I haven't been to Buffalo Wild Wings in a few months and my experience yesterday was by far the worst service I have ever received I had the wrong food they remade my order and didn't call me to let me know so once I got my food it was extremely cold I spoke with someone on the phone who was not very polite and kept repeating were slammed in the kitchen all our manager are busy. Every company has been there before everyone is under staff you don't let your customers know that that's also not there issue your establishment you give great service no matter what's going on behind closed doors absolutely unacceptable

My husband and I were there for a birthday party,we got there at 7 pm Tuesday March 3, 2022. In the beginning the bartender was good and fast ,but the area did smell funny , kind of like vomit or old beer. My cousin arrived about 7:20.. She & her husband ordered drinks too she got hers an hour later ( margarita) he got a beer. The last of the crew followed. However we ended up moving to carpet area to be seat because it was 3 others that joined .. it was total of 10 .. my husband and I ordered 2 waters , 2 shots, & a beer ..which we got 40 minutes later or so , we went to the bar enquiring about it but was told our server Shanna never put the order in, ok that was undestood.. but why did it take 40 minutes plus for WATER and a draft beer? I don't understand...it was a party of 12 that came 15-30 minutes after us . Their server was good ..they had their waters and food way before us .. the manager a younger blk female was getting frustrated with us, I think because we all were asking about our drinks and food . While sitting there the staff members were twerking and on there phones or simply just walking around, not all but a few ...the manager stated we'd get 25%off .. which was only $1.37 , an insult..with all that waiting , missing food , ran out ketchup, ran out of jack daniel .. this was the worst dining experience I have in a long time now I know why I dont frequent BBW.. the service was horrible..the manager told us our food would be hot , the onion rings were not hot but we were so hungry we just ate them, the wings were" ok ".. to give is $1.37 off wasnt even worth it . The tab should have been null and void.if the service was good I'd say that but this was ridiculous.. we ordered at 7:45ish and got luke warm food later after constantly complaining.. I demand a refund or something .. it makes no sense.. I know alot of pla es are short staffed , shanna the server simply wasn't doing her job or she didnt want to wait on us , because we were told that she was flowing until we came along .. I'm.like what does that mean ? Was it being implied that she doesn't like serving blk patrons? .. I need answers and BBW can the wings back too

We have been to many Buffalo wild wings over the years. Normally they are very good but this one was past horrible. Somehow they managed to overcook the food to where it was almost impossible to eat but it was cold when they brought it to the table. Was complaining to the waiter that it was taking over an hour to get a burger and he yawned at me. The staff didn't bother to clean dirty tables in the time we were there, well over an hour. It might be a little more acceptable if they had been busy but there were not very many customers there. Needless to say we will not be returning to this Buffalo wild wings. Hopefully people will read the reviews for this restaurant before going. It seems that 99% of them have negative reviews. I'm really surprised that someone has not stepped in and done something to make this a better restaurant. This restaurant is a very very horrible representation for Buffalo wild wings.

Danvers Mass. location- we were told by the hostess that there was a 60 minute wait on the kitchen end. We said that was fine we didn't mind waiting as long as we could be seated. She had a scoul on her face from the minute we first saw her, difficult to get her attention to ask if we could even eat in the restaurant. One thing I found weird while we were waiting to get her attention was people were there to get their pickup orders and were being sent over to the were the take out orders were and everyone was touching each bag rather than the hostess handing them out as people came in. I know she was capable of being nice and smiling as there was a young man standing in front of her and she was all smiles and friendly. When we were finally seated, she walked way ahead of us, we guessed which table was ours by which table had menus on it. Never saw her again. The waitress was wonderful and said that there was no wait at all and there was no wait. Food was delicious. 1/22 @ 7 pm

I was wrongfully terminated by my general manager at the st. Clairsville Buffalo Wild Wings location. My general manager used her personal relationship with another server to value her words more and get me fired. I would like somebody to take me seriously because the other server threatened me to another server and she still continues to work at Buffalo Wild Wings while I got fired for having an apparent "bad attitude"

The respect in the training process is not at all used to protect employees from there voices from being heard. Was terminated on my third day because of it and they decided to defend the general manager at all cost even though it was a wrongful termination. Never would I recommend working at any buffilo wild wings.

