Worst company ever. Used to love them but they are trash now. If you don't use your account for 90 days you lose all of your points. IN a covid world what kind of tactic is that??? Will never get another cent off me. I will walk past them to get to BP gas station and tim hortons.

7-Eleven Jamestown New York hazeltine avenue Peter the manager needs to go back to school for training the way he talks to his employees and the way he talks to maintenance people of the grounds that do not work for 7-Eleven.
The guy is mentally Disturbed.
I've been in business for 24 years I've never ran across somebody like that he almost started to fist fight with me over garbage cans, that belong to the 7-Eleven store and not the landlord
we are a maintenance company of several plazas and this is the first time in 25 years of our business we have ran across somebody like this.
This is the reason why I'm posting this..
He needs to be brought back in for management schooling.
there may be lawsuits to file against him and that location..
he has no right to treat people like he does and especially me.
I do not work for 7-Eleven..
And he's going to have to understand this the hard way.

Was just in the store & I was going to purchase 2 candy bars in which about 3 signs say all standard size candy bars 2 for $3.00 but they rang up at 2.49 each I brought it to the cashiers attention in which she told me no that was the price & that's it so I asked her to check all the signage & she refused. Very bad customer service along with I'm not to sure if she understood English. Very bad customer.service will never go back in there

I live in Texas I have two stores close by , excellent locations
Very poor management
Parking lot dirty thrash can full all time
Front of store dirty : interior. Very dirty counter floor very sticky
Restrooms nasty ; it seems employees don't care or no líder
They have great products but no cleaning plan

Reading all the comments about 711s is horrible why dont you do something. Its pretty gross u basically steal from ur customers even now when the people need a break. U would not be a store if it was for ur customers where would u be if we walked away from ur businesses? NO WHERE! ENOUGH IS ENOUGH

Staff at 7eleven beach at THE PLAZA really useless and rude. Don't know how to talk with customers. Please send her for customer orientated courses. If she continued this behavior
will not hesitate to bring out this issues to social media. Her name Kaye if i am not wrong. More funny things is 7eleven no coins to give to customer when we want to buy drinks for emergency purpose. Singapore not totally cashless country right?

This is in regard to the 7-11 at 501 East Street in Frederick, Maryland. The man that works in the afternoon overcharged me at least twice. I got charged $3.59 for a Ghost energy drink that was marked $3.09 on the self. I was overcharged a few days earlier by the same employee when I got charged $3.49 for a chicken sandwich that was marked $2.49. When you ask this employee for a receipt, he pretends not to hear you and you have to ask several times to finally get one. This employee should be fired.

Complaint about an employee at 7/11 on Milmont in Milpitas. I don't know his name but he's a middle eastern guy who works the overnight shift. First, I am a 50 year old man. I'm recovering from heart surgery and a stroke! I went in to buy a couple cans of "Smirnoff Smash" a beverage I have purchased there many times. One day, this middle eastern guy carded me. I was in a serious car accident when I had my stroke. The police took my ID at the time and refuse to return it. They claim not to have it. I am now a shut in as a result of the stroke. Because of the car accident I no longer have any means of transportation. This 7/11 is about a block from my house so I walk. I put a digital copy of my ID on my phone for this kind of thing. This guy said he had to actually swipe my ID to unlock the transaction. I cannot get another ID because I have no means of transportation and the police are playing games about where my ID went. It says right next to the cash register they only ID if a person looks younger than 30. Like I said I'm a 50 year old stroke victim and heart patient. I do not look anywhere near 30! I look like a 50 year old stroke victim! I looked it up on 7/11's websight. There is an override feature to manually key in a birth date for this very reason! This middle eastern guy refused and or came across like there was no overide! I was a retail manager for 20 years before my stroke. I know better! There's always a way to take care of a good customer without insulting or embarrassing them! I have been having to walk all the way to the liquor store on Dixon Landing Rd. to purchase the same beverages. It's not a short walk! It's extremely difficult for me in my condition. I've been hit by cars, I've had accidents walking where I returned home a bloody mess because I'm not very agile anymore and my vision has gone bad after the stroke. Now I find out I've been walking all that way for no reason! Because this guy wants to give me a hard time. I've been going to that store for the last 12 years since a bought a home nearby. I even know the manager. Her name is Sheila. She's very nice but she's rarely there. I'm am extremely upset about this. Also about a week ago I went in early in the morning to buy milk. I now have an EBT card because I can no longer work. I guess the same guy saw my EBT card in my hand when I got in line. The guy said "No EBT!" I had to leave and again I had to walk an unnecessary distance to Walgreens to get milk! Again I looked at your websight. 7/11 absolutely does accept EBT! What the hell is this guy's problem? Did he just decide to give 'me' a problem or is this how 7/11 treats handicapped customers? Lying to them and refusing services based on what seems to be his own lack of understanding company policy! I am not in the habit of lodging complaints anywhere. It's not my thing. But since the stroke I am highly sensitive to people's attitudes and behaviors. This is totally unacceptable! My life in the last year has become hard enough! One month after coming home from the hospital after my stroke. I was laying on the couch watching TV trying to sleep when I suffered a ruptured aorta and had to have a stent put in. I was told otherwise I had about a week to live. I also spent 3 months in a coma after my stroke/car accident. I don't have any way to get around. I can barely take care of myself. I can't work! I don't need a bunch of hassle from a 7/11 employee about buying a beer or milk! I've never been so upset! Ordinarily I would just never go back to that store again! Unfortunately it's the only thing within walking distance from my home. I have virtually no choice but to go there except now it makes me very uncomfortable. I don't want to encounter this employee again! In my opinion he has no business working in that store or any other retail business! Unacceptable! I'd appreciate anything you can do to help. I was in attempt to redeem my points for small coffee, instead of receiving the coffee when I put in the number the clerk didn't let me have the small coffee but still removed 500 points from my account... And then wanted the creamers I had grabbed for the coffee and put in my pocket... He was very rude took my points and I didn't get my coffee either... Why??

