Have been waiting for a few weeks now for Old Navy refund and looking online, I see this is common. I ordered regular jeans (have ordered several pairs before, always regular), and they sent short. I sent them back labelled "too short," and ordered regular again--this time they sent tall! So this time I just asked for the refund. So now they owe me TWO refunds...

Looks like I'll be waiting awhile.

I was just treated so badly by a man in customer service. My package was delivered to an address I haven't used in years and he did tell me they would do a refund tomorrow, but I was trying to ask questions and he was yelling at me. He was truly awful to me and I have no idea how to file a formal complaint. I have never been treated like this in my life and don't want yo just let him get away with it.

I echo the comments about the return policy. Less so about returns, but exchanges on products that are currently IN STOCK should be more flexible than 30 days. I have a number of extenuating circumstances and they simply don't care. This is my first and only online shopping experience with them because I won't be back for more disappointment.

The return policy of 30 days is ridiculous. That an item can't even be returned for store credit after that is so disappointing.

I have about $150 worth of old navy dresses that I have no option but to keep. The return policy is 30 days, but doesn't state on the receipt that returns after 30 days won't be accepted. No store credit, nothing. I tried to return at 40 days. This is ridiculous. Won't be shopping there again.

All I can say is I have never have had an experience as I did today with any other merchant in my life. Both my credit card and bank account released funds to pay for both of my orders online and they canceled both of my orders and can't tell me why. I lost items with the cancelation... I am beyond irritated and will never shop with this merchant again. It would have been one thing if only 1 order was canceled but each order was paid for using a different payment method. I call bs. 100 percent!

I made a purchase on June 11 using my credit card. Took three blouses in on July 28 to return/exchange for a smaller size.
I can understand not being able to return but not being able to get the correct size is upsetting.
I am new to shopping at Old Navy, recently discovered that you have larger sizes, plus good shopping for my grandchildren.

An Old Navy Salesperson told me all tank tops on the wall she showed me were on special for $2 each. At checkout, they charged me $5 each. We went and found the sales person and she admitted that she told me they were $2 each. Store manager said too bad even thought it was their mistake. Said I was intimidating the sales person. Made no effort to make it right. It was manager Sara at the Northridge Mall. Don't go there !!!!

Im starting to believe Old Navy jusst doesn't want to refund or let people exchange there items.. There return policy sucks. I will not be shopping with. I have almost a 100 dollars worth of items I can't not exchange for store credit..

(Race) Profiling at the highest degree. I have gone to store # 05587, located at 5000 Westheimer Rd. Houston, TX 77056 a few times, and every single time, was FOLLOWED and WATCHED like I was there to steal. I'm also BLACK and FEMALE, when I asked to speak to the manager each time this has happened, they apologize, deny the fact that I'm being followed and watched, and proceed to offer me a $30.00 gift card. I've called the corporate office about this matter at least 4 times already (every time it happens), they apologize, assure me they've spoken with the manager of the store, only for it to happen to me yet again. Feel free to contact me if this has happened to you at this location in Houston, TX or any Old Navy.

Very disappointed with a recent attempt to fix a problem. I placed an order and was then sent an email that an item was sold out. The email told me I could have 10% next purchase and also free shipping. When I went to use the code it didn't take off the shipping charge. So I contacted customer service to see if I could get a new code where I was told they didn't do that... and I had to order what I wanted then reach out to them for them to do anything about it... I'm very disappointed with old navy customer service and it makes me not want to spend anymore of my money there.

Your commercials are terrible. PLEASE STOP! The song is grating

Please for the love of God stop playing these stupid commercials. Though is commercials. The one with a bunch of people dancing around or even those fat women dancing. I don't know where you get these idiots doing this commercial but please stop showing them.

What the heck is wrong with you? Those new All of days sale sounds like she's saying Allah days, it's very disturbing and disrespectful. I'm not religious, but I definitely don't want that kind of association happening. Is this some kind of middle eastern brain washing technique? Repeat the word using known stars and grab the youth. This is disgusting and needs to stop.

