White Castle Customer Service Complaints - page 2

The White Castle (#100035) that's located on 3663 Boston Road, Bronx, NY is very unprofessional and does not keep in line with I'm sure your standards. When ordering food your employee (older Black woman) has not one professional bone in her body. She talked to me like she has no idea that she's in customer service and have entirely no manners. There has not been one time I ordered food there (mostly in the morning) that I got my food promptly. I always have to wait at least 10-20 minutes even if I'm the only one there??? Why are they so slow??? I think you should send someone there (at different times of the day) posing as a customer to see it for yourself.

I'm closing I feel everyone at that store should be retrained in doing their job (especially the older Black woman). I feel as though if I continue patronize your store reform has to happen! Please look into this matter ASAP, thanks!

I ordered food at 8:40pm due to A broken leg I used door dash as my delivery method . Unfortunately my order was wrong I had onions on my 6 sliders I ordered no onion extra pickle as that's the way my children eat them ! I also ordered. Med hi-c orange flavored without ice and received fruitpunch with ice we had a 10 piece mozzarella cheese stick that was very burnt no sauce no condiments for the chicken rings although I ordered bbq and honey mustard when I called the store #050048 and spoke to the manager BJ he told me he could do nothing if I had orders it from the actual store he would have replaced it he then went on to tell me that I should get a refund from door dash I then explained I would only get A credit of $6 he said well idk but I can't do anything for you so my children have no dinner because nobody eats onions and I am out of $30 !! This is very unfair and it's horrible that my entire order is wrong and that the store manager does nothing to fix it ! DoorDash is at no fault I got it timely and wrapped up it was the stores fault for so carelessly making our food and sending it out the store below satisfactory I am very disappointed and we have nothing for dinner tonight

I have been going to white castles since I was a young teenager. I am now 58 yes old. Last week I was excited about going so I stopped at a location in Shorewood,Plainfield Illinois. This is what I experienced a group of employees in the parking lot all getting high! Apon entering I noticed other employees tossing frozen food at each other and drop this into the deep fryer, and the floor, which was so dirty looks like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. I asked if there was a manager on duty, the employee said hang on so I waited to see 5 minutes later a young man approached who was one of the employees that were out side doing the weed smoking. I just shook my head and walked out! What has this country turned out to be, no one cares anymore not even white castles! It's just about the money.So think twice before ever going there again.

Shepherdsville ky restaurant has the slowest drive thru of any restaurant of any kind anywhere. Pitiful does not begin to describe it 5 cars deep and 36 minutes wait

Aurora White Castle late night . 2 nd time I've been here late at night . There must only be one maybe 2 employees . The inside isn't open . Drive thru wait times are ridiculous! Over an hour just to get to the point where you can order . They take one order then prepare that order . Before taking the next order . It's so painfully slow . Why not put on one more worker?! To speed things along . And save customers .

I just left white castle on 8740 N. Michigan Road Indianapolis, Indiana. I purchased three original sliders. As I was eating my sandwiches I found a half eating slider in my bag. I have my receipt and the sandwich y'all will be hearing from me

I've been eating white castles since i was 5 years old (1965) today im 62 years young (lol) but why is it every time I stop at white castles now my sliders are always DRY and room temperature??? And if when I call to let them know whomever I speak to almost always have an attitude with me?!!

On Thursday 12-08-2022 around 1:15 PM store on north ave and central place an order have to wait for 15min to receive food at 1:36pm at the drive through

Since the remodeling of the new facility and new hires just disappointing. There's like 15 people working in the kitchen which is be dry unorganized. The drive through should be just that not a 25 min wait and you need to walk in to get order corrected. Maybe the first drive up window should service customers rather than loosing them in disgust. Pay for extra sides on Impossible Burger which should always be in its own defined box not a reg meat box cause you ran out of them. Onion rings I paid for I got 6 lol . Where's my side extras I was charged for? Again had to go back up maybe if the kids don't talk to each other while someone is ordering it had been correct.. Can you spare a few napkins for the price I just paid for my food !! You need a real manager to run the show. I won't waste my time or $ at that store again I'll take the trip to Commack . Terrible to see commotion in the kitchen while waiting . Hair nets should be worn properly not half on head and gloves. Never had any issues before the renovation . Corporate needs to make $ rather than loosing customers. What a disappointment honestly, however bravo on bringing the Impossible Burger to your chain .

