I can't get any help to get into my account I get my money

My account has been suspended for over a week on FanDuel. I sent in the required documents and still no one will help me. I have tried multiple times to contact customer service and no one will come on live to help me. I filled a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and will just have to wait. Thanks FanDuel for nothing

Fanduel tv is horrible. They keep races on at the end so long you cannot bet on others. They stop the betting too far in advance of the race. This is unacceptable. TVG was so much better

I was a new user to fanduel.
1st they put me thru he'll to get verified.
2nd they told me on 2 occasions to wait until 72 hrs to recieve my new user $200 bonus. From Oct. 6th until 0ct. 13 today and I still haven't recieved it.I also have screen shot of customer service saying they will honor. I don't trust them and iwill update you to see if they will honor their promos

Do not trust FanDuel scores.... Showed baseball as 4-3 on outside of their app... click to watch the game score more closely on their app... score says 4-4... how can they have two different scores showing at one time inside their own app... they say they are not responsible and is a third party controlling the score ... they pretty much said tough shyt on you... we cannot be responsible for our site having two different scores for the same gsme

I have been trying to get in my fanduel account for the last month now it is asking me for a six digit authenticator code I once had an app that generated me a code I no longer have that app to where it can generate me the code to get in my account so now when I go to login it asks me for a code that is not getting generated from anywhere so I am sitting not able to get in my account because I can't get in to find a key code to fit in another app so I can get a code generated I've been trying to reach someone for a month now no one responds back I try to send an email and it says my email address is invalid so I don't know what else to do I have money on my account and I can't even get in it and I can't get a hold of anyone and it's super frustrating can someone please help me out I'm begging you

This casino is suspect, I play dancing drum prosperity and within the month of July when going into a bonus the machine malfunctions. Having customers service overseas is ridiculous. They make enough money to support ppl in the USA. I received this response and the machine is still broken as of July 31, 2023 !! Give me back my money I spent on this game on this day !! Unfair treatment

Shady and corrupt business practices to ensure they take your money. They lock and manipulate games scores, odds, time betting and cash out options. The customer service is horrible and doesn't help with anything. They try to blame it on the customer, their connection or devices. They can't be held liable for any of this as well because of the disclaimer people sign when joining. They cannot be held liable for anything including hacking, flat out cheating and manipulation of all wagers and odds.

Had and issue with a promo regular agent couldn't help me ask for supervisor 3 times the agent disconnect me, cannot get live agents on phone never resolved my issue

I've not been able to get on my account 10 weeks and have reported the issue several times and FanDuel not helping.

For two months I have been trying to get My account unlocked. I've been asked on several occasions to provide certain information and I sent everything that's been requested. The lack of communication and Fanduels part is atrocious. I don't know how much but FanDuel is holding some of my money hostage. Your team is incompetent. Please help resolve this. I beg you to focus on this once and for all. Going on 2 months, funny thing is, you've asked for information, I've sent it. I still don't know why you really need it. I was there a really give me an explanation. All I know is I provided everything you needed on several occasions and that you have my money and you're holding it hostage.

Don't Use This Site!!!!! It Took My Money Only Let Me Place A Couple Bets Then Cut Me Off Saying My Location Was Restricted. On One Bet I Hit. They Didn't Pay Me. And After Signing Up There Were No Bonus Points As Promised. My Other 7 Sites Are Nowhere Like This. Stay Away. Piss Poor Site. No Customer Service.

I asked a question about a bet qualifying for a promo or not and gave a time stamp. The chat agent a***la responded about the wrong bet despite me giving her a time stamp. I asked for further explanation of the promo rules and she said "I can no longer see it" and provided me with zero further details or why my bet didn't qualify. She ended the chat before I could even type a follow up question. Worst chat experience I've ever had on any platform.

My comments to FanDuel. Their reaction: losing sucks-Wildcard round of the NFL playoffs my entry was canceled at the last minute. I did not have time to use the same lineup on a different contest. Check the entry-would have one a nice check. Instead I get $5 credit.

Super Sunday bingo. I hit Bingo on the opening drive. Could not "call bingo". I called in to customer care, and was given 2,different times that I could call bingo so that didn't help. Did a little research on your site and it said bingo calls @ 5:14 left 4th quarter or something like that. I went in about a minute ahead and was told I was too late. I CALLED IN AND TOLD YOU I HAD BINGO AND FOLLOWED YOUR INSTRUCTIONS AND WAS TOO LATE?

Being a new costumer within the first week of playing slots it kicked me out after hitting a bonus. Not only did it kick me out after I hit a bonus, the game disappeared for a short time afterwards. Don't recommend!!!
