DQ in Jacksonville Illinois, the girl from the drive thru had a very bad attitude and poor client service. We try to be nice all the time but she continued with her bad attitude. It definitely change your day when you deal with that negativity.

It's been years since I been to Dairy Queen.
We decided to stop by a buy a Orange Julius.I ask the gal if this was the same original Orange Julius before I tried it. She said yes minus the eggs. Ok we'll try it.To our disappointment it wasn't the same. Who ever thought of changing it sure doesn't know or care in what the people want or what is good for the company. By the way I'm 69 my wife is 63.

Dairy Queen in John Day, Oregon. I would probably gi e them a 2 star rating out of 5 stars. I ordered 2 cheeseburgers for $6. They were okay. The lady that was working was not very nice at all. If you are going to work with the public then you need to be nice. I wasn't being rude to her. I am sure that they are short staffed but still being nice should be part of her job title.

I went to Dairy queen on 22nd St. in Louisville Kentucky and try to get some ice cream and they said they weren't serving ice cream at that time so I had to drive all the way to dairy queen on Poplar level just give me a blizzard that I wanted

In Greenville MI, this is now the second time they did not fill my request per my asking!!!! Do they not understand? Not asking for too much....extra hot fudge and ,God forbid, willing to pay for it. I dont know Maybe try listening to your customers!!!!!

I got a mini blizzard, turtle pecan cluster, at the DeWitt, IA, location on June 30, 2023. The pecans were rancid, and bitter tasting, making the blizzard very untasty. They need to keep track of that!

They suck , I can't believe I can't get any answers on the crapppy cake I was given yesterday at your diamond center store, mentor Ohio what's wrong with handling it in store level

I was waiting for my take out order at dq (winnipeg portage Ave) I was checking the time because the service was taking very long. There were 2 tables taken so it wasn't really busy. We ordered the food at 5:57 and got it at 6:26. It should not take this long especially for a FAST food restaurant. We didn't even order much, all we've ordered was a cheeseburger meal and a small blizzard. Before we got the food the lady walking around was actually looking for someone who's order number was 26. Which was us. But we didn't know that because we again ordered take out and she was holding an inside tray. Once she got back to the cooker I heard the cooker say "oh s**t" not too loud, but loud enough for me to hear. Once we got the food we walked out. Our fries were cold.

The dairy Queen off of 59 and Bellaire in Houston Texas is ridiculous. They never have chicken and dumplings they've been out of the churro dip for weeks as well as the burritos. They're clearly not ordering them and don't seem to care one bit. Don't even bother going by there.

I want to lodge a complaint against the manager at the Liberty Hill Texas DQ. Her name is Cecilia Ray. She is the most rudest person I have ever met! She does not belong in management or any type of position in customer service. I will NEVER dine at that facility again!!! I strongly suggest you take her outta that position before you get sued by someone. She is an extreme liability to your company!

I came in with my husband, This guy with green and pink hair took our order. He looked like he just rolled out of bed, very unkempt!

Went to Dairy Queen for a sundae, for the first time in a long time. The experience was disappointing. Service was fine, but the sundae itself was not a sundae.

The sundaes I grew up with consisted of a dish of ice cream, covered with a flavored sauce, sprinkled with nuts (typically walnuts or peanuts), topped with whipped cream (or a reasonable facsimile), and a cherry on top.

What I got from DQ was a dish of ice cream with a bit of sauce poured alongside.

No whipped topping; no nuts' no cherry -- just ice cream and a bit of sauce, and the sauce not even properly poured OVER the ice cream.

C'mon DQ! You can do better than this; you used to, in days gone by.

I received coupons from our local Dairy Queen, the coupons was in my name with my address for our Dairy Queen and they still refused to take the coupons. If you are not going to take the coupons stop sending them out and causing the post office more work delivering a worthless piece of mail that is almost as worthless as our Dairy Queen.

I was in a restaurant in Ripley Tn. A young lady had come in to get her check. She waited patiently for about 20 minutes. The manger came to the front from the back office. She yelled "Morgan follow me .....Check. Morgan patiently accepted her check and left the store. I have been a restaurant manager. Totally unprofessional of the manager.

