First time visiting shake shack at MGM at the National Harbor and had bad and discriminating experience. My husband tried to order and i think that the cashier couldnt hear him, instead of asking to repeat the order, he asked us if we are spanish or chinese. I feel that question is so unnecessary for someone that is in customer service. I dont think that this is acceptable when it comes to the values of the company. I demand an explanation and answer. the receipt is showing host 55555555 C. Then the order is seating and not calling us for our to go order.

Terrible, terrible, terrible. Order placed at 7:23 pm 4/2/22 at Harvard Square restaurant. I received an acknowledgment email immediately. After a half hour I had not received anything further so I went to the window to inquire. Nothing yet. I went to the window two more times. On the third try I was told my order was never placed. After some haggling I was told they would put in a new order that still took another 10-15 minutes. All told in took just under an hour to get my meal. I will NEVER GO BACK!!

This was my first visit and last i normally read the reviews of a restaurant first but everyone was hungry so we stopped in first it didn't seem clean still decided to order kids getting fussy fries was cold burgers was red inside one bathroom was out of order a line to get in bathroom grandson almost wet his pants it was a nightmare i then read the reviews and there not good some said the same thing i said i spent ninety five dollars and i feel just like i was robbed ?

Hi. We are in Virginia Beach at Constitution Dr. At a Shake Shack. Guess what-no order.
And it's not the first time at this same store.
They started to run the card charge then stopped, dumped our order made on the crap mobile app your company forces us to use.
We didn't even get an apology-either time.
Not even an order in replacement.
My husband can show he made the order.
Worst customer service I've seen ANYWHERE-and I've been outside this Country.
We will make it a point to let our friends n family know.
Amazing Shake Shack is a west coast bragging point.

I was at Grand Central Station - new to the area. - saw Shake shake- was unsure of the process- asked an assistant who directed me to automatic kiosks to order from. Another customer came in and he offered to help that
Customer order directly from him. I could have used that help as well. I spoke with him about this. 4:00pm 16 Dec. another assistant copped an attitude so i asked her to wear her mask properly. She refused and walked off. I have a photo of her unmasked. But i was asked to show my vaccine certificate to have a seated area.

The general attitude and lack of service was so obvious - and an embarrassment for this company

When i tried to lodge a complaint the app would not process as it would not allow me to identify the location.

I have visited the SHake Shack locaton at Ft Lauderdale aiport twice now. once in November 2021 and December 10, 2021. Both times the service, wait times have been extremely long. The airport is not very busy at that time of year, its a small terminal only 2 airlines. The level of service, attitude and production is well below standards at this location. no one really knows whats going on! the line up is long, the wait time is worse. If i owned this restaurant I would want to know this. The Manager needs to step in and figure out a better system. The staff stands around chatting while customers wait in line. Most of the employees are in the back talking. Not good!

Unable to have poor service rectified if you go through their app. No phone numbers, no way to track or confirm that your order was delivered correctly. Horrible service.

Horrible service, mediocre food. Staff should be fired. I would be ashamed to have this crap in my airport. After a great vacation in Florida, it's a shame it had to end on this lousy note

Was treated like a second class citizen because I had a debit card and no phone. Kiosk wanted my personal info which I will not give to them.

I am shocked that I am taking the time to write this but after thinking about it all day, I finally have the courage to do it. After a doctor appointment today we got to go, for the first time, to the new ShakeShack in Huntersville, NC. I ordered the Chicken Bites with fries and unsweetened tea. My husband ordered a burger with fries and the unsweetened tea. The burger was very thin and he enjoyed it. Both of us received Luke warm fries and my chicken bites were HORRIBLE, didn't even taste like chicken. The only thing we enjoyed was the tea! We spent $23 and wound up leaving and going to another place for salads.we will NEVER go back and would not recommend ShakeShack to any of our local friends. We just thought you should know. Hi I'm a mobile delivery driver for Uber, door dash etc...and I'm issue with your location in Oakland,ca on telegraph Ave the employees are forgetting to include key items like the shake and we are able to check for missing because the bags are sealed...but upon delivery there missing items and the staff members are assuring that all are present at the time of pick- up and they are not...and the manager at this location even threatened to call the police on me because after I delivered a order with missing items I brought the other back ask if it could double checked and she said no and became angry...I'm asking if you could help to fix this problem ....thank you