I was at White Castle in evergreen park an the service was terrible I ordered chicken rings order barbecue sauce an they didn't put that in my bag an my sandwich it so bad the bread was wet saggy an it was made like they was feeding someone in jail tossed together cheese all over the place an put in the box like trash I was not pleased at all

I had a longgg curly dark hair in my 1 sandwich. I had to pull out of my mouth, DISGUSTING!!

Went to White Castle on Lynn and 8th Street in Cincinnati Ohio ordered my food with my service animals set down to eat there was no problems and then lady decided to scream at me across the whole store instead of opening the door and talking to me like a human
Then said worker came outside to apologize she said but never did and then proceeded to say she did nothing wrong but she followed me outside after I left the store so there wasn't no problems to start arguing again I don't know the lady's name and I know she looks like and I'll get her name and post it later

I think it's absolutely ridiculous that they make their delivery drivers sit through a line of 15 to 20 cars in the Drive-Thru when they can just open their lobby for delivery drivers only. other White castles have their doors open for delivery drivers not this one on lemay ferry I will never deliver from here again.

today I place an order of square extra large pizza at white castle branch near Eden valley Faisalabad. but when I received pizza it was not good there is no chicken and cheese on it. both are in very less amount. and they sent me only two small packet of ketchup. kindly tell me is it fair. the prizes of pizza are increasing day by day. but the facilities are to much bad. I asked him in advance to please send a good pizza. but still there is no response. this happened to me second time. I ordered pizza for my guests. and you guys make me to feel shameful in front of them. if you will take any action than I would not like to place any order on white castle.

Hello I purchased three sliders n fries my fries was so salty I couldn't even eat them. Couldn't return I was on a lunch break

White Castle store #19 is horrible! The restaurant is dirty and everything there is so unsanitary. The Manager Guadalupe is so rude and so unprofessional. She be screaming at the customers and she bullies the employees in front of customers.

Lexington & University St Paul MN location Hours are drastically reduced already. This location stops serving 21 burgers at 8 pm because too much work & cleanup ??? Is this a real policy ?? thank you

We went to the Scottsdale Arizona White Castle today. I am from Chicago and grew up on white castle. My review is not good for that location in scottsdale. I asked for pickle but there was so little pickle I'm wondering how they could call it pickle. Also both machines available for soft drinks were out of commission and I had to go and order one at the counter. They seem to have lots of employees doing whatever they do back there but still not servicing a soft drink machines. I have to say the restaurant was clean in appearance.

Another disappointing visit. Went inside and waited 20 minutes to get our order taken, they were focused on the drive through and nothing else. I had to make a comment about if they were taking care of the dining room or not and still had to wait at least 10 minutes to get our order taken. Now after order was take we had to wait 18 minutes before getting our food. I guess at least the food was fresh but the waiting is absolutely rediculas, I hope I can give a good review someday but I don't really want to go back to try.

Had bogo double cheeseburger coupon and asked for no pickles and no onions got home and as the opposite of my order and no cheese on burgers

Visited White Castle at 806 S. Broadway today 9/24/2022, IT WAS HORRIBLE. FIRST they got my order wrong, then the 1921 Bacon BBQ sauce was burnt, the Cheese Fries were cooked to hard and the Cheese was Cold, the Cheese Burgers were TASTELESS and Cold. I WILL NEVER EVER PATRONIZE THAT RESTAURANT AGAIN!!

To the white castle in Hobart Indiana 3:15 AM drive-through was the only thing open took 26 minutes to get three double white castle and a three piece cheese stick there were a few cars in line But their dining room was closed so there's no reason it should've took that long then the cheese sticks were half empty because they were over cooked which is just ridiculous!

We were at Whitecastle this morning at 9:54 to order a 20 pk and 4 onion rings, one car in front and about 3 or more behind us, we got to window to pay and that was at 10:54, they were taking food to people behind us. We sit there almost an hour, suppose we should have just left but we didn't. We live at Wappapello about hour away. Sorry to complain because we love White Castle burgers. Thank you for your time.