Went to the DQ in Augusta, Georgia, specifically on Peach Orchard Road. Husband ordered three hotdogs, all the way, and a drink plus a banana split. I wanted the Salad bowl and was told they were out (3 months ago, they said the same thing). Settled for grilled chicken bites with fries and a drink. I asked for tea and guess what...they were out of that too. I don't drink carbonated soda so I settled for water. Needless to say, I was charged for the drink anyway. When I tried the chicken bites, they were extremely dry. I ended up throwing them away and left, still hungry.
Also,my bill was almost $35. I was dumbfounded since I can go to a buffet in town for the same price and leave extremely satisfied. This was the second time I had a bad experience. The first time I ordered an unsweetened tea and asked for some artificial sweetener. The clerk looked at me like I was crazy.
She said she didnt know what I was talking about and said "we have sugar". What the ****. No, I didnt say it, I just thought it. Told my husband that I'd never go back so if he wanted hotdogs, he'll have to go by himself or we'll cook them at home.
DQ needs to get their act together and based on my experience and it appears by reading all the reviews, it's not surprising they don't have many customers now. Parking lot is always empty. Whoever owns this franchise, needs to take stock in what they have and fix it. The owner also needs to take a lesson from Chick-fil-A since it's always crowded. That should tell him or her, they have a real problem.

I got three six piece chicken strip baskets with gravy. The gravy was just like water ! I notified the Diary Queen in Lagrange Kentucky where I had purchased them from and a young man answered the phone.?I explained everything to him about what happened and the gravy was just like water . He told me that all the gravy was like water and there was nothing that could be done about it . I paid good money for these meals and couldn't get a decent side of gravy for all three meals. This is really bad !

baskets and I was stunned with the size of the chicken they looked like shrimp pieces they were so small. If I could attach a picture I did take one.not only that there were only like 15 fries. And the customer services was horrible. I will NEVER eat there again. I feel completely ripped off and pissed off. You are horrible. I don't know why anyone would eat there.

Dairy Queen, Adams Ave Huntington, WV was so rude this evening, 3/25, at the drive thru we had to leave. It was embarrassingly rude.
We won't be back!

Went to DQ on genius's rd. Crossville Tennessee, ordered a chocolate cone was told they no longer serve chocolate because the owners wife doesn't want it served because the owner eats too much chocolate ice cream. Now what Ice cream establishment doesn't serve chocolate ice cream .

Lexington, SC Location: Not the cleanest DQ. The manager works while sick, the employee performance is low and slack, and the overall management is poor. There are bugs, toppings that are left out beyond self date, and several knifes that are used for both bananas and brownies. The location is very short staffed and the staff that are present (if there ever are any) move at varying paces. Cleanliness is not at the top of their priority as some nights the store front floor does not get mopped or swept, chairs do not get pushed in, and tables are left dirty overnight. The topping station (where we put the candy on your Blizzard orders and etc) does not always get wiped after every order. Neither does the spindle on the machines. To some it may not be an issue, but employees should do all they can do to avoid cross contamination of allergens for their customers. The closing hours aren't consistent, at times the employees do not know when the store closes themselves. The hours do not match the hours on google, the DQ App, or the hours listed outside the store. Staff typically don't stay at this location for long so typically these practices are common.

Went in to get ice cream and I got the girlfriend some and just told her I'd take the free one they had to save some money. Never got the free one so she got to enjoy what I bought her but I didn't get mine and they weren't busy at the time or I'd just blame it on being busy but honestly I guess they just didn't care.

I went to drive-thru today (3/19/23) at Dairy Queen in Midland City, AL at the corner of 332 and Hwy 59 today at 12:30 p.m. (CT). Waited in the line between 7 or 8 min, which was fine. But when I finally got to the speaker the person said "hold, please". Then I waited another 6 or 7 min and the person said "order when you're ready". So I said a small cheese curds and she said "we don't have any cheese curds", which was disappointing but I said "ok then, a small reese's take 5 blizzard. Then she said "it's gonna be 5 or 10 minutes before I can make a blizzard". I said never mind and left. Nice customer service, Dairy Queen. There was also a time I went to the same store drive-thru during this past summer that they said they don't have any ice cream. At DQ and you don't have any ice cream?!? Then another time I went there (you'd think I'd have learned by that point) this past summer that I actually went inside and there were flies EVERYWHERE--on the front counter, flying around in the back where the food was being prepared, the workers were unfriendly. This store is badly managed and your employees need some attitude training. I don't expect them to ask me about my day, but at least don't make me feel like I'm an annoyance to yours

It seems that DQ in Chelsea, Al is under new management and our experience couldn't have been better! The general manager personally brought out our meal instead of shouting out the order was ready. She had the cutest conversation with my 5 year old daughter and even made sure to flip her blizzard upside down! Our food came out so fresh and delicious. Great job finding Ms chastity! We will be coming back as this is my daughters new favorite place!