I have purchased Christmas pajamas for my grandchildren from Old Navy online for over 15 years. I have always shopped the sales at or around Halloween to ensure getting the style and size I need. I also purchase extra sizes to make certain I have the correct size, since sizing varies, and especially since they started their gender neutral sizing. Then I would return whatever I didn't need for a refund. This year when I tried to return my leftover items ($130 worth) to the store, they told me I had missed the deadline for returns. Of course I would have preferred cash back, but consented to in-store credit. (That doesn't seem customer friendly for returns after Christmas!) Then the clerk got a print out that said the return had been denied and I would have to call a number to find out why. WHAT? So I asked to see the manager to get an explanation. She came over, took one look at the printout and said there was nothing she could do. When I pressed her for an explanation of what was going on, she was dismissive, abrupt, and indifferent to my situation. She knew I was upset and I as left made the cryptic sarcastic comment, "Have a nice day." Really? I called the number when I got home. I got a person, with a thick accent, on a bad phone connection. I tried to understand what he was telling me and could only make out that there was no proof of purchase. WHAT? I had my receipt! Unbelievable! Bye bye Old Navy. You have lost a long-time customer!

OLD NAVY SALES SIGNAGE - Old Navy is notorious for misleading sales advertisements. I was in their store and the signage every where says sweatshirts and hoodies 50% off. Well, that it is not the case. You have to look around the entire store and literally find the items, as most will be on sale for 20-30 percent off. I mentioned this to the sales associate and also suggested that the signage say "Select", this way there is no shock at the register. The associate said the signage does say that and clearly it does not, what she was talking about was the small print which says prices may vary. After explaining, as I walked away the associate mumbled loudly that "next time I should read the sign more carefully". That level of disrespect and discourteous treatment seems to be tolerated by the management and is an example of the lack of training being provided to their employees. Needles to say, this complaint has been elevated.

I am from St Lucia W.I. and I did made a purchase order when old navy sales on leather 2 straps slippers and the brown slippers was in stock when purchase and then they sent me a total different color and both sides of each pairs were obviously cut.So ridiculous and unacceptable. The slippers is wrong color and cut again. Shame on old navy.

The jean sale for kids is horrible. The pictures show buttons and zippers for ballerina 360 jeggings but when you go to the store they say it's only elastic jeans for kids. Needs to be emphasized. I have always bought these jeans for my daughter when they are on sale. Not elastic band ones.

I work for a tax exempt organization and after going to a store to get my tax exempt status they gave me a number to call. I placed a very large order online and wanted to get the taxes removed and nobody could help me on the phone. I spent over an hour speaking to 2 different agents and being on hold most of the time while he checked with his supervisor. I asked to speak to the supervisor and was on hold for another 15 minutes until I hung up. This company has very bad customer service especially for charity organizations.

NEVER!!!!! Return anything by mail u will never get ur refund. ALWAYS go into the store even with no line orders...

I used to love Old Navy not anymore return policy is horrible so basically you can place an order online and it does not state return policy when you check out went to return something at store basically they told me I should've research the return policy before I purchased it. I think the return policy should be right on the online site when you check out so because somethings shrunk so much in the wash could not wear it never even wore it they will not take it back I will never buy anything ever again from there

I do not understand why old navy has commercials with young people pulling at their privates while dancing. The girl with the red dress seems to be wiping herself after peeing. Lets teach our young people to respect their bodies and grow up to be self respecting young adults!

Posted by Your commercials suck

Please for the love of god kill the person responsible for your relentlessly stupid annoying commercials, I am not kidding ever since I started seeing these things on tv I can't bring myself to spend a penny with your stores or chain. If I see another commercial with idiots dancing with a fake smile which has nothing to do with clothes I'll puke.
