This is a ridiculous nightmare. I have been trying to get on my Mary Kay in Touch
site all day. I had to wait until I got home from work to try again. The customer rep. gave me a new e-mail so I could re-set my password and it came up as a non-working web page!!! All my Director says to goto MK in touch, but I can never get on. My number and password populate to the way I set it and it never works. This is supposed to be a professional organization??? When I called back at 5 to reach the center the recording said call back at regular hours but your web site says it is open until 5:30. I was supposed to get to a customer tonight with an answer but it looks like I cannot do it. What inefficiency!! I'm shocked. I am new and just wondering if i should continue, but maybe this is a sign that it is a no-go. I had to get back to someone abou the MK Repair kit. Well that' gone now.

Ihavd had issues that you folks are tring to resolve. I had a call from customer sasitifaction today and ask to fax my check copy. That is what I tried to do with some troble due to your fax line. The bad part of this I was sent to your IT department to report the issue myself. I ask for you folks but your operator gave me IT? Then they said I had the correct number. He checked with his boss only to find it was down for 15 minutes. Seems to me all departments should have that info but no less IT.Wow

I have been a faithful patron of Mary Kay products for thirty years. I am extremely disappointed in Mary Kay for discontinuing a product I've used forever. No warning, no "thanks but no thanks". . .just dropped it. I thought Mary Kay was more professional then that. I've successfully used Creamy Cleanser #2 since I was introduced to Mary Kay. I'm sure she would be very disappointed with the way loyal customers are treated with no regard for supporting a product that works. Other companies do this all of the time, but I've had too much faith in Mary Kay, so I've not gone to other companies who use tactics like this. Now, here we are. When I look for another product, I will not look at Mary Kay. If I'm going to continually get disappointed, I'd might as well look at cheaper, but easily accessible products that are tried and proven.

To whom it may concern,
I orded eye shadow brilliant black back in March,first it took forever to receive it, however I did get it in june, and when I did receive it, it was all broke in tiny pieces.
My daughter called the consultant several times, sbout the broke eye shadow, still not replaced. Then I got ahold of her about it and still no replacement. I jave never had the worse service in my life from Mary Kay. I use to sell this myself years ago. All I want is,either my money back or a replaced brilliant black eye shdow.

I have always loved Mary Kay products, and never a complaint. But I'm complaining NOW. Please do not get rid of the day radiance cream foundation. I LOVE this and have used it for years!!!! If you do I will not ever get anymore Mary Kay products!!! Thank You --- please keep it!

So disappointed, I love mary kay products and my rep was on vacation..I bought a mascara frm a women named Dannette White at a flea market in NJ...It was old and dries up when I went to use it the next day..Ive tried contacting her, mailbox is full and email will not allow...Im just so disappointed , not because of my loss but because if it was a customer first time using may kay... they def would NOT return , they wouldnt know that the product was old and dry they would just assume that was the product, shame to put these products out there like that...thanks for your time, hope you can get this not to happen again, for the sake and sales of the company

For your information, I do not like your gel eyeliner. It ends up flaking and getting in my eyes. This is very problematic. I have always used Mary Kay and like most other products

After calling several times, all with long waits I spoke to a customer service rep about getting a refund for a product I never received in the mail. They told me the situation would be handled. It has not been.
I called 2x more to be prompted to a message that let me know that their call volume was too high to be able to assist me. Great, not even the option to hold on the line. Thanks for your miserable service and stealing my money by never sending my product.

I am very upset that I've ordered over 800 dollars worth of product that obviously clients are waiting on and for some reason Mary Kay cannot get the order shipped to me this was my first order and so far I'm not happy and am considering quitting just for that reason and that's said on you all part I expect a legit reason for this issue and need to speak with a manger supervisor or someone in charge bc when I call customer service all they do is tell me it's shipped and should be there in 1 days and it never does. This is not good for Mary at and I expected a lot more our of it.

I am on hold--AGAIN for a Mary Kay Case Customer Satisfaction Rep. I placed an order with Mary Kay on 05-05-2012. At this time, after repeated attemps to contact the May Kay Consultant, and conversations with Mary Kay Corporate, I do not have the product I ordered, or a refund. The hold time for the 800 number has been over 15 minutes on various days when I have tried to call. I terminate the call at the 15 minute point, as by then, I am so worked up I could not be "nice" to the person who may answer. I did get through this morning, in less time. The Rep told me my refund was processed on 8 days ago. However, at this time, I have not received the refund. When I do get through to a Rep, each woman has been professional and well trained in customer service. I appreciate their help. I am hopefully I will have a refund before the end of the month. I would not purchase Mary Kay products in the future.