I was at the Fresno location on W Shaw location May 16, 2021 around 9pm. I ordered my food online because nobody likes to answer the phone or it's answered they immediately hang up on customers. Upon arrival I was ignored. I was standing in line and nobody acknowledged me. I had to speak up in a loud voice so I can be attended to. I don't think that was necessary, if employees would do their job. My order was all wrong. I checked it when I was at home. I was so tired to go back and complain. The mango habanero wings had sauce on the side which I did not order that way. I ordered them cooked in sauce and an additional sauce on the side. The other order was honey bbq, when I took them home the wings were not cooked properly. I'm a usual custome, that buys wings on a weekly basis. After yesterday, this will be my last time going to Wild Buffalo Wings.

Today was my worst experience ever with a restaurant. I ordered wings and motzeralla sticks online a day early before I would pick them up. The next day I came in on time to pick up my order up and I ended waiting 2 hours for it. I have never seen so much chaos and disorganization of a restaurant
As I continued to wait for my online order I kept asking them where my order was they kept saying it was coming it was coming. Come on it doesn't take 2 hours to make this.As I continued to wait, and wait and than buffalo employees were taking walk in orders in and getting there food to them within 15 to 20 mintues what the heck is the point of ordering a day early and having 2 wait 2 hours This restaurant has severe problems and needs a new gm.

12-21-20 I had 2 orders for the Tuesday specials. Traditional wings on both. I spent $20.00 for wings that I couldnt enjoy. They were fried extremely hard almost burnt and they had none of the seasoning flavors that I choose. They ran out of celery and carrots too. I just want my money back. Everything I ordered was horrible

I had a very disappointing experience at the Belleville,IL store. They shorted us 5 wings on our pickup order. My husband called the store and the manager called him a liar. He refused to let us come back and get the 5 wings. We would not lie about 5 wings. I drove to the store and told him he was the lier. I had my mask on but none of the employees were wearing masks. He said you can go before I call the police. I left immediately. I did not threaten anyone or touch anyone or anything. I didn't stand there and argue with him. I just left. He called the police and sent them to my house. The police said for me not to go back there. You don't have to worry about that. I would never go back there. We got ripped off. Then we got called liars. When I called him on it he called the police. I have family and friends all over town that will never be bringing our bussiness back. The lack of respect and courtesy for customers by management is unprofessional. He exacerbated the issue by calling my husband a liar over the five wings. The wait staff has always been great but management needs training on customer service. If you go to Chic Fil A you can see what customer service should be like.

Ordered online, gave me a pickup time. Ended up having to go inside to see if it was ready, didn't even have it all together and was over the pickup time by 30 mins.. ordered 15 traditional and 15 boneless and only got boneless and didn't even get all of my food.. they told me they were busy, and that's understandable, but saw a lot of people standing around

Ordered curbside and was given a pickup time. The time was doubled. We were told twice it was a staffing issue, not enough people. Then she took our card to process and did r come back. We went inside and she was on the phone taking an order. By the time we got home Wings were cold. Won't be going back.

I work at the VA Police Department and i order online always an hour in advance due to it usually states when ordering after entered it will be ready in an hour. the BWW 150 E Centennial Parkway Suite 101 in Las Vegas Nevada is the worst i have ever been to. I go in and it isnt ready until an hour after i arrive so my orde takes over 2 hours for reg wings and 2 orders of 3 street tacos? They always have only on cook on Friday nights and never get my order right! The phone number says its busy when i call it for 3 hours straight, however i call the other BWW in the areas and they are able to answer with management on site. Corportate numbers are not allowed to be given out to customers makes no sense when i ask for one and they act like it is a normal way to function a restaurant. I have now been taken advantage of by being told that they perfer cash not card but i give them my card anyway due to i dont have cash and then they charge me for things i dont recieve and arent even able to answer a phone.

