It's obvious nobody cares about customers at Sephora. Every time I go, I'm reminded why I don't want to go any longer. I was excited to try their azelaic acid based on a great article I read on https://www.fabhandbook.com/what-is-azelaic-acid/ but I couldn't get answers to simple questions from anyone there.

Every time I call the customer service hotline I get forwarded over to medical alert it's a scam they don't want to give you a customer service. I have a gift card that I paid for and a Market Basket store and it won't work so pretty much I just lost the money I paid for the gift card and I will never buy another gift card from Sephora again rip off.

Sephora does not care about customers and only wants your money! A Sephora supervisor told me they refuse to help with my lost order because it was "high value" and that she had another case like mine that was resolved because it was "low value". None of the supervisors were able to explain their process or resolution. They just kept repeating they ate unable to help. The carrier admitted to their fault and wanted to issue a refund and Sephora said they won't.

The "beauty advisors" are not knowledgeable about their policies and say things they don't even know is true. I brought this up to a supervisor and she agreed but she also didn't know their company's process! What a joke. Literally no one from the company was able to explain what the process exactly was and just kept repeating the same thing that didn't answer my question.

They are still refusing to do anything to help me with my missing order that I paid for. They just took my money.

Sephora charged me for an item that I had returned and refused to credit account even with original receipt. Stated the system would not allow it. Refused to refund or credit account for an expense item that was returned in original condition because the wrong shade that was shipped in their error.

I had a very bad experience I returned my package on 29 November and didn't receive any return amount yet

There was a Malay lady name fathonah if not wrong from Sephora Singapore Tampines 1 outlet doesn't even understand the product and doesn't seem professional enough to work in the store , I am not sure which colour of lipstick suits me so I asked her to recommend me some colour but end up she asking me what colour I want and the colour she recommended is just randomly, she doesn't take the effort to recommend me and I need some one who can help me with not someone who asking me back the question . Asking her about foundation also a disaster, recommend not the correct one for me after trying it at home . The first time I went to the same store serve by another staff was nice.

I purchased online nearly 100$ Sephora products. Today I received a FED EX email that my order arrived...huh? Where did they put it? No one knows! I gave them the address, apt #, everything...BUT SOME DUMBO DID NOT WRITE THE APT # DOWN!!! So nothing is being done.. their stupidity at taking a simple order BUT NO DELIVERY INFO. If I do not have my order delivered to me ASAP or a REFUND within the next two days, I am taking legal action and posting my experience on every social media site there is. Some companies, apparently Sephora, are so greedy for money, they hire stupid, cheap employees and/or services and WHO CARES about the buyer??? Well, I am a buyer and I care.

Lack of customer service. This is not the first time to come to sephora plaza bonita and y the girls working there just ignore me all the time they don't even bother to ask if I need anything really disappointed

I don't know why this company is starting to be shady about returns. They scan my rewards card and it has everything I have bought on it and they use it like a receipt. All of a sudden I am banned from returning things to sephora because apparantly I return too much stuff. I could see if I had no reciept and the product was opened or used and I was denied. But I bought the wrong moisturizer and tried to take it back u opened with a receipt and got banned from returning. Now I'm stuck with a $30 moisturizer I can't use. Way to treat your customers like criminals. I'm about done with sephora and I'm a rouge card holder. I've spent a lot of money there and they treat you like this. Returning stuff unopened with a reciept is NOT criminal behavior.

I tried to return some nails Inc polishes on Aug 4 with my receipt. A warning kicked out . Do I told the clerk to cancel the return and i would just keep the Polish. The receipt said they hold the warning for 60 days. Ok so today I tried to return 3 still top coat lip toppers. That they had a sale on. These toppers are weird. You have to shake them up to make them work and let me just say milanis toppers at way less money got these beat by miles. So out kicks another warning today on the 20th Oct . I have purchased more than 100. On products since then and have not tried to return anything. This was a 33. Purchase and I still can't return them . They are lousey. I'm have tempted to complain to stila. I suspect these are going away soon anyway because of the lousey formula. What ticks me off is it's been more than 60 days and now I get another warning over this petty return . The least Sephora could do is give me a gift card or exchange for something else. I'm VIB rouge and had many things I was wanting to purchase that I'm sure I wanted as I have tested them in the store, but now I'm half tempted to buy whatever I can find elsewhere , like too faced site .

wasted my time trying to print a return label that doesn't exists. should not be used as an option. not happy with my order. The free samples was a joke. nothing substantial

I just contacted Sephora customer service to question pending charges on my JCP account for an order I cancelled and was given no respect, concern, or actual customer service.
As a matter of fact, the csr I just spoke with laughed at me 3 times when I was questioning why it was taking so long to credit my account back for a cancelled order. I have never experienced anything like it. One of the most unprofessional experiences I have ever encountered. Unfortunately, this post will probably not be read by anyone that cares but I at least like to inform others about the crappy experience.

I do not understand why you cannot return an item bought from a stand alone store at a store in jc penneys....the stand alone store manager said I could only for the one in jc penney to tell me no! For the love of God will you let your employees know which one is correct?

I will NEVER buy anything from Sephora again. My first e perience shopping there then attempting to return "unopened" purchases made no sense. The return was going smoothly until a different cashier told the one cashier "we dont have enough money", REALLY? An $83 purchase from my debit card? I yook the humble road and will wait for a few......I want my mo.ey just like I gave it to them. I will ask them to remove my name from their mailimg list.

My daughter got a $200 face cleaner and I tried to return it for store credit, no I don't have a receipt. They ran my id and told me I couldn't return it because their system said I have to many returns. I have never return anything at Sephora, so I don't know what the issue is but I do know that I will not buy anything from them due to their poor policy

I tried to return unopened items with receipt marked 6 days ago to a jcpenny Sephora. The lady said I could only get an in store credit since it was purchased at a free standing store. Is this correct?

Thursday I went to the Waterbury(JCPenny) Sephora to get some makeup .Well the sales girl Santacha was extremely helpful and courteous!She knew her products.She definitely is an asset to your company!

I was in the store for holiday gifts and was so very pleased at the amount of customer service I had to
write a post. I live in Madison and was at West Town and had Grace helping me. She really knew the product lines and could help me find exactly what i was looking for. I would highly recommend Sephora for that reason. Will return as I am a
very satisfied customer. Thank you Grace and Sephora

I was in your Fresno store with my granddaughter last Saturday September 24th. She was insecure about choosing foundation and bronzing powder. Jack asked us if he could help and he was so wonderful. He chose a perfect foundation, bronzing powder, mascara and lip gloss for Alli.
Jack made it fun and he was so knowledgeable. There was no pressure from him just thoughtful, patient help.
We said our thank yous but will you, please, acknowledge him for us.
He, truly, made this shopping experience a pleasure.
