Your customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Don't you hire people who can speak "clear" English? I HAD to call 3 times to get a 36.22 payment made. I HAD to give my banking information 5x, twice to an electronic voice and 3 to 3 individuals. Rather than go through all this stress, I am canceling my account.

Got to say this is a store that I rarely shop but was in there two weeks ago to buy a T-shirt a friend of mine bought for her nephew that I liked. One of the employees had to help me find a ladies small and when she brought it to me it looked very large so I asked her what was wrong with the Women's sizes? She proceeded to tell me that the reason the size looked large is because it is gender friendly?!? Say what?! I was so disgusted by that and I will never shop at that store again! I am so sick of this "woke" CRAP that's going on in this nation! So, what that says to me is that we no longer identify that there are women are we pushing out the feminine body?! Guess what? I am a women, Will always be. We still do exist.

The old navy calle center in the
philippines are giving a very hard time to the customer. As of today im not using my card antmore, they are dumb and hang out if thy cant answer a question. They cant resolve your issues with regards to your credit card. I been disputing a transaction i never used and they want me to pay it. You cant reach anybody who has brain to understand your needs. POOR i dont suggest getting this credit card. Not using all my card to them ever again.

Please consider updating your return policy. If an item appears to have been worn, or washed it would be a great benefit to local communities to accept these returns at either a flat rate of store credit or a reduced percentage of an item while letting the customer know that the item will be donated. I thought of this while overhearing a customer asking for a manager to make a return of an obviously worn item. She left angry and held up the line. I think employees would be relieved to be able to take back the item while telling the customer that his/her things would be donated. I may even return some things for store credit just to have the opportunity to pass them along in this way. Could be a win-win. Thanks for reading!

Bad business practice. I received a letter informing me that due to a long period of not using my Old Navy card they would close my account if I didnt charge within 30 days. Insulting. I have not liked the merchandise instore as I drop in periodically and I am not going to buy something I do not like just to keep my account open. This is adding insult to injury. Not only did I receive this obnoxious letter, Barclays sold my information so I have been receiving unwanted emails, some of which are bordering on porn advertising male enhancement. Digusting! Old Navy has lost my business due to their stupid business practices. The parties responsible for this inane behavior should be fired. There are plenty of other clothing stores at the mall. I fo not need Old Navy. You lost a long time customer. I will be telling friends and family about this moronic business practice as well. You need us. We do not need you. What is wrong with you? Do you have no common sense?

Just brought at Christmas time jeans for my boyfriend and the inseam just ripped out alone the seam. Jeans should last longer then a few times being wore.

Old Navy sent me an incorrect item. I call customer service and it took two calls just to get the return label back. Then I had two weeks after sending the item back and I didn't receive the refund but they confirmed they received the item on 12/20 and told me to wait till 1/7 for the refund. Then I called back on 1/20 since I still didn't receive the refund and they are still not going to give me the refund.

We use to love Old Navy but will not go into the store or buy anything from there. The commercial they do with the blond bimbo sorry not sorry is beyond stupid and annoying. It does absolutely nothing for getting people to want to shop there. I'd hire another commercial group ASAP.

I usually love Old Navy, however with the Xmas, sorry not sorry commercial, it's making me boycott Old Navy. You decided to use the cringiest, and most annoying actress to be your spokesperson. Hearing or watching that commercial makes me not want to go to Old Navy. You should have used that money to give bonuses to your employees, and instead of paying a wannabe actress to degrade your brand. I have not shopped at any of your stores during this Xmas season , and will continue not to for the years to, if you continue this type of advertising.

I tried to return some things I had bought online. I only wanted store credit because I planned on doing all my Christmas shopping for my nieces that day. It was 32 days past the purchase date. They said I couldn't return them! After speaking with the manager she said the best she would do is give me a store credit for 1/2 of what I paid. I left unhappy and called the 800 number, they were no help and told me I was lucky she was offering me 1/2 of what I paid that she didn't have to do anything for me.
I donated the clothes and went shopping at all their competitors that day. I spent over $500 all of which I would have spent at Old Navy. They were lucky to have me as customer, I'll spend my money elsewhere from now on.

I usually shop at Old Navy but this sorry not sorry commercial makes my skin crawl I couldn't even shop there this year. Makes me wonder did they run a test with select viewers to get response for this commercial is literally the worst. My friends stated they couldn't shop there either just the commercial made a terrible marketing idea not to make money but lose money over the worst commercial ever. Now I look at the store while driving by and the "sorry not sorry" is all I hear and I keep driving.

I have no idea who Old Navy uses for shipping but my order that was supposed to be delivered in 3-5 days is now 2 weeks later- the tracking number says each day- to be delivered by 9:00 - yeah we'll that still has NOT happened! I will NEVER order from Old Navy again - nobody to call- nothing?

I ordered more then 20 items to give out as gifts and Old Navy sent it to tne wrong addressed. I called customer service and all they could do was reimburse me. I wanted the items. They were gifts for my grandchildren. Old Navy ruined my christmas presents. Old Navy is losing a customer in 2023. Thumbs down!

I ordered a top online cyber Monday. I called Old Navy twice they keep on telling me I have to wait like some kind of miracles going to happen and it's gonna appear. It was sent was supposed to be sent to a business store and UPS put it in the sent it to mailbox but there's no mailbox for that business store coupon just telling me to call back. They never gave me back my money and I never received the top zero ratings the worst customer service I've ever had. I give them five zeros and will never buy again from Old Navy.

The Holiday commercial for Old Navy is the absolute worst ad ever. In todays world the Brand is everything and with this ad promoting Old Navy I can promise you I will never ever step another foot in your store. You really need to pull that ad it is the worst ever. You also need to fire whoever made the decision and thought this ad was a great idea!

Their holiday commercials are just awful! I didn't think it could get much worse than last year's Keke Palmer ad, but they've outdone themselves this year! I definitely won't be shopping there.

I been trying to get the sales its impossible it been weeks alot is sold out . I get no clothes and will have to pay full price its not right. You can't get the black fri I tryed for weeks its over cyber mon its not available plus sizes are sold out .

Old Navy is the freaking worse! How do you send someone's stuff to the wrong address and the address is listed in the profile! How do you say you can't fix the issue cause it was already processed! I hate companies like this! I would rather buy from boosters at least I know what I get!!!

That commercial with Jennifer Coolidge is horrible. It is tasteless and negative, not positive and cheerful like the usual Old Navy commercials. The thought of seeing it for another month makes me CRINGE!!!
