The Gm at the Richmond location (willow place) Put my child in danger by demanding my child out of a business that was still open to the public!! In the dark at almost 10pm at night! Chaeli Arno is her name and for her rebuttal after my child explain that she needed to reach out to her ride, she says I DONT CARE THATS MY CHILDS PROBLEM IS A ISSUE!! She was wrong and unprofessional as being in Management.. Anything could have happen to my child the way the world is setup!! I need someone to reach out to me asap

I drove quite a distance to go to the shake shack in my area and how disappointed I was to find that there are No HOLIDAY FLAVORED SHAKES!!! I spent $40 on my meal and you don't even have a peppermint shake!!!! I'm disappointed and I would like a coupon please

I went to the drive through in Livonia Michigan at 7 Milw Road and Haggerty Road. I ordered two milkshakes to go. The vanilla was barely a shake and the chocolate was very cold chocolate milk. A company named foe shakes certainly can't deliver a quality product. Is this really the standard?

Drive thru is really slow. The drive thru window personnel don't hear properly. Get my name wrong every time. I will have to spell it every time. I just start spelling my name instead of saying it. My blame is not hard to say

I went to your Hollywood store last Thursday evening with my daughter I spent $79 on my orderv, the order was excepted then the kiosk said I needed to redo my order, but your system took and kept my $79 so now we are both hungry I'm out $80 and the manager of the store tells me he isn't crediting $80 with of food, then proceeds to tell me that it will fall off my account in 24 hours. It has not fallen off and for myself and my child we will never come back to your store. The people at the Hollywood store are not professional and are extremely rude. Good day and good riddance!!

Why does the shake shack in Baltimore city on Pratt street always charge me a second transaction for fries when I order a meal? Is it normal to cost over $20 for a burger, fries,shake or is it my race that determines the extra charge that I've had to dispute with my bank ?

We went on June 2 and it was very disappointing. We ordered two shakes-Got one, Asked for Ketchup-didn't get any, no napkins, and the burger was about two cm. I couldn't believe how small it was!! We will NEVER go there again. We sat in line forever to be completely disappointed.

Former culinary student Johnson & Wales University I have numerous years of experience in the cooking industry I moved back to New York because my mother is dying a stage for lung cancer I filled out on an application with shack shake Monroe at the Woodbury Commons outlet I had an interview with a Spanish woman with glasses you told me she did not want to hire me because she thought I would get bored due to the fact that I'm a culinary student which I thought was really ignorant of her she has no idea how to manage or hire for a food restaurant if anything you want some money with tremendous speed and culinary background anyways two days later I was called but the same and was asked to come in for another interview when I showed up the woman I believe Laura the Spanish woman with the glasses was running late and she wasn't even at work on time so I waited with another interviewer where a woman from the back was asked to please do the interview because Laura was running extremely late when she finally showed up she saw me sitting in the dining room and asked me why I was there I told her that I was called by the restaurant to come in for an interview she told me that I was lying and that she was the only person that calls people for an interview I told her how dare you talk to me like this you think I would just come up here on my own and spend my own money to get all the way up here just to sit here I showed her the phone call that was logged on my phone I even called that girl this morning she apologized to me and told me that she was sorry for the way that her manager acted I would like for the district and corporate office to find out about this my name is Nelson 727-677-1194

I had waited almost 30 mins to get my order and when I went to ask what's taking so long, the manager on May 11 at 6pm gave me an attitude! This is the Shake Shack in Westport, CT. I asked why other people that order way after me had gotten their food before me and the manager responded with an eye roll.

At the Udvar-Hazy Museum in Virginia. Astonishingly slow and, the longer we watch, the more obvious it is to us that, with some really simple changes, the process could be far more efficient, and customers far less frustrated. People are waiting s our 15 minutes to order, and longer to get their food. Way too many people at the grill side. Big backup of food ready to go, but not moving because there is only one expediter working. And that person is not only managing the sandwich/grill orders, but also filling drinks, filling little sauce cups, and making shakes. WHAT ?? So then when you get the food, it's cold. There are privsvky 30 people waiting to pickup their food. The manager had no interest in (or ability to?) Look at the situation and a whole and assess were to better place staff. But he is taking orders at one of two registers (credit card only !! Lots of people here have cash) and is very friendly. If you have someone on break, it's good to shift around positions to keep the flow even.akso, I don't think your fries are all that great. Elevation Burger an fries much better. Ditto Five Guys.

