She was extremely professional and most helpful in providing information about flights and schedules about flying into Rapid City, SD and out of Salt Lake City, UT.
Continental is fortunate to have such outstanding telephone agents.

Maria, a/6, a tampa based customer service agent was the best agent my wife and I have ever worked with. She patiently assisted us, via phone/internet for over 30 minutes - walking us through the method to transfer air miles , use them for ticketing, and pay the difference via credit card on two separate trips. We just wanted to tell her supervisor, but I guess are only allowed to comment on her outstanding customer service skills through this site. We want her to be recognized for a job well done! after talking to your employee darlene george i felt compeled to let you know what a pleasure it was to deal with her. She went above and beyond to try to accommodate my husband's request and when he couldn't be satisfied she still was pleasant and tried to make things work. i hope you realize what a valued employee you have in darlene george. sincerely, patricia grube

Continental agent Michael Plunkett was very proficient and courteous when booking our tickets to Aruba. He had a great deal of knowledge and was able to answer all of our questions. Booking these tickets were hassle free and more companies should have employees such as Michael Plunkett on their team!

Baggage at Newark, NJ who did an outstanding
job at returning to our home something lost at the terminal, even though she had been out for three days with no coverage. Also please, Anna, thank the employee who gave you the note about this and the person who got you to the phone for me at 1621 when I called. Anna I was impressed with your kindness and efficiency and your supervisor should be be aware of this and take action.

We talked to "Susan" on your Superb Support Line regarding an 'apparently impossible' connection that the EXPEDIA On-Line Booking Service INSISTS is on the Itinerary - Edmonton to Houston - to Austin - 4 days for son's wedding - then to Guadalahara for abt 10 days - return Guadalahara to Houston - then a "ONE HOUR CONNECTION" from Houston to Edmonton! - Which requires immigration + baggage + a Terminal change + Security + walk to the Gate!!!! All in one hour! BIG PROBLEM!!! ***** Susan found us a better connection and at a lower price than I could find on line! AND then she quickly connected us to Antonio in Austin for a rental car. Our experience with the Continental Support could not have been better. Thank You CONTINENTAL for quick, polite, and effective SERVICE! We expect to repeat similar trips quite often.

I lost my cell phone on a Continental flight from LA to Cleveland. I realized this when I got to the Manchester, NH airport but no one there at the Continental or United desks could help me or even give me the time of day. I filled out a lost baggage claim but I got the feeling it was disappearing into a black hole. Feeling desperate, two days after my flight I called the Continental lost luggage number. I did not wait long on hold, I got excellent customer service, and THEY HAD FOUND MY PHONE! They are Fed-Exing it to me today. I paid for the Fed-Ex shipping. The information I filled out at the airport was no help but a phone call took care of it quickly and efficiently. Thank you Continental.

Booking my flight I received agent John Ordway and he had me laughing from the start. As this was my first time using my points, he worked to use the least amount.He was delightful and made me wish I could meet him! Made a difference in my day! Way to go John! Give that guy a raise!!!!

I would like to thank two members of Continental Airlines groundstaff at Milwaukee Airport who helped a group of travellers(11 including myself),on Saturday July 9th.
We were traveling via Houston to Guatemala City and were informed that we were not listed on the flight ! After much work and nummerous phone calls,we finally got on the flight.This was totally as a result of the hard work of two members of staff,Adele and Erica. Hello. We received excellent customer service from Mrs. Brook Agent (B7). We were scheduled to take a family trip on Continental to Buenes Aires departing on 7/25/11. As a family, there was a range of emotions and "what if's" given the volcano eruption in Chile. Mrs. Brooks had the empathy for us and the understanding that it was important to rebook a family vacation. She took the time and energy to rebook the trip taking us to Italy for basically no overall penalty. How lucky were we that Mrs. Brooks answered the phone. All of your agents should be like her. We need a letter of confirmation that we were unable to fly co126 Mar.23 and that we did fly co224 Mar.24 to Ireland The confirmation number is CQZ78B. Newark airport had storms and our JetBlue was delayed landing until 2:30 A.M. We were able to leave on co224 after missing co126. Continental Airlines customer service were very helpful at 2:30 A.M. when we had to reboook. Our insurance needs to know we did this with no additional cost but great inconvience. I've been traveling with Continental to and from the Dominican Republic for seven years now and to date I have no complaints. I love how fast I can check in and the food they offer is fantastic compared to other airlines. So far it's my favorite airline :)

I would like to say that I had a very nice experience on continental airlines, it was my first time flying with you. The customer service employees were very nice and the stewards on plane were all very nice. I thought you should know this, since most people only comment on the wrong. i would fly continental again.
