ID Scanning and Data Breeches
Scanning my driver's license makes me feel extremely uncomfortable. am over 60 years old and that should be sufficient. Showing my ID is one thing but scanning really feels like a violation of my privacy! With all of the data breeches occurring today, it leaves cause for great concern. I

I'm a regular customer and lived across the street of 711 on spiller Road SE Calgary.i supposed to have a lot of complaints to address, but I just ignore it if it is manufacturer issues. But staff should work on it. I was at the store last week of this month at 9am when im preparing my coffee with a less unfortunate guy besides me working on his cup of small coffee. I proceeded to the counter with a manager standing on the till. The guy asked the manager if he could get the coffee for free as he didn't have anything. I was surprised when the manager went out of the sales floor area and snatched the cup of coffee of the poor guy and push him away with the word "I don't need you here". He came back with me and apologize. I went out and offer my coffee to the guy. And I grabbed another one. The manager told me that if he didn't do that they will repeat it as an habit. My concern is that the way the manager approached the homeless guy. He should learn to understand the emphaty of all the people of all walks of life around him. As far as I know 711 is supportive to any charity and foundation to help minimize poverty and the manager should be aware of that project. Just wondering how this manager (manish as per his name tag) got his position without proper trainings. There some instances that he's giving instruction to the staffing on a high tone of his voice. Not sure if he's talking to a mute. He's dealing unprofessional and I'm sure they have office room where they can talk privately. Actually most of the item that I purchased from that store have issues. From the cold drinks, bread, pastry and even hot food. If it's now expired it could be raw or old. I came and voice out because he's act to other people specially in low level of society is unacceptable. The manager should undergo or retake customer service training or educate how to entertain human beings.

The store in Salt Lake city at 2100s. 500e. Was trying g to scam me. I went in to get a refill of my soda mug usually cost around a dollar. Saw wings were on sale 10 for 5 dollars. Lady started to help me and her boss took over. Proceeded to punch in a bunch of numbers and than used his ID instead of mine which was fine. Cost was a little high 7.82 but no big deal. Then goes on and punches in a bunch more numbers and 6.82 pops up and he tells me to run my card again. I tell him I'm not paying twice that the wings were 10 for 5 dollars. He proceeds to put my wings in a bag and says are we good are you happy without having me pay the second charge
I think this guy was trying to rip me off. Very unhappy ?

Never return to this facility or spend money at any 7-Eleven again based on the actions it was to work they came from your clerk she was totally unprofessional, and refused to take my money until I explain to her that that was all I had, and truly was sorry that I had to pay her and change, but I was ran out of fuel, and that was all I had unfortunately I don't get paid until Friday so I do apologize that I had to pay in quarters. She should've been a little more understanding rather than a total beast towards me and make me feel like I was a piece of junk. You should literally look into it into your employees a little closer before you hire them and let them know that whether or not it is morning noon or a graveyard. Money is money do not discriminate and it's happened at the Lehi 7-Eleven right off of the exit across the street from McDonald's on Main Street. Thank you for your time and your consideration. I will never shop at your facilities any of them ever again maybe you should get some better customers customer clerks because this one's gonna cost use crap ton of money. Thank you for your time. Have a great day.

The Crosby location in Olympia location is the worst I have seen in my life! Rude jerk working there nights, middle eastern man. I am a quiet and reserved person, but he hates any woman coming in after dark, or asking a basic question. He doesn't do his job or stock anything, even when it is quiet. He ignores or does not respond to questions from women at all, but will for men. He leers at and smirks at women. HIRE ADULTS

I understand 7-11 is building a new store in San Marcos. I only intend to visit if the restrooms smell like vile, rotting human urine and old human waste; like 95% of all other 7-11 restrooms smell like. The other 5% of restrooms have "out of order" signs on them. For real!!!

I went to the 5003 101 ave 7/11 and the "manager" has HORRIBLE customer services. She is so rude and disrespectful. She shouldn't be any manager or supervisor for any store.

On February 22, 2023 I normally go get my coffee in the morning before going to work. I go to the new 7-Eleven store in Rosharon, Texas 77583 to buy my coffee and use my 7-Eleven app for points. Later my wife went to the same store when she was going to work. My wife also has the 7-Eleven app for to earn points towards other reward purchases. The manager said they were no longer giving the $1.49 any drink offers and took down the signs after I had purchased my coffee this morning. I don't understand the sign for the drinks for $1.49 was taken down within minutes after I had purchased my coffee for $1.49. This is a scam on getting customers to get the app for discounts and other rewards. Please be aware of this happening to the consumer. If 7-Eleven wants customers to go to their stores and earn points and rewards its all just a scam to keep coming to purchase at the 7-Eleven stores. They need to honor what they advertise or its just false advertisements.

