Can I pay for a product bought from Singer Homes branch from Singer Plus branch? When I bought a blender for 30999/=, the total amount is 38384/= 38384/= and after paying the remaining amount, it says to pay another amount.

I am unable to contact any manager to whom I can make a complaint. The telephone operator wants all details and then she says call the hotline. I personally visited the Cotta Road service center and spoke to the person in charge who was not helpful at all - - Singer is NOT a customer friendly organization !

I bought Sisil High Pressure cleaner 1600W pressure gun from SINGER shop-Dikwella-B on 10/11/2022-17.08. The marked price of this model was 29399 rupees (According to web site and showroom on that day). But I couldn't get bill because of my payment method (The payment method that I have choose was 12 months instalment of credit card).
Today I got my bill. Total amount is 35037 rupees.
According to bill I should pay for delivery. But I went to the showroom and collected this. How could be happened like this. As well as unit price according to bill is 30399 rupees. How could be happened like this. There are 1900 rupees different in actual price and printed bill.

My Singer Futura XL-420 is missing the embroiderry software that should have come with it . I have not yet opened the assessories from the plastic see-through packet so the suggestion that I dropped it is ridiculous.
I emailed [email protected] but got no response. So today I called.
She was uncooperative and said I dropped it or lost it. Th's impossible because I have the entire box and packaging here and I have not even opened the parts. The embroidery drawer in the extension is empty.
Since the packaging is empty it is the duty of singer to send me the missing part or the link to down load the software. The machine is worthless without the software.

Really bad.. the worst products ever.. I purchased a laptop brand new and I had to send it for repair thrice. I later purchased a refrigerator, it broke down and the service doesn't even gave a damn on it. The worst service ever

I have bought a singer AC machine from senanayaka veediya outle 14/03/2022. but until now nobody came and fixed AC. Very poor and worst service.

I was call to singer warakapola branch to asking price of the submarine motor, and the person who said he will call me back after 10 minutes. But who didn't get me back. Then I call him again but he told me they will contact me.

Do not buy anything from singer, They cheat people, A chair was ordered last month from singer but it wasn't delivered so far, Many times I called their hotline but no one get the responsibility to deliver it, now I am going to cancel my order but I don't know whether they will return my money,

We gave our Singer Smart TV to be repaired on 18th December 2021 and please note we have warranty till 2023. But up to this date, they haven't returned the repaired TV or none of your staff had the courtesy to call and inform us about what is happening with the Television.
We always have to call and check whether it is ready and they are asking us to go and check from the warehouse whether it is repaired or not. How could you ask us to go and check whether it is repaired? Isn't it your duty to do the needful? Why do you have Customer care service and give us a warranty if we have to go and check whether it is repaired? In the future, you might ask us to go and buy the spare parts as well.

(reference -UB21121319172998)This is regarding a singer after service matter about Anuradhapura service center. I have made a complain about my washing machine through your APP. It was collected by singer staff on 16/12/2021.They have informed me on 20/12/2021 that the repair is completed. From 22 to 24 I have kept whole day waiting the delivery of my washing machine. During the time I have call them more than 10 times and keep reminding and two times I have personally visit the service center regarding this matter. Actually I am a bit of busy personal and waiting more than 3 days is a burden for me. But according to them I have to wait any way. When we are raise this matter over and over the way handle this is horrible. Still I am waiting for their delivery vehicle ....... I think today also I have to wait whole day sacrificing all my valuable time..... Normally in business schools we were taught customer is king . At least we are expecting some descent care for customers .......It looks like customers are real burden to singer peoples specially after we finished the purchasing ...... If you are not in a position to do a after care service ,,Please dont do it.

I have placed two online orders but the service has been atrocious.
1. Placed an order for a bundled promotion for a pureit water filter with a free fan. The water filter was delivered but to date the fan was not delivered despite several reminders. Didn't expect Singer to cheat customers.
2. Placed an order for a single door display cabinet on 25th November. To date the delivery has not been completed

I have bought a singer washing machine from kcc outlet and there were some issues. I'm struggling with it since 2020. I have made several requests to repair it but until now nobody came and fixed my problems. Very poor and worst service.

Bought a treadmill at SINGER showroom. The showroom people fixed and went. Later I realized that ' incline' is not working. Made a call to the show room. They promised send someone. It's now more than a week. No one came. Pathetic situation and poor service.

i bought queen size bed from singer pudukuddirippu branch
They deliver it around 8 pm and leave it here witbout fixing and next day came around 8pm one of employ from branch.same time i removed my old one and arrange him for fix bought new one . But middle of the way with out inforn he left . I try try to contact manager but couldnt fix it .

My Dell laptop has been bought from singer and from kottawa singer laptop repair agent my laptop keyboard was replaced due to not working space button .But after the replacement of keyboard there was error in computer saying hard disk drive is not shown .it's occurred after the keyboard replacement and they said that data also cannot replaced .charged from 13,700 rupees from me without considering the issue.Therefore I would kindly request from singer to check on this type of laptop repairs since it was singer brand they are harming .

I have brought a TV in singer bandarawela from 4 months i got a issue in display they took da TV to service center and brought it back the same issue almost 6 times they tuk to service center my TV now past two months TV is is with them after one year they want replace a TV that aslo u stopped paying my rental for 4 moths then only they wanna replace my TV after one year of period u ar coustmer service is very bad dnt chert people on on u ar products with peoples money its not only for me so many poor people buy on rentals bandarawela singer coustmer service is the manger in the showroom is not worth person who cannot speak to coustmer and sout out the problem for two months i dnt have tv aslo the money i have paid aslo i will make this complain in police and i have post this issue in fb with da pic of TV and details until i get back my TV dnt cheet people like this
