my system.now the only thing working is Google Chrome.I don't even have a home screen. I click on my home button, but it doesn't take me back.so I guess you can help me out a little bit with this problem.I don't know what's happening.so can you find a way to redown load the things I deleted or tell me how to do a system reset;not a factory or data reset.I have alreday tried factory and data reset and it didn't work for the 4 times I tried.

I have 2 phones that say your company ans both of these phones suck the umx phone don't work have the time it resets it self can not use anything on it it says low storage this is the 3 rd time it reset it self plus I have a coolpad and it won't charge I spent money on these phones and they don't work really mad about these phones that say android waist of money
Your new Android update and platforms are the worst ever I have been a avid Android user for years but the new platforms are absolutely the freaking worst my new phone on lg 3 I've had only 6 months I've had 5 updates and each one of them have cost my phone to do more and worse and less responsive crap the phone has no bugs but the software is incapable of recognizing anything that needs to be done accordingly please fix whatever configuration issues you have and before you lose more customers and are able to compete with iPhone your touch screens don't work your apps freeze causing background configurations to jump in large in keyboards dnt respond well configurations change at will, text are sent 100 mms duplicates, notifications dnt come thru, pop up message whenever and ads are rediculous apps don't upgrade properly and the phones hardware is incapable of recognizing what the new software it is capable of doing this is bogus I don't have and virus because I have 3 antivirus softwares to protect my phone . . The fact that you are more eager to push product that is unprepared for the market is not only unprofessional but irresponsible I expect better from a company that is capable of creating such hopefully great new technology it is depressing and repulsive to know that Android is the actual designer for most of these defects not the hardware get it together Android get it together
looking at your website I see it is very difficult to speak to a live person. Perhaps you should change that. I allowed Android to system update my phone and ever since I had nothing but trouble with many of its functions. I am a businessman and I cannot afford to deal with this daily.
I won't go into all the details here, but if you are unwilling to call me then I will simply drop android for good and switch to an I-phone. Probably should have done that a while ago.
I have received a Mobile Internet Device With Android OS Charge DC 9V 2.0 A max about 4 years ago. I constantly changed the pattern lock on the device. I have not been anole to figure the pattern lock since. It is very frustrating that there is no way to figure it out. It's hard to believe that there is no "Forgot you password?" Option on the device. I demand help on factory resetting the tablet. At this point, I don't care if it resets.
This new "update" to lollipop has to be a joke, right? If you haven't updated to it yet, then please don't do it!!!
Where do I start? How about with my galaxy note 3 has turned into a brick over night! After being forced into downgrading to lollipop, yes "forced" is correct, it downloaded automatically and no matter what I done to ignore the repeated requests to "allow the update to install" every 30minutes, after a whole day of ignoring and not being able to stop the installation request popping up, I finally gave in and installed it. Biggest mistake of my life.
Now I have a £300 brick!!! And it all started as soon as the update had completed, with a whole minute of pop ups telling me that Internet/storage/contacts/Google services/maps and a whole list of other systems had stopped working! After contacting my provider (EE here in the uk) they said it's nothing they can do, contact Samsung with the same reply and a comment that they have had other people having more or less the same issues, and it's a bug with lollipop. Try to contact Android, and all you get is nothing because it seems there is no way to contact them.
You can try searching the Web for fixes, and they may work for you they may not. There are loads of sites saying try this and that, with mixed results from what I found. Personally I tried all of them, from a soft reset to a full factory reset, and my brick is still a brick! And still I get this and that has stopped working whenever I try to use it. The only option left is a new phone, and who these days has spare the money to go out and buy a sim free phone? And my contract upgrade is a long time away.
Time to start looking into legal stand points of the situation I think, as I have lost work, and work contacts due to what seems to be a general release of a "alpha" build OS.
I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 Phone from Sprint. My phone just updated the operating system with Lollipop and has caused me nothing but problems. I want to go back to a black background with white text.
Sprint refuses to take any ownership over this. I have had my Galaxy S4 for more than two years, and I have never had everything change like this.
I do not like the White background with pastel green and orange coloring. Please help me fix this.
If you're looking for ANY kind of Android support here (or anywhere else) you're out of luck. Android has NO customer support, nor will your phone's manufacturer oar carrier support the debacle that is Android. I bought a brand new Galaxy S5 that was totally ruined by the new Lollipop downgrade. I'm visually impaired so my KitKat equipped S5 was a joy to use. One day I ignorantly installed Lollipop and I was unable to see my phone's screen IN SPITE OF the included 'Accessibility' settings. Worse yet, neither Samsung nor Verizon will suggest any applications or themes, thinking they might have to support them. THAT'S THE DEVELOPERS' JOB !!
Android has no customer accessible service lines because that's how they prefer it. It's not their job. All that's left are the Android forums. If you're a blind man on the Information Highway you're on your own. Those you hoped would help you are in the rest areas watching you get run over.

[email protected] . the email app has never worked. gmail app does work. everytime I try to open email app it has an e-mail connection problem and will not send please help.