At 5432 Orangethorpe ave la palma Ca 90623 there was a store clerk that charged me for 3 hotdogs and three sodas when i was shorted on the food and beverage minus one hotdog and then my friend had asked for change for a twenty the clerk gave him change for a twenty and still charged him for the third hotdog we never received clearly being taken advantaged of and this was after work mind you the clerk burned us because he thought he was serving some homeless guys that were around the corner and that aint right!! I even complained on the 7/11 app but nobody ever replied! I believe that is how 7/11 does business by taking advantage of people at any given time so now i dont use 7/11 any more they can go to hell!!

The Cashier at 7 Eleven Simei Blk 107 who is scheduled for work at around 8:15pm on 17th Jan. (Chinese Auntie) lacks the basic cashiering skills.

Had to walk quite a distance to reach this particular outlet from Changi Hospital. Didnt brought along my physical card. Upon reaching the outlet, cashier post was left empty with a line forming up despite several attempts to call for assistance. Upon my turn, in hopes to top up my cash up using my mobile phone, I purchased a couple of snacks, however after completing a transaction, she does not even allow me to top up my Cashcard nor allowing me to make a withdrawl as she claims I could only do so if i have physical cash or bank card. Kindly refresh my memory cos this is the only outlet which fails to do so despite successfully topping up my cashcard / ez link card elsewhere with ease. Clearly she needs to be sent for retraining.

I was threatened by one of your employees because he wouldn't admit his fault about nasty coffee. He was a frustrated human being that doesn't need to talk to people. I have already filed a complaint, IN-39767-COR-2023-0001. Needs attention ASAP. Authorities could have been called but I had my dog with me, it was 11pm and I didn't have the energy to deal with that.
Thanks

Rude, weird staff and gross store where things like coffee are frequently emptied out, only source of water is a sink that doubles as a hair bath it seems.

employees frequently charge the wrong things to your account or mess up your claimed rewards, tried to contact 7/11 aboutthis 4 times, was ignoread each time

I was in Powell river b.c. for Christmas. Stopped in at 7-11 for gas and lottery.gave the gentleman my petro points card for my $42.00 purchase.he looked at me strangely and asked why I was giving him my card.i replied for the petro points.he said they don't do that.i replied by asking ..is this not petro Canada gas station.again he said they don't do that.i was confused by this but fuelled up and left.still kind of bothers me as I had a similar experience in sechelt years ago.pretty sure it's supposed to be the same on the sunshine coast as it is here on Vancouver Island.

Hi,

i would like to make a complain regarding about a chinese aunty staff at bugis street outlet near bustop .

it was 7am plus in the morning & my husband didnt knew it was "changing shift" time , so theres two staffs one is the chinese aunty the other one was young indian lady.

he came in to the store to buy some stuff and wabted to withdraw money as well ($20) , so he asked nicely if he is able to withdraw , and the aunty shouted him saying "ah no no no !" in an aggressive mad tone . the indian staff got shocked and explained to my husband nicely saying that "oh im sorry we just changed shift and you're the first customer so we did not have enough inside" and my husband replied "oh okay i understand its okay" so my husband decided to just pay for the items via Nets QR (Paylah) . when he wanted to pay , his paylah app was having quite a few minutes to load as there was no connection , so he told the indian lady to wait awhile and she replied , "okay sure take your time" .

so my husband went to the door to get connections for the app . The items that he want to pay for was at the counter , but this aunty like very kanchiong and shouted at my husband "Oi oi oi Where you want to go ?!" loudly, till the other customer behind him have to pay for my husband sincerely just because the aunty was so chaos .

im upset with how the staff's customer service is . is that how staffs should talk to a customer ? please do something about it . thank you.

Your stores will not last. The ones I use are dirty, low stock, ice does not work. I was in two that had NO coffee. The employees just don't care. Rude and not
Friendly at all. To bad 7/11 used to be a nice place.

Me and my family do everything we can now to avoid 7-eleven in our home state of Florida.

80% of our experiences are terrible , everything is overpriced , but guess what I wouldn't even care paying more. It's the TERRIBLE SERVICE at almost every 7-eleven that keeps us away. They must underpay their staff because they are almost always miserable and rude.

Stay away from this business that's the only way we can make 7-eleven change.

We asked for a printed receipt for a credit card gas purchase inside store #36499 at 11:30 on 10/30/22. We told the clerk what pump we had used and weren't able to get a receipt at the pump. The clerk clearly did not want to be bothered to print one. She finally handed the receipt to us, and then said, "now get your ass out of here." Never, will we ever purchase gas or anything else from this store. There are ample options in the area for gas with the same price per gallon. We don't need to deal with being addressed in such a rude manner.

I just left store #3716 and I would have to say I'll never shop 7-Eleven again I asked about a bath room the lady could not even talk and understand what I was asking but the worst was the bath room was so nasty it curled my belly and could not stay in there then was going to purchase a hot dog but the buns were left open and hard no telling how many hands were on them 7-Eleven use to be a great place to go but after going to store #3716 I don't think I could trust the chain again.