I need a call back from shake shack,, regarding my son who works for shake shack, he hasn't seen a paycheck in three weeks. My son works hard for his money and he likes, really love his job... please contact me, a concerned mom. He still goes to work on time and shows up daily and. still no paycheck,. SOON HELL BE STARTING COLLEGE, .He's being very respectful and patient, as a mom that's what I teach him. Please contact me, his mom. The service was AWFUL. Waited 30 mins for my food while my friends food took ten minutes. There was one worker who had a really bad attitude with me. Once I got my food, the flavor of my milkshake was wrong. When I told the worker this he had a terrible attitude about it once again. My burger abd fries were really good. However, I will not be returning to this location because of how I was treated.

I have been picking fat and food pieces out of my teeth all day. What has happened to the shack???

We went out of our way and drove to the Marina Del Rey Shake Shack on a Sunday night and the freaking place closed 25 minutes earlier than advertised.
When we approached towards the front door, one of the workers came out and said they were only open for people picking up their online orders.

To Whom it may concern:

I have a complaint as to how I was treated at the Shake Shack at the MGM National Harbor. I went there on April 20th for lunch. At the registrar the young man who took my order was so not there. He mumbled my order, I explained I couldn't hear him and he never looked up. I asked him about the Shroom Burger and he just placed the order and no response. Once I received my order it was not a burger but a vegan burger. I had to wait another 10 minutes to get a beef patty. I also order fries with cheese & bacon. There was no bacon and he just returned to put a cup of bacon in the bag. Still no response from him. My lunch cost me $16.36 in which was costly for lunch to be treated indifferent. I never been to your restaurant at the MGM, but go to other restaurants there. Now I see why!

I recently had the worst experience with an employee who was the rudest and the most impolite woman Ive ever met. She was harassing me after I paid outside pick up order area and was waiting for my food , she kept harassing me for not covering my nose but my mouth was covered with the mask, and was waiting way outside away from the cashier in the middle of a side walk waiting, she kept arguing and ordered me like a commander to go and stay from the store and kept arguing with me , then gave me the wrong food and then gave me her middle finger. She looked latino and short dark hair chunky woman very disappointed will never eat there again in Glendale Americana area.

Will never ever eat at shake shack! Came for my grandsons birthday. For months we have been on this quarantine program. I have been obedient to every rule! When we came to Shake Shackl we were informed we needed needed to stay 6 feet from each other! I said we all live together she said well that's our store policy mam! Don't ever tell me what I can and cannot do with my own family ! I ordered nothing ! I'm furious and will never step foot in your operation! Then to top it off my daughter ordered and her orders were all messed up! I'm totally disgusted with you people!

in this location tonight and witness some really racial things going on between employees. And I feel just can not futhum in my head what a young lady was going through being called those names because she was black. When the young African American lady tried to walk away the white lady kept calling her out her name and saying she was Rachet and ghetto. Now I'm pretty sure thing could've got out of hands badly but to me and my family she handle that well and just throwing bacon would've been such bad thing. To whom the employer is at the shake shack in Green hills hopefully they didn't fire you cause you handle that well. My pleasure to email me or call I don't mind making a statement on what I witness. I will not support racist slurs at people. That's the problem in this world today

New Shake Shack opened in Parssippany NJ. On Friday, Nov. 8th about 7:30pm, I ordered Shroom Burger with cheese burger with all fixings. Very limited burger menu. Got 1 pickle, the shroom burger was soaked in oil, the cheese burger was paper thin, then add very cold frozen bun to this picture. It took me more than 10 minutes to get a cup so that I could drink some water. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT.

Very poor customer service at Christiana Mall store 10/5/19 .Ordered door at 354 never received order while holding order signifier Then female manager told me order was there a minute when it sat on counter 15 minutes. Ended up with cold meal you lost a customer

So I'm pissed I took the subway like 40 min out of the way to go to your 23rd street restaurant sn it was closed for swiss private event that's not cool to advertise your open an you are but not for everyone
