All the gas pump are not operating in sam's club at "Sam's Club, 883 US-1, Edison, NJ 08817". I am told 4 gas station does not have regular gas !!

Sam clubs in longbeach California has been by far the worst I've dealt with too I'm Threw with this sam clubs store near the 605 fwy in longbeach California its stinks!! GOOD WRITTEN ?

Been a Sams club member over 30yrs.I am 69 and been a business owner. In the last 2 yrs.Sam's Club cust.service has become BY FAR THE WORST I'VE DEALT WITH!!!!!

I have been trying to return a product to Sam's Club for 8 days now. On the first night, they sent me an e-mail with a shipping label that was empty. I have been on the phone 3 times and online service chats 3x since then, and every time they say they are sending it to escalation to be taken care of. The people you talk to are not able to take care of the problem, and there doesn't seem to be any people on the other end of these escalations. I honestly don't know what to do at this point. I have never dealt with anything like this, and I may be eating $250 at this point.

Rotisserie chicken raw for the second time! Sams Plano,Tx-SPRINGCREEK location. I told the guy at the deli the 1st chicken he offered to me wasn't done. He said the bone just looked "red", it was not done!
THIS IS MY 2ND FORMAL COMPLAINT-THIS IS DANGEROUS! They don't seem to discuss these issues with their deli cooks! Not able to reach service desk because they won't answer phones. I've now been on hold over 40 minutes for a corporate supervisor...don't buy the rotisserie chicken, it will make you very sick,,,it's not done!

The Sams Club in Memphis TN Winchester RD, 38125, has the most despicable supply chain imaginable. They must be operating at a deficit. Put them out of their misery and close them because nothing works. Why is it that everyone else under the sun can handle Curbside Orders---NOT THE Winchester Sams Club. Firstly, there a re 4-5 Curbside Parking spaces, with 15-20 people waiting. My Order was suppose to be ready at 11am. I got there at 5pm, NO ORDER -- NO Update. The stupid Order was "in Progress" What is that? Order # 10024488729. Yet, you Billed my Credit Card-- for what. I never heard of a professional business, conducting business like this. It is a disgrace. You had no reason to Bill my card prior to the Order being fulfilled.
I'm threw with Sams. I also have Costco's and this type of confusion never exist.
Also, the App doesn't work, the Website doesn't update. When I called on the phone- I'm calling another Country with so much static and background noise, I could just scream. I'm now waiting over an HOUR to get someone on the phone.

Horrible Custer service. We ordered a product weeks ago to get delivered before Christmas and it was confirmed weeks ago. As we are getting closer to the day we wanted to reconfirm order only to find out it was canceled without notice. We tried for days to get answers and nothing. Every person we talked to has been very unprofessional and not helpful at all. I work in food service and know customer service and this has by far my worst experience dealing with any company or group. HORRIBLE

3 phone calls and placed on hold for close to an hour just to cancel membership. Awful. The first call was with someone who barely spoke English and couldn't understand cancellation of membership.

On July 16, at 06.07 pm, your employees carrying a grocery cart in the parking lot of your sams club store in dublin ohio damaged my vehicle in the parking lot. When we came to aeaba with my family after shopping, we realized the situation. A woman from customer relations took a report from the tablet and said we don't need to call the police. then they sent me an e-mail from walmart claim service and asked me to have a damage assessment. I made a damage assessment and sent the report, but they never sent me an e-mail or called me again. When I called they said they couldn't find the file. Eric and your nawaab employees are the ones doing the damage. they said they did it themselves and it's in this report. Your employee did not send me an e-mail, he said there was a technical problem. but I took the screenshots with my phone. The e-mail sent by the Walmart claim service came to my house later with UPS. Now they say they can't find the file. please take care of this matter.