Tracy H was fantastic when she helped me choose a couple of ice cream cakes for my Dad's 95th birthday earlier this week. Everyone loved the cakes and I came back for another one today. Great service and such a friendly store.

Posted by Missing the BBQ!

I REALLY miss the barbecue sandwich. I ate bbq and onion rings there in Salem Illinois DQ often. But now rarely have a reason to. Chicken strips and hamburgers are everywhere. I do get the hotdog once in a while but would love a bbq or tenderloin. Something different. Thank you for the blizzards and variety of ice cream though. But miss the bbq.

I have not been a frequent customer in the past
But I appreciate the corporate response to the recent incident in Zion.
I intend to frequent Dairy Queen much more regularly going forward.

Hello. My name is Denny Bauman from Nokomis, Illinois. I want to give kudos to our DQ owned by Tom and Joy Spainhour. They operate a exceptionally clean and efficient store. Their employees are top notch and are always clean and courteous. The Spainhours always praise their employees when they are brought up in conversation. The give jobs to our small community (2500 populations) students.
Their largest asset to our community is their generosity. They have huge hearts and are always donating to some organization or charity. I am on our local school board and I cannot begin to list what they do for our students in our schools.
In this world people usually express their negitivity on these sites. I am here to attest that our community is a much better place to live with their presents in Nokomis. Tom and Joy are always happy, positive people and I commend them for all they do.

I would just like to say that I had the best of pleasant experiences from a 1 Angela Windham. Not only did she smile genuinely she was very professional and polite. Albeit I was very confusing. In my opinion this and other food chains should have her as a role model for acquiring customers willingness to return. Keep up the GREAT work Angela at the Dairy Queen on the corner of Texas Avenue and Brentwood in College Station,Texas

I was at your Dairy Queen in Baxley, GA. on July 31. My order was a foot-long chili dog, a foot-long slaw dog, onion rings, and FF. They gave me two foot-long chili dogs. I am very disappointed in Dairy Queen. I should have checked my order but I didn't.

Today me and my sister went through the DQ drive thru in Winkler, MB. We had a large order for our entire family. It only took a short time for us to get all of our orders. Not one mistake was made in the entire order! We received fantastic, efficient service!

I just wanted to let dq know that ever since I've been coming for lunch to dq I notice that christine Jones always greets people with a great personality and always has that warm friendly feeling makes me want to come back for lunch all the time

I can't think of a single negative DQ experience. I love their cheese curds and Blizzards. Nothing beats DQ soft serve.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. I once tried a new type of Blizzard that I did not like, and when I complained, the friendly worker made me a new one free of charge. Great establishment!

Zach and the morning crew helped a elder women who does not have but a few days to live and the one thing she ask for was a hamburger, considering the time in the morning I had no easy task.. I finally ended up going to the DQ on Eisenhower and Hodgson Memorial drive in savannah ga. They were not prepared for what I came in for but that did not stop them they jumped to give her the one last thing she wanted, a hamburger. Zach also paid out of his own pocket for her. I broke into tears to see that this kind of kindness is still present. I will notify all CEO employees... Singed Kim cone

Hi. I recently went to the Dairy Queen on Williams and I35 in Georgetown tx. I am not a Dairy Queen regular so I can't really comment on the food however, I frequently dine out. I would just like to say that the attention I received from the staff, their friendliness and what appeared to be genuine concern for my satisfaction was outstanding. I was particularly impressed by Juan. He seemed to do it all. As a result, I will probably dine there again.

Choose a different job to apply to and work at. DQ is not the best place. Wage does not match the amount of work that poor management will end up putting on you. While I was there I was promised relief for when my shift ended but always had to stay past my scheduled hours. I'm currently in school so this caused grades to slip. Take my word for it, your wage at DQ will never match what you're dealing with there. Apply to other places.