I was just there on 12 /15 /19 . I was shocked at the lack of Hygiene behind the bar at first . Then a woman walks in and sits at the bar with no pants/underwear and soliciting patrons while we are there . We asked a manager and nothing was done not even a move to another table or an apology of any kind .We had to move to another table ourselves to avoid being in the periphereal view of a naked women at the bar. Lack of training in this establishment is clear . The staff all knew about this person and did . nothing very disgusting . My wife and I requested to speak to a manager and never showed up. We had to look for her on our way out. The manager was inadequate and obviously under traiined, she did not look interested in resolving the situation and could care less, she told us to call the police ourselves. Neither our family nor us will be eating there again . Not to mention no transparency on beer prices 15 dollars for 2 beers ridicuolus! Buffalo Wings needs to re-think the game plan . You get a negative 5 stars on service and negative 10 on hygiene . Never Again! (location: 7020 Carpenter Rd., Village crossing, Skokie, IL) Village of Skokie will be notified.

Re the new location in Austin Landing, Miamisburg OH. Although the food & service was fine, the store itself is 1) very small 2) does not have a separate bar area apart from the family section of the restaurant. 3) seems to have lost the sports bar atmosphere 4) feels more like a fast food McDonalds that serves beer. We do not like it & have no desire to return. Friends we've spoken with say the same thing.

After trying three different Buffalo Wild Wings locations in Houston what remains consistent is the bad service. My last experience was waiting 15 minutes to be noticed after being seated. No one noticed us walk out. In a prior experience my wife basically had to beg to get her water glass filled. Orders on first two occasions were wrong and slow to come. Unfortunate but I'm done.

I am very upset to the point I felt like I was discriminated against today at you location in Tuscaloosa Alabama on McFarland Blvd. I have been coming to your bar for atleast 3 or 4 yrs. I have sat outside,inside and at your booths and bar seating. Sometimes I make a purchase and sometimes I don't. Well this morning at about 11am I came in sat at the bar and and started to watch the game. The tv was not a very good tv so I got up and moved to a table in the bar area. One of the servers came over with a menu for me to make a purchase. Being that it was early I told her I did not want to make one. I was watching the game maybe about 30 min and a manager with blond hair comes over and says I could not watch the game there if I did not make a purchase and because I was messing up the servers ability to make a tip. I have never felt so discriminated against in all my life. I am talking to you first cause I wanna take this to the news media. I thought a sports bar was the place to go to watch sports with no hassle. This place had maybe 15 people in it and I was not being loud or roudy so I feel like she was wrong. I did not get her name but I will never forget her smurky looking face. I was just there last Saturday watching that big game Alabama played and there was plenty of people in there not making no purchase but there was different management. People are in there all the time when I go in there watching sports and not making no purchase. Please do something cause I have plans to take this to the news media. My phone # 205 239 7439

Me and my friend arrived at 1a.m to eat some food in the back bar tonight. My friend went to the bathroom while I went to the bar to order a drink and food. Bartender in the back bar was cleaning when I arrived. He didn't acknowledge me so I ask if I can order food. He said its last call for food and only fried food. Then continued to clean. Didn't ask if I wanted a drink or anything. He seemed bothered that we arrived to order food. Other female bartender sat at a table with friends and wasn't working at all. I asked how is it 1am and you close at 2am that its last call. He says cause we trying to get home and not trying to put orders in anymore so he told me to order now or I ain't getting s*it. I was in shock that he would say that. Just turned around and kept working. It was a male bartender. This was around 1 am tonight. This is unacceptable and would like to know if this is a common practice here when there is still an hour left till you close!!!! South land mall location in Miami fl

Had a really bad experience at the Springfield Ohio store ordered some food tried to pay with a visa debit card as I had figured I had enough money on the card to pay for the order plus had a 5.00$ gift card I used also so the server came to me and said there was a balance of 4.07$ left I asked how this happened claimed the card I used it automatically takes out for a tip I then told her I had no money with me she then just left me standing there I had not a clue what was going on next thing I know a young man came to me and asked me what the problem was I asked who he was said he was the manager Cody I explained what was going on and that I did not know tips were taken out without your consent he then said well...these cards aren't good for paying for food at a restaurant I said it's still money and they work like cash was very rude and still waited for an hour for my food with no discount just said he would take care of it like it was a big issue poor costumer service not a very enjoyable experience thank you.

Worst experience I have ever had. I discourage anyone from going to this restaurant. Poor service. Rude unprofessional staff. Had to wait 20 min for a server and then over an hour and a half for good. Totally disgusted with this place absolutely my last time