Hello my name is Jennifer I am a store manager of Autozone so I know about customer service and the lengths we go to make a customer happy so I'm very appalled at Sams Club for how they do business and the fact that they don't stand behind their products . I purchased a JVC Roku 70in TV for my kids . I paid $581 for this TV need I say I'm a single mom of 5 kids and that was ALOT of money I spent on that tv but it was worth it to get it for the kids they were super happy . I bought it 2/28/21 and a year and a half later the backlight just went out and the picture is gone . I called the tech guys walked me through all trouble shooting nothing worked I called Sams club about it at the Newport News Store I bought it at they said we can't do anything. I contacted the manufacturer their warranty only last a year so I'm at the point where 18 months after I make this large purchase it stops working .A good friend of mine is a Lawyer for the attorney general so I know that in the state of Virginia there is an implied warranty of merchantability in Virginia which means the goods are merchantable and conform to a reasonable buyer's expectations. Most consumer products have an implied warranty of merchantability. This warranty makes the assumption that a good or product works for its intended purpose. Which is I believe no more than 3yrs. I know I'm in customer service and as such if a customer buys a part from us and it doesn't work correctly even if it's a couple years later no fault to the customer we as a company go above and beyond to replace it for them and make them happy so they keep coming back I am very upset and displeased with this company as they offered to resolve this issue at customer service by asking if I would like a partial refund of 100 grift card ? I just want my tv replaced or fixed !

You have major issues with your customer service the lines are super long this is not the first time that lines have been extra long I think you have a staff problem where y'all do not have enough people hired or there are no people Pat up coming into want to be hired but the line is out the way to the back of the stores on both sides I'm at the Airline store in Metairie Louisiana

Today I visited the Sams Club in Little Rock , Ar . Such a zoo !! I ask an employee that came from the produce room if they had an watermelons . He looked to his right and said something ( a mutter ) , so I asked him again . He never looked at me , but said NO ! So rude , so disrespectful!!! I just asked a simple question .
Then After getting in line , the people in front of me had gotten something that had no price on it . The kind checker was trying to ask the supervisor for a price check . She could not get his or her attention due to the fact that the four of them were laughing at something , one was laughing so hard and loud , that she sounded like she was going to throw up . When finally getting someone's attention for check , one left to go get . It was really sickening to see employees acting like animals at work . Hooping, hollering and laughing . My overall experience here today was a 1 on a scale of 1-10 . Sam Walton is doing flips in his grave !

I ordered furniture the first week of September and received it a week and a half later they didn't call me when the day of delivery my neighbors notified me so I had to come home and the guy was dragging it out of the truck onto the ground trying to drag it across the street. I had to go help him carry these boxes to my porch and hurt my back and he stuck him in front of my door where I couldn't get in my door at all I had to pay two guys $40 to move in for me so I can get in the house to call Sams Club to let them know and I was Down with my back for five days and they told me that a supervisor would call me all four times and no one ever called me. This is the third shipment in a row that my packages were damaged or the item was damaged and Sams Club does not care about their customers is pitiful

Re: the "members mark" paper shredder, it's slow and shreds a standard sized single sheet of paper in 13 pulses instead of all in one sweep. Is there a recall on this item?

Ordered on line and paid for vanilla visas 5/$20, paying $109.88Cards never activated by sams, spoke to people over 4 hours and still no help, one person even had the nerve to tell me I didn't exist!! They switched me over to consummed over two weeks ago and emailed necessary info told it would be 3 days, and have not heard from them either, I'm a good customer will not be using your online service , you charged me for an useless item and I'm out the money!

Went to get a membership with my mother (78) we waited in line because they wanted her to apply for a credit card with them. Ridiculous we are waiting 45inutes with mother on the phone standing when she should have been in wheelchair. Could have gotten a car loan faster

Rude employee at the entrance. It's really bad that someone ruins your shopping experience right at the entrance door. Stop asking for a card. Obviously it's impossible to buy anything at your store if you are not a member. So yes, I have my card. And no, I don't want to pull it out of my wallet at the entrance.

Ur receiving clerk at sams club that comes in around 2am on 08/28/2022 has an unprofessional attitude and believe she is a racist towards African Americans.. I will be filing a complaint towards this employee with the NAACP and the BBB. Thank you..

I am in your store right now and waited an unreasonable amount of time to be forced to use the self checkout, while 6 employees watched and directed traffic while NO REGISTERS ARE OPEN. THIS IS TOTALLY B. S. I wil no longer use Sams and will go to Cisco.

I purchased an outdoor picnic table that has a shuffle board and bowling set up underneath. 11 days pass and the table is now on sale at $379.00 cheaper. I asked about a price guarantee and was told, "Sorry, Sams will do a price change up to 7 days after purchase". I can bring the item back for a full refund and purchase another at a lower price. What is the difference? I have to load up a 230lb table and take it back. Even the compliant line said we can return it. Wow. I have been a long time member and it is now making me wonder if I still wish to be.
