I just wanted to thank Amanda in the claims department yesterday.She was very helpful and I wanted to let people know.Thanks for her help.
Also thanks to Jason Nelson and Bill at 911 collision centers.( on Eclid in Tucson, Az) They did a great job.
They treated me very well and fixed my car very quickly. They were so good at answering all my questions. They treated me very vell and I want their supervisors to know. I will recommed them to anyone I know to go there to get thier autos worked on.

I was in an accident today and called Geico immediately after to get the ball rolling. I spoke to a gentleman named Tyson who was SO helpful, friendly and patient. I was, understandably, a bit shaken and probably didn't make much sense but he walked me through everything, told me to answer what I could, and we'd go from there. At one point we got disconnected and he promptly called me right back, so I dealt with him the entire time. Hopefully the rest of the claim process will be as easy!

I called today and was surprised by how quick and easy the phone call was. When we signed up for our policy, we thought we listed the correct lein holder for my vehicle. However, we got a letter in the mail stating that our lien company had received a notice of cancellation.

I called Geico. The phone call took literally three minutes, tops. The girl was very polite and helpful and even offered to fax them without me even asking. She also signed me up for the online account stuff. I used to have a regional insurance provider who was very picky, so had the best rates. Our rate with Geico is literally ten dollars more. And now, wherever we move, we can get in touch with someone (easily and quick apparently, if today is any indication) instead of being required to visit an office.

I would like to compliment Wanda Semidey. She was one of the best customer service representatives that I have ever had since I have been with Geico. She was very concerned and made sure that I received the best service possible. It took me awhile to find this comment section, but I was determined to find it because Ms. Semidey's outstanding customer service skills should be acknowledged.

I just recently opened a policy with Geico. There sale were extremely helpful, every Representative and supervisor I have spoken with has been extremely friendly and helpful. They truly are the more affordable insurance company. I worked in insurance at another company for a year so I know the requirements as well as discounts reps can provide. All the reps I have spoken with have done there job to the best of their ability, and anyone who says otherwise more than likely just has a bad driving record.

I posted earlier about a problem where GEICO would not renew our insurance after a $300 claim. I filed a complaint with the insurance commissioner, and received a call from GEICO. They were extremely nice, and fixed the problem.

I've had some issues with my auto adjuster but I want to give a shout out to the customer service people that I've talked in hopes of getting the issue resolved. Janet, I forgot her last name, she was awesome and got my glass claim processed even though my adjuster was MIA. Charles Pence from the San Diego office lit some fire under the Arkansas people. Thanks a lot for all your help guys!!

Rhonda in Customer Service on Jan 14, 2011 was personable, polite, and knowledgeable. she went right to work to take care of my needs and did so with great efficiency. The contact ended with relief and surprise at how easy everything transpired. Thank you Rhonda & Geico for making the changes I requested and meeting my needs for coverage. You are the greatest!

I love love love GEICO. I have had my vehicles insured with this company for over 10 years and have never had a single problem. Any time I have had to contact a customer service or claims rep there they've been nothing but polite and professional. I've had a couple of claimes, the most recents, being hail damamge; which was settled (check in hand) within 24 hours! I couldn't ask for a better company.

I am actually surprised at all of the negative comments as well but then I realized that it is probably due to the fact that people only complain when something goes wrong. You never really hear from people if they have a good experience with a company but someone will shout from the rooftops and let the whole world know when they have a bad experience with a company so I keep that in mind when I read these comments. A company cannot please everyone and I bet a lot of these complaints probably boil down to the coverage that they selected with Geico in the first place. Anyways, I have actually had no problems at all with Geico (so far), I have had them for several years and actually switched to them because the last insurance company I had kept raising my rates every year for no reason. Since I have had Geico, my rates have actually gone down a few times. Luckily I have only had to file minor claims (keyed car & broken window) but when I did file those claims they were taken care of fast and professionally. I just wanted to add my experience. I am sure that Geico has made mistakes (no insurance company is perfect) but there really are some people who expect something for nothing and some people just cannot be pleased. If you expect an insurance company (any insurance company) to have YOUR best interest in mind then you have no idea how insurance companies operate and will no doubt be let down. I have had NO problems with Geico and just wanted to add my two cents.

I am absolutely shocked at the negative tone of comments have just read. It is as ifwe were talking about a different company. I had a very serious accident in August. With very little effort on my part, all of my bills have been paid, my car has been repaired and so have I. Everyone I spoke with at Geico was gracious, knowledgable and efficient.

Geico certainly contributed to my recovery with their prompt and efficient action re: my claims. I have not seen a bill and everything, including me!! has been fixed. Thanks, Geico for your amazing efficiency and prompt response

I would like to thank the GEICO service Manager Hector Clarke at DACARS AUTO REPAIR EXPRESS and Terry who took my initial call to GEICO on July 12, 2010 for their expert assistance in taking care of me after a minor fender bender interrupted my wife's birthday. Even though the repair was minor Hector refused acceptance of the body work twice until it was perfect and they both followed through to make sure that I was fully reimbursed by the other insurance company for the cost of the rental car. Thank you!

After being a customer for a little more then two years with no claims I changed insurance companies to save some money. My new insurance started five days after the month began with Geico and I was charged $69.34 for 5 days of couverage. My regular monthly payment was $114.57. They say there is no penalty for withdrawing from geico but thats not what I see.

I've had GEICO for a few years, and hit a deer last year with my 04 F-150. Caused about 1000 dollars of damage, and the claims process was simple. I was able to reach somebody at 11pm on a Sat. night, and explain what had happened. GEICO sent an adjuster, who immediately confirmed that I had hit a deer, and arranged for repair at a reputable local body shop. The truck was repaired and I didn't even see the bill.
My insurance rates never went up.

I have been with GEICO for a lot of years... Today, I needed GEICO'S help when my wife happened to be stuck in traffic with her sister's car which had stalled on her. This happened while she is visiting in Orange Colunty, Ca. My wife was at a loss but called me. In a matter of less than 15 min. GEICO's Emergency Dept Rep, Miss Shanetaa Gibson, provided emegency service to someone who was really in despair. It was the professional reaction one expects but seldom receives but I did!!!! Thank you Gibson, and thank you, GEICO! You are STILL NUMBER ONE IN MY BOOK.

my boyfriend recently bought me a harley motorcycle and we had to call geico to put me on his policy(since he already had insurance on his bike with them) after him giving permission to talk to me the customer service rep that i had was absolutely the best!!! i didnt catch her name but she was patient when i had to go outside and ask him the questions bout the bike..he was outside grilling and she even joked bout being on her way to eat..after getting us great insurance policy she wished us safe riding..geico needs to keep this lady forever!!! thank you darrell fine and shannon foote

I dealt with Jeffery DePalma in the Buffalo NY office. I have to say he was the most patient, understanding employee. You have to deal with not the nicest people on the phone I know, I waitress. Employees like Jeffery need to be acknowledged from the company. If he could have paid for my insurance I'm sure he would have.

My experience with Geico is limited to online business because I have never needed anything else from them. It is great that I can do all my business with them any time from anywhere via their web site.
