I stop at store 0140 this morning& a man was getting out of his car which he parked right in front of the store.Went in& started helping me never washed his hands.

Hey, i just had the most humiliating unprofessional experience at the smoothie king in south Tampa 3694 west gandy Blvd. Today at 6:09pm i was cursed at and denied owner number to file a complaint.untop of that i was asked to leave and never come back!

We have been going to smoothly in Orange Texas ever since they opened and have been very satisfied until lately. There has been a change in the employees and they are very disrespectful! Very very slow too.It want take long for this to have a permanent affect on this business! Orange is a small town and we really need this in our town! We love the products that are offered but something needs to be done about the employees! Thank You!

They seemed to enjoy arguing with me, the customer when I told them I had not received the expected discount they run on Fridays for $5! They insisted the cash register did it automatically- deducting the price- ours DID NOT! We were charged full price one Friday- not any explanation as to why! Their service was terrible. They said there was no mocha smoothie for $5 either. VERY DISAPPOINTED. My 89 year old father enjoys them a lot, I will never go again though, I don't like being argued with! He goes, or has someone pick up smoothies for him at least twice a week! You'd think they'd give more consideration to loyal customers!

On April 26, 2019 I visited the Smoothie King that is located at 3680 Cascade Rd Suite A1, Atlanta, GA 30331.

My visit was during business hours. The front door was locked and the security roll-up door had been pulled down about halfway. There was a handwritten sign taped to the door stating that the dining room was closed due to lack of staff.

There were several cars waiting in the drive-thru, and the line was not moving.

Additionally, there were also other cars that had already gone through the drive-thru and had parked in the front parking lot because they were still waiting for their orders. The reason why I know what was going on, is because eventually a cashier would bring drinks out to a car and then it would leave.

The employees were working as quickly as they could. It appeared that the store was severely understaffed.

I love smoothie king, But the location 1740 Indian Trail Road. Suite 100 Norcross, GA 30093, Was a horrible experience. This was my first visit and my last visit to this location. The services was so slow I mean I could have went faster than the whole staff by myself. I waited 30 min. to order And when I order the girl act like she didn't know what I was talking about.I was reading directly from the menu,After finally ordering I waiting another 15 min. And still haven't received my smoothie. I even went inside to get my smoothie still no smoothie available after a whole 45 mi. I finally just decides to leave. I called the manager, The manager who was working on 04/12/2019 Morning. She was not helpful told me she had just made my smoothie and I can come back and pick it up,At this time I have made it to work and my smoothie had just been prepared. This location is the worst I ever seen. It needs to be permanently closed.

Could you hire two worse employees at the 27 S Pleasantburg Drive location in Greenville S.C? Nothing like paying over 7 dollars to get treated like you are a complete bother to these two and then to get a shake that was not good at all. I should have just went to GNC where I get treated like they actually appreciate my business! I'm really sorry these two actually have to show up and work, they obviously didn't want to be there. Maybe relieve them of this hassle of a job so two people who will actually do their job can have a shot. I certainly won't go back to any Smoothie King.

I was charged for the wrong order this has happened twice the first time I let it go the second time I'm not . I called the Flowood Ms location when I realized the charge had not been voided off my card . The manager said it's showing a zero balance on his end . Well my bank account says different. The next day I contacted customer service the gentleman said he would contact the manager of the location and I would hear back from someone. Nope still waiting. They have young kids in there running the business no adults there always laughing to the point they can't even ask you what you want.

I moved in Hialeah on 57 ave in Florida. I noticed the employees need training in customer service skills. The welcome is Just awful. I enjoye come into the store is just that they're bringing the store down the employees here on 57th Avenue in Florida right off of a 183rd street. I been sitting in the car 7 minutes no one has come to the window in said 1 moment please it is 2:15 in the afternoon and I'm sitting here in the car going on 8 minutes now He just came to the window after 8 minutes open the window told me the price not even good afternoon thank you for waiting rude customer service

11037 Shadow Creek Parkway, Pearland Tx. - Will not go to this location again. They have a young white male with hair all over his head dancing and throwing his hair all over the place. Unless you want hair in your smoothie do not go here.

Your employee Elana J., was very rude and had just an overall poor attitude. She was not friendly or welcoming and my lemon ginger spinach smoothie was made twice and was watered down. The other employee was experiencing problems and she told her it was because she used too much ice and that she needed to add more water. She never really assisted her, just told her to add more water. The other employee really tried and she was very apologetic. Elana was giving me the bitter lemon face and when I asked for my money back, she passive aggressively complied. She was awful and gave no customer service!

I am here at your 4925 Government street location BR LA, and there's a car line out of this world through drive through and no one is assisting the customers!! Lights are in but the doors locked and it's operating opening hours but NO ONE IS HERE TO SERVE CUSTOMERS!!! OUTRAGED

I went to smoothie king Macon road location in Columbus, ga. Hours are 6am to 9pm store was not open and ready to serve very disappointed.

I visited the store located at 6221 S. Claiborne Ave in New Orleans. I purchased four 40oz smoothies. This store did not honor the $5 smoothie deal for Fridays. I expected my 40oz smoothies would be $5 or $6 each. Instead, I paid $9.29 each for three and $8.69 for another.

