Unum Is Not A Customer Service Company They Lie, Cheat And Are Not Honest With You The Customer. Refuses To Give A Number Or Tell You When They Call, Refuses To Reply To Multple Emails. Have Spent 3 Months Trying To Get A Claim Taken Care. Called Friday And Was Told By System After First Entering Last 4 Then Full Ssan That They Have No Record Of Me. They Are Determined To Control How I Handle My Personal Telephone. Very Dishonet Company Beware!!!!!!! Daniel [email protected]

I just wanted you to recognize Tamra Craft for her absolutely wonderful and caring service to me during my claims. She is much more helpful than anyone.