The 2975 north orange blossom trail location has mold in their fountain machines and it's leaching into the drinks and ice. Very serious health hazard and needs to be shut down.

Last night 7/2/22 I ordered a meat lovers pizza from the 711 app and it said it'll be ready in 8 minutes. I drove over and walked into the store on tripp rd and Galloway in Mesquite, Texas. I was told it'll be 3 more minutes so I waited. They assumed I was doordash, but explained I was not. And when the pizza was about to get handed to me they said oh by the way its veggie pizza. I said I ordered meat lovers. They all said "I don't know we're out". I then asked can i have a refund and the one in charge said I don't know how to and I asked if there were any possible way to get my order from another store and yet again I was told "I don't know". I then said if they had pepperoni and one of the guys' there got aggressive and said "WE JUST TOLD YOU WE'RE OUT AND WE DONT KNOW". So I said "whoooa buddy I'm not talking to you" so he said "I don't know what to tell ya". This was all at 2 in the morning.

I went to 7/11 closest to gandy Beach and cashier left an item of food out of my bag and it was paid for and when I went back for it she put it back on the shelf. I spend alot of money on 7/11 because it's the closest store but that was upsetting to find that the clerk didn't hold onto the food item but put it back in circulation for retail again. It's all on camera. Now it will be hard to trust the clerk again.

I would like to make a complaint on one yout staff (Michael Ho) working at the outlet at Mount Alvernia Hospital.
I went to the outlet to get lunch with my colleague. Upon paying for the items, I told him that I wanted to use the e 7-11 vouchers to offset my payment and showed him the vouchers. He replied in an unfriendly, impatient and attitude tone 'I need your 7-11 members reward scan in!' His facial expression to me was as if I owed him money. I have had quite a number of unpleasant experiences dealing with him and this was the last straw. He has also had this unfriendly and cold attitude when attending to me and some of my other colleagues who have also shared their experiences of him with me. It got to a point that I had to ask my colleagues if he was working as the cashier that day, so that I won't have to see that face of his. Really spoils my day whenever I get served by him. I seriously hope that the management counsel him on his customer service etiquette or let him work backend so that he doesn't have to face customers.

The store at 140 McPherson,Blvd Ft Worth
The restroom doesn't look like it's been cleaned in a very long time,the smell of urine is so overwhelming I had to hold my breath,there's a huge puddle on the floor amongst other trash.i came for gas and a hot dog but after using that filthy unsanitary restroom I would never consume any food from a store that unclean!

Just don't think the workers behind the desk should do scratch while waiting on customers. Maybe the employee buying and having the other customer service check the tickets could be on break but not a good idea to be doing it behind the service counter while customers in line. Not cool practice

Bought a $10 pizza here brought it home a put $10 of cheese on in was still the worst pizza in town blah! Tasted like cardboard now everyone's stomach hurts.

I came into your store in Bristol Indiana right off of 120 and asked if I can get gas with the African American girl with a mask on I asked her name her name is Bianca I said can I get 40 on pump 3 her rude response was well can you I thought that was very very rude so I let it go so she does not need to work there because I thought It was her first day until she said she was assistant manager and this is not okay to work in customer service and be like that also I walked up there she had a tip jar a cup that says tip on it with sharpie I know you're not allowed to have that in customer service because my son works in customer service you're not allowed to accept tips and then she had the nerve to ask me after I was done after she was rude to me to ask me hey would you be willing to tip me that is not okay so I had to call corporate and let u guys know or let them know I'm sorry that she is a very poor customer service rep very very rude as a person and I work in Bristol down the road of the factory and there's five to seven people I work with that says second shift they will not go there because she's always rude her demeanor the way she presents herself they're not going back there they're going to rebel now just like I will down the street that used to be speedway sorry but not sorry but she don't need to work there she's a very very dark and rude person!!

Very rude cursing up a storm when customers are in the building and I asked her if I can get a propane tank and she told me yeah but I'm not getting it you can do it yourself and then she had a tip jar by the register you can't get tips I don't think at a gas station she had a cup that specifically said tips and sharpie letters and after I was done paying for my propane tank she had the nerve to ask me would you be able to tip me because I'm struggling with my bills she's a very rude person she identified as a assistant manager she don't need to work there I promise you that!!!! I will not come back to that store in Bristol because of that and I've talked to a couple people that work in Bristol and they said the same thing

7-Eleven Broadbeach's petrol station is the worst ever shop I've been, over charged me wrong amount of the petrol and refused to admit it, the manager there was rude and abusive with no common sense, just wondering how this shop will ruin the business name of 7-Eleven.

Tried to purchase 1/2 gallon of milk priced @ $2.39 got to the register and Esmeralda says price is $3.89. Isa the RUDE ASS Manager says it is what it is! Who says that? I proceeded to say sign in the refrigerator says different. She began waving her hand saying she has to change ALL prices in the store. So as a customer I asked well how do I know how much anything costs. NEVER got a response. Couldn't believe a so called Manager could be that rude and unprofessional. How did SHE get the job???? THIS happened @ store on Suitland Road