Yesterday I ordered a delivery of shakeshack avocado burger & a chocolate shake. Instead I got a cheeseburger, a pressed grill cheese sandwich, and some thin slightly sweet liquid in a tall plastic container. Huge disappointment!

I would like to bring to the attention of management I ate at the store in the Mall of America yesterday. My only comply is about cleanliness, there were several workers standing around so it wasn't like there wasn't enough workers. But it was so dirty. Starting right at the order iPads That place needs a deep cleaning. No restaurant should present itself like that. Maybe the food service workers think it's not they're job. ? ♀️ I think cleanliness is everyone's job. Perhaps management could have a meeting with all staff and let them know that. Oh and by the way I am a cleaning person so I know how important this is out in public settings

Took the grandkids to steak shack today for lunch. First the good, steak burger and fries were great. We all commented on the flavor. Next the bad, first off, the automated terminals listed menu items (Dr pepper) on one page then the choice disappeared on the next screen. (So lemonade was ordered.). Next the system lost my payment and I needed a manager to help retrieve it. My next complaint was also my biggest. Incredibly slow service. 15 minutes is not a good time for a restuarant that advertises fast service.

On Friday 9/2/2022
I have had delivery in the past . - grub hub- is
I live 2 miles and the orders have been great except this past Friday my food was cold not edible-
So I called and asked to speak to the manager - whoa! She was yelling so loud at me saying it's not on them if I used grub hub
Yes loving so loud the nurse that is staying with me heard her two rooms away
I want to report this was basically abuse . She would not let me even get a word in. And yelling at the top of her voice.
I will keep reporting this until. Hear from coporate-
This women should not be working for this company or be in charge of anything
I was not asking for anything
Just letting go hem know my food was cold and not from delayed delivery.

We went into your West Hartford location tonight to get a milk shake...I had to walk out because the place was filthy...when my husband came out with the milkshake we went to sit down outside and those tables were dirty and broken. I am sure Danny Meyer would not want his name attached to an establishment like this

I took the two grandkids out for dinner. We each had a cheeseburger, no toppings; fries; and a shake. By the time I tacked on a 15% tip, the bill was almost $70--sort of surprising for just-okay food. The cheeseburger was fine. The fries were golden and hot, but I've made Ore-Ida fries that were just as good. My vanilla shake tasted like a vanilla shake--creamy and thick. I can afford to eat at Shake Shack--just not sure it was worth the price.

I am very impressed with the owner-president& CEO of shake shack for giving the money back so they can use it for small businesses I truly hope the money goes to the businesses that really need it I cant thank you enough our favorite pizzeria/restaurant was denied &they could of really used the money to keep the business going they were voted best pizzeria on rt 18 in east Brunswick,08816 it is a family owned restaurant &I was very sadden to here they didnt get the loan &they dont know how much longer they can survive but I really wanted to give you a Big THANK YOU -you are the 1st business to recognize smaller businesses need the money more hopefully other big businesses will do the same

Hello my name is Harry and I've been hired at Menlo Park's shake shack. I have been there since opening and was very close to become team lead. My BABY sister and girlfriend had been stalked and harassed by a sex offender for over a week. The cops was called numerous times and nothing happened. So on my personal break time I clocked out and changed my clothes to go handle the situation. No where near the town Edison, which my job is located in. I was terminated due to me handling the situation. Is this enlightened hospitality? If so they have taught it wrong at my shake. It's ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING that a young teenage kid like me who has NEVER did anything wrong got fired for sticking up for 2 minors from a sex offender. What would have happen if I didn't show up? Another 2 young girls diagnosed with PTSD. I have never received a write up nor would do anything to receive one. I will be contacting lawyers because In the world we have now crimes with these sex offenders are incredibly high. Please take your time to read this and put your self in my shoes. If it was your daughter wouldn't you PROTECT them. If it was your niece wouldn't you PROTECT them. If it was your BABY SISTER wouldn't you PROTECT them.

Not a happy employee at shake shack at all . 3 weeks of working there and someone went into my purse and stole my money while I was working in the front . I told all of the managers and no help at all . They told me I would have to wait a week to watch the cameras and still nothing. I feel very unappreciated there and all I do is help everyone and keep a positive attitude. I thought Shake Shack stood for something good !
