I received coupons in the mail...however Everytime I tried to use the coupons the shop at 26678 telegraph Rd Flatrock MI 48134 the manager who can barely speak English tells me they don't accept my coupons...I don't understand why..I lived less than a mile from the store...don't waste your time or money ..do to jimmy johns or Jersey giant...they honner coupons..never going to subway AGAIN!!

I ordered from the app SUBWAY® From the Byrdstown Tennessee franchise phone number 931-864-1010 address is 8471 Highway 111 Byrdstown, TN 38549. I was served by number 999997 on 8/18/2023 at 5:13 PM I order number was 3D2AEFE2-27
I'm only saying something about this because this is not the first time this kind of thing has happened from this subway and nobody's doing nothing about it and I think it's wrong. It's kind of like a bait and switch half the time the subway does not have the official franchise menu products and they substitute it or they just don't let you have it this particular time I ordered my sandwiches on Italian cheese and herb bread. What I got was hoagie buns from across the street at the IGA. I have pictures to show it and I left that on my Google review of the Byrdstown subway sandwich shop - upon placing my order on the app and submitting it. I got a phone call from the store. The girl that called said we don't have pepperoni but we can substitute extra salami on your sandwich. They also didn't have pickles or the cookies that I paid for - which is fine. At least I was warned about that and they didn't refund me for the cookies that they didn't have but I ordered. I can live with them not having the pickles or the cucumbers that I wanted on my sandwich but the problem I have is they didn't tell me that they didn't have subway bread, and that they were serving bread from the grocery store across the street like I said, I have a picture of this to prove it, one of the main reasons I order subway is because I do like the bread it's amazing. I don't want bread from the grocery store if that's what I wanted I would've went to the grocery store and bought hoagie buns and lunch meat and made my own sandwiches at home no, I wanted Subway because I wanted subway bread and my sandwich made on subway bread. . They didn't warn us about that one. It was a bait and switch which is not fair and she told me that we don't have our subway bread. I would've canceled my order right then and there and demanded my money back. Nope, since it was to go, they put it in the bag didn't say a word to me about it and sent me on my way And when I got home I was shocked and of course I'm not gonna drive back over to the store I'm just gonna suck it up and eat what they gave me even though I spent my harder money to have Subway sandwiches and I didn't get subway sandwiches and I didn't get the cookies I paid for the funny thing is I had to stop going to the subway because of these very reasons this is not the first time this sort of thing is happened but it's been two years since I've been there so I thought OK will give it a try I would like to have subway for dinner. It sounds good boy was I wrong and I'm back to not being a customer. I don't understand how this restaurant is not inspected by somebody from franchise to make sure they're following the rules because this happens constantly. It's not like a one time thing, so I'm reaching out and leaving this post at corporate headquarters hoping that somebody will do something about this particular franchise if not it's OK I won't spend my money any subway because I no longer trust it. I'm not getting the products I pay for you can look at my receipt. I spent $35 well, $34.50 plus I left a tip , thinking that I was going home to enjoy a nice subway sandwich shop dinner boy was I wrong and I will not go back to this subway unless you guys make sure this kind of thing stops happening if they don't have subway bread, they should make sure the customers know that if they don't have some of the vegetables that they need to make sandwiches, they should make customers aware that they don't do it until after the fact and that's a bait and switch and that's not right I don't want to pay for IGA sandwiches if I want to do that I'll just go to the store and build my own sub. Please help.

After using subway's app it did not get the order right told the manager about the problem he she did not care and would not fix it.

I am reaching out to the Subway franchise in hopes to reach out to the owner of Subway restaurants in trenton Tn 38382 I was very concerned of when I came thru drive thru I waited for a few mins well I then pulled up to the drive thru window when one they all where standing in there huddled by the drink station paying no attention to the window So I was just going to pull around and come in well when I did two of them just completely kept talking and not acknowledging me whatsoever But what was really sad was these atleast 17 18 and it seems like there manager was smoking vape pens disappointed and especially seeing these younger people having them vapes and then o e of them turn toward me with a beard said I'm sorry about that what can I get for I was just so full if disgust because there was no kind of good work ethic let alone having a person that's I'm pretty sure is the manager that is the one that is not at all caring or respecting your business and I was so sad to see them teenagers with them vapes when it's been a health concern fir young teenagers and THE OWNERS HAVE A RIGHT TO KNOW

Rep answering phone answered with "Na, we ain't got that". I tried to order online but item was listed as $50 per add on. Girlfriend was getting our meals there twice per week...never order there again!!

I'm lodging a complaint against the subway on McLoughlin in Gladstone I spent $31.37 to get two wraps and a salad The person that made the food screwed it up totally I sent my caregiver back to the store with the receipt they refuse to remake the food then they refused to give me a refund so I am lodging this complaint to see if anybody can help me out thank you

Put in an online order. When I went to pick it up, I didn't see the rack with the orders. When I went to where you order, the woman had a bad attitude. Very short with me that my food was on the rack. When I got home, my sandwich was ok. But the one for my friend was awful. The steak and cheese sub looked like someone has twisted it. It was all smashed. And even adding mayonnaise at home, she said it was so dry that she couldn't eat it. The dogs loved it though.

I am a good customer and went in today at 7461 manatee ave w Bradenton fl 34209. Store # 4170-0. Had a problem with my phone to get a free footlong when a buy one at regular price.the young man there it was his first day. The manager was so rude and not helpful at all. She actually told me to leave after I told her I come here often and never had a problem. The sandwich were made so badly that I was completely shocked. She wouldn't give me her name and told me to leave and never come back. I am so hurt and disappointed that I had to write this.

