Android Customer Service Complaints - page 3

I hate android. I've never said that before and have swore they were the best since the beginning. Ever since the lollipop update my phone is literally awful to use. I just sat for 15 minutes trying to find, write and send an email and the only part I got to was having my email continue to be inordinately slow and shut down on me multiple times. The morning after I updated I slept through my usual alarm time. When I looked at my phone I saw that my alarm was going off. Strangely there was no sound. Searching the net revealed that the dumbest decision ever was to not have any noise, not even your alarm come through when your phone is silenced and there are multiple steps you must go through to "fix" this. Not to mention that my battery is dying so fast I pretty much have to leave it plugged in. And while it's plugged in the sound will most likely change, of its own accord. Random apps constantly sending errors or shutting down, or not opening, or it's really endless.

I hate my phone but recognize I really hate android lollipop. I just did a search on the android website to find a way to call them so that I could possibly get some help in restoring my phone to its proper usable state and they have nothing. WTF, SERIOUSLY? So, I'm just sh** out of luck? I'm sorry, who gave you the right to do this? I have a feeling the answer is that I now need a new phone. I have the samsung galaxy s5 that isn't even a year old yet.

I want android to fix this and I'm not buying a new model phone in order for this to occur. If this isn't fixed I'm afraid I will have to switch to apple which I adamantly oppose but if this is the other option, I'm done.

I am so hating on you guys today. I let you upgrade my phone last night. When I went to work this morning, my wallpaper was lost, and is no longer an option, my sound settings were revised and embarrassed me in front of my boss,things are moved around and the bottom line icons are changed. On top of that, an address I just added to my contacts yesterday is gone, and gmail comes up with a horrifying Bright Red banner that looks like some kind of major alarm and I can't find a way to change it. I wonder what will happen next time you want to upgrade me. Maybe I'll put my heel through it first

LOVE the new commercial - unusual animal pairings - should have been on the Super Bowl (right up there with the Bud puppy/Clydesdale commercial).

My tablet won't work and it won't connect to internet and it won't make accounts I just lost all of my game data help me please I think I'm getting hacked

Hello Android customer service. I am a greeat great fan of android devices. I have 2 galaxy S3, my wife has an S4, all five of my kids have android phones and devices which made me want to contact you. here is a community discusion of a game for both IOS and Android


Many of the players who used Android have gone out to buy IOS phones because these games are great, but there is too much favoritsm with IOS. I figured i had to let someone know to solve this issue as my family is huge and do not want to switch to IOS phones, but if it makes the gaming experince better than we will. Please avoid this and all the other players on this community playing INJUSTICE & IMMORTALS from WB Netherealm

I need to reach a customer service representative or Someone to speak with me about my phone. It's been a nightmare so far & I waited on hold with google for 2hrs before giving up and hanging up.

Thanks Android, your latest system update has left my Nexus 7 virtually useless!! its become painfully slow to respond, It forces me to use Gmail when I don't want to (the instructions given to turn this feature off do not work!), it struggles to open up apps and shuts down and opens app as it see fit!!! Please can you sort this out ASAP.

Since my Nexus 5 phone updated to Lollipop, I have had one problem after another, until yesterday. Upset by what was happening, I took my phone to the company store to see what they could do. While being worked on, my phone died. I now own a Samsung Note 3, which does not have Lollipop. I knew that the issues I was having were being addressed, and patches and updates forthcoming, they did not arrive soon enough to save my phone.

I am having htc desire 816 mobile with kitkat version, how can i move file from phone memory to sd card. even with the help of file manager app also, os doesnot support to move files. How i will activate it. Please help

My daughter has just been awarded with an Android Tab 4.2. on the 10th of November 2014
which she won in a competition through school, as its a gift we don't have any receipt.
She opened the sealed Box and charged the Tab fully until the battery symbol went green and showed 100% charged, but soon as she took the charger the battery goes back to uncharged,
she is very upset and we don't know what to do.
please can you let us know where or how we can solve this issue as its a gift we we do not have warranty. .

I can not access my password for my rablet. I have attempted to push the volume and power button at the same time and hold, this does not work. There is no customer service to help me with this problem. If I don't get this fixed I will not purchase another device from andriid. This is the only company I have ever purchased so etching that I have not been able to speak to someone directly for help.

I have an andrroid hipster flare tablet and its stuck on the android beginning page. I've tried restarting, I've let the battery run completely out and I've reprogrammed it using the button on the back. I've tried calling you but the phone number has been changed and the new number isn't the correct number. Please help. Thanks.

I'm a new android costumer and honestly I did some research on privacy and security and personally it's not accurate what so ever I just went from apple to android and apple offers security compared to android I do all my online banking all my personal stuff is done online and honestly I'm thinking of going back to apple
Maybe android (google) should fix this problem and get on a secure line for online banking and ect. .. I will differently be putting the word out not to go with android because of this

Unable to find a way to contact anyone in relation to an Android 4.4.2 update problem on my Galaxy Tab3 in relation to it no longer saving the password for my wi-fi login. Had no problem before this update.

The recent update to my Droid Razr is the reason I will be getting an iPhone as my next phone. You have taken a perfectly great phone and turned it into a nightmare. I am having all the complaints everyone is having. Cannot fully use my phone anymore because of this update and I swear daily at motorola.

I hate the New forced update android 4.4.2 for my Verizon Samsung Note 2. I can't move, delete, or download on my SdCard with any apps! I pay $600 for a phone and I have no control over what I can transfer,delete or store on my SdCard!!!! I loved android till this massive mess up!! You just lost a Customer that has owns over 5 android devices! !!

VERY disgusted at the android update that I dus NOT have a choice in!!!!!! My phone worked just fine before and now my battery doesn't hold. My phone would do odd things. And today it shut down completely and I lost ALL my pictures!!!!!! The services are terrible!!!! Very unhappy!!!!!!!! Had my phone for "1" year and this crap happens!!! I fell android should make it right to the costumers! To be honest we have 3 droids in our house and they will be the last if this problem isn't fixed!! Word of mouth travels fast and A LOT of customers are very unhappy!!! STICK to apple!

Really disappointed in the new update that just happened on my phone in the end of may. The update changed so much on my phone and it seems to run slower now and use more battery, Now I can't wait for my contract to be up so I can get a diff.phone

Hi, my samsung gt-p5100 upgraded to android 4.2.2


Since then it is unstable, loses wifi contact after which the only solution is a complete shut down, restart.

Even then some sites can not be reached at all, or connection is broken after a short time.

I won a 4.1 Android tablet at Tobin Dodge in Henderson, NV and it has been nothing but problems. First it was all in Chinese and I got a person from the Geed Squad to get it almost all in English, only the last four apps are still in Chinese. I almost got to work with it a little and when I turned it on it said I had to put in the pass code. Since I did not put a pass code in it I can not get it open and the Geek Squad could not get it open either, I have sent7 e-mails to ever address I can find from Android and asked them if it is not the right place, please forward to the right person.

Could you please forward this to some one that can help. The last person wanted me to pay $14.99 a month and I would rather throw the tablet away before I was going to pay them for a year,

I hope I hear from someone.

I don't know what y'all have done with the last update but you have messed my contacts up and now the battery dies fast on my phone. If this is what happens when you do what ever it is that you do then I promise this is the last time I or anyone in my family with have anything with you service on it. I pay for a good service ( or so I thought ) but you are not supplying a good service. Take off the update