I've never had this issue in the Atlanta and surrounding areas. Neither of the 3 employees mentioned that I would be charged full price. I went ahead and paid the $41.27 so the smoothies and their efforts would not be wasted.

This is the second time I've been to the Smoothie King on Austin Peay Highway in Memphis Tennessee and we were greeted by a sign that says drive-thru only
The first time I was here I got a smoothie with bad fruit in it. I complain and nothing was done. Today my daughter and I are back and there's another sign that was put up as we approach the window drive-thru only the young man greeted us with hey hey hey and pointed to the sign. Please come and check this out Smoothie King out. I love your drinks I usually love the service but I will not be coming back to this particular Smoothie King

I'm a loyal customer at the store in Knoxville Tennessee 305 n. Forrest park. To be accurate, I've been a customer for a very long time I appreciate the employees and their friendly customer service. I've noticed for the past few weeks the store has NO air conditioning, the employees look like they are suffering during our hot weather. Please take care of them like they care for us I know I big company like yours have the funds to care for there employees.

The worst experience ever. After waiting 25 minutes at the smoothie King location in Cedar Hill, TX. I still didn't receive my smoothie. The girl behind the counter was rude and offered an empty apology. I will never go back. I ended up getting my money back.

You have a serious problem at the University Drive location in Durham NC. With a store full of people we were told the computers were down. 10 customers me included left the ithour service. This all happened while 6 employees hid in the back like they were scared of the customers. The same exact thing happened two or three weeks ago on a Sunday. This store has 0% chance of success. What a shame.

On April 18, 2018 I went to the smoothie king on Ft Campbell there was only one worker there. There were 11 customers there before me and 9 came in while I was waiting. The workers name was Sarah. Wow!! She was awesome. I hate that she was there by herself but she handled it like a trooper. This girl deserves an award or bonus or something. I was very impressed by her but very disappointed in the store for allowing that to happen to a worker Thanks for listening customer Michelle

HORRIBLE, RUDE UNHELPFUL, very argumentative, and terrible attitude and manners. The music was sooo loud the drive thru had to repeat the order 5xs because they didn't want to turn the music down. As a first time customer I was treated terrible. When we ordered she argued that the order we ordered is in correct we can not be served an order savoring to there standards. We asked please not to put any supplements or protein or energy shots because it's for a child, and she refused to allow us order our order according to what we wanted and instead she laughed at us and told us the wait will be 20 minutes because the drive thru customers were more important and we were inside the building before any cards came in the drive thru will NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AGAIN HORRIBLE SERVICE KIDS USE TO GET IT AT SCHOOL BUT NO MORE WILL I ALLOW MY CHILD OR ANYONE TO BE TREATED OR ORDER from this place

The service at the location on highway 249 and cypresswood sucks. It take 10 mins on the average to service one client. I quit going there because og the wait time.

The location is at Forest Lane, Dallas, TX has absolute terrible service. My husband went in about 15 min before closing time. When he walked in the older woman at the counter asked him if he was going to be order a smoothie. He said yes. In response the woman rolled her eyes, and turned her back to him and said "what do you want?".

When I called the store to speak to a manager, the associate said he was not available. Upset in the moment I said I was going to be calling about the terrible customer service. I guess that prompted the associates to call the manager and make up a completely false story to secure his allegiance before I could make my call the next morning. When I called, the man was very cheerful and nice until I mentioned that I was calling to voice a complaint. He then interrupted me and said "let me interrupt you right there. My associates already called me and told me about the incident. I am the only person working the register and so I will need to call you back. I would like to talk to you about this when I get the chance." I was understanding and let him go. 3 hours passed and I heard nothing. So I called back, very upset and asked him why he felt it was unnecessary to give the promised call. He then said "I told you I was going to call after 3 when my associate got here to relieve me at the register so I could give you my undivided attention". False. He never said that. He just said he would call me back.

THEN he had the audacity to blatantly paint my husband as a terrible customer saying that his team was polite and tried to get his order but he was "on his phone" and even "walked out". Even IF my husband had been on his phone, so what? When he walked in, he was immediately greeted with disrespect and rolling eyes. He never walked out on them.

So in speaking with the manager, he immediately defended his team, and would not even let me speak and share my end of the story. He just kept accusing my husband of being "rude".

I finally had to interrupt and ask if I could share MY end of the story. But he continued to interrupt and defend as I started to share my side. He said that lady who took his order is a hard worker and a good woman. I am sure she is. I in no way am subject to believe she is not a good and hard working woman. But her customer service last night was not a reflection of that.

All I needed was for him to be understanding. Even if after listening he stated that he was sorry and that the woman who took his order is actually a very hard working and good woman, and he is sorry that my husband received that experience, I would have been fine. But him continuously arguing with me drew the line for me. He told me he felt "attacked" and then said another customer was at the register and he had to go.

The principal is that as a manager, I should have received a listening ear and an apology. Phone call would have been less than 3 minutes and we could have gone our merry way. But to be challenged and argued with is unacceptable. Both my husband and I have worked management in both retail and hospitality and we are aware of how a manager should handle such situations. So this man is not with any reason to treat us any different.


I will not be going back to this location and will continue to post my review of this experience wherever I can. I believe this gentleman should receive a lesson on customer service and a look at how his previous reviews on google and my review should state that he needs to work on his approach to customers.