My info was stolen and food charged through Subway App. TOTALLY unable to contact anyone. Even had an email stating that my info had changed- and if I didn't make that change " click here" which takes you nothing related to that. Such a horrible run around. Will delete and never do business again.

I don't understand why coupons are only for certain sandwiches. On my favorite Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich, I had to pay extra for the bacon. Why aren't all sandwiches cover by the coupons. It is pointless to even have coupons. This makes me less likely to eat here.

Placed online order & it stated BOGO 50% off when placed order no discount when I picked up order asked girl at counter about it & she stated really hateful we have nothing to do with the app & walked away along with the other 2 girls working there.I will never purchase through Subway in Brighton il ever again & maybe never through Subway spent over $40. For 3 sandwiches & they were not even prepared the way I ordered them.

I dislike your changing the sweet onion sauce. I only eat there because of that sauce and you've ruined it. I won't eat there anymore. Also the meatballs in my husbands sandwich was ice cold.

This subway isn't for a crowd at all. I was 2nd in line and still waited almost 20 minutes for 2 club sandwiches. The very meticulously slow man making sandwiches was in no hurry. There were an additional 3 customers behind me! The manager, (I assumed) because he was barking things "to do" the slow man. While making my sandwiches, the exact same kind, the store didn't have yellow mustard, green peppers, nor black olives, and low on onions during lunch time. I asked him to just shake mustard from the container for my sandwich. The worst part is that most of these vegetables weren't going to be replenished for the remainder of the day, and it's just 1:00 in the afternoon! Personally, I would have taken a few dollars and purchased BOGO mustard and large can of olives from adjacent Publix, instead of waiting on the truck scheduled for the next day.
The manager left out briefly to get change, returned, put the cash in the drawer and proceeds to wait on the customer behind me and never washed his hands! I guess he figured that by putting on gloves, it met sanitary and safety guidelines.
As I was walking out, I overheard the manager say that he had to run out AGAIN to purchase his tag! I thought, "are you kidding me"? More customers were filing in, there were several online orders needing filling, but he ran an errand at the most inopportune time.
I rarely go to Subway, but since I had coupons, I decided to try it. I'll probably use the remainder of the coupons, but probably not here.

Both subways in pikeville Kentucky are always out of product. My family tries two eat there at least a couple times a month and for the last two months they are out of most meat products. Wife just went this evening and one is out of steak. If you're going to have the food chain then keep product available to the customers.

I Just ordered tuna sub Georgia Ave NW, Washington DC location store, the test is bad and and the owner or employees must add or blended some kind of stuff like monies or any.. to increase the size of tuna. That is un unacceptable and unhealthy.

I was served with no smile! Meaning the woman was very rude and to the point. Which I like except she did it with the attitude of "I don't want to be here" and I was not important. She insisted on talking about a lady who was just terminated, with the woman in front of me. Then she tried to strike up the same conversation with myself. I said well I'll have. Just to show her I wasn't interested in gossip. They spoke horribly of the other girl. Poor thing! It sounds like this was their plan all along!

Subway Eagle River needs to be looked at by Jealth Dept. soda machete had thick black mold inside ice dispenser! Disgusting! Soda lines are never cleaned. Bathrooms old and filthy. Walls and floors are dirty!! Do not eat here it's unhealthy and do not drink fountain drinks. Workers are dirty with beards hanging over food area! Ick!!

DO NOT ORDER! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR $$$ & NOT GIVE YOU FOOD. This is twice now. My stupidity for thinking the first time was a fluke. I ordered online without issue. The money was taken out of my bank. I get there and they don't have the order they say. I show them on the app where I placed the order and that it was pending. They didn't care. Actual words were 'NOT MY PROBLEM'. Went to my account to show them the store number listed with the transaction. Just to find that they had taken the $$$ out twice. Still, not there problem. They told me to cancel it on the app. There is no place to do so.

I ask for the phone number to corporate and the district manager who was in store told me they do not have one. I ask him who he called when he had to speak with someone in corporate. He doesn't ever call them he says. Refused to refund me or make my order.

I immediately found corporate customer care # online. I did get a msg that they are moving customer care to online but I hit zero to transfer to an operator. Not much help.

The Customer Care Associate said it is up to each store whether to makey order or give me a refund. I explained how rude and that they would not. Her only solution was for me to go through my bank to dispute the transaction. In the last 30 years until Subway I have had to dispute one transaction. Now in just a couple of weeks I have had to dispute 4. I only ordered twice but was charged double both times.

I mean The store doesn't have much going for it anyway. With the exception of being in front of Walmart. It's nasty half the time, the tables the bathroom. That's why I don't need in the store. The workers were childish and very impressional in the way they acted in front of customers the few times I was in there before. But I don't have to deal with that if I ordered online. But they are thieves and I am sick of this contacting the better Business bureau and I won't stop.

If you want Subway here in Elizabethtown, go to the one that is it located at 809 East Dixie or the one that's on mulberry Street. Do not go to the one in front of Walmart.

So my family and I came into subway tonight and there was 2 not so great employees working and 1 that was doing just great but we didn't appreciate the service that we got it was all wreckless and the sandwiches we got wasn't made right so for future reference teach these employees to make a sandwich!!
