Service in the Alcoa TN location leaves a lot to be desired. There looked to be a whole 2 people in the restaurant tonight when I went to pick up my online order. I stood in the lobby for 5 minutes waiting to be acknowledged. Once I was acknowledged the staff was unpleasant as well as rude. Her comments were snarky and sarcastic. She made it very clear that either she didn't like her job or she just didn't want to be there. Their customer service is going down the toilet, no wonder the restaurant was practically empty.

Pre ordered online 10 min later I arrived and the lady with an attitude told me it just came up really it's placed in a peg board. I'm now in store waiting over 12 min I spoke to my phone to call customer service & my order magically appeared . Yeah not comfortable eating it now

Went to BWW near North Point Mall at 11:45 on Saturday. We were seated immediately by the hostess. Waited 15 minutes and hostess apologized that no one tended to us. Waited 10 more minutes and left. There were only 3 small groups having lunch. Not sure what the issue was but noticed 6 employees standing around. I'm not impatient, but this was odd. So, went next door to Lazy Dog and everything went well. I don't want anything, just thought you should know

At the location on South Semoran near the Orlando airport in Orlando, FL. Placed a to-go order on way from Disney Springs heading back home to Melbourne, FL. Young lady said 20-25 minutes. When we arrived we went to restroom and trash can was out of slot in wall laying in middle of floor. Bathroom cleanliness besides that - okay at best. Waited about 10 minutes at to-go desk area with 2 other ladies before anyone bothered to speak to us and stated will be about 5 more minutes (10:45). 1 lady left. We arrived at 10:30 pm which was 25 minutes after ordering. We finally got order around 10:52 from very friendly young man - 1st time he handled us. Floor in restaurant area near us was dirty and tables were not tidy. Literally big napkin laying in middle of floor, other larger garbage in some other spots that no one bothered to bend their ass over and pick it up. Pure laziness and lack of pride in their jobs. And I feel there was plenty of staff. My receipt was #10016 at 10:41 pm. I have been at this location and at times been a little unimpressed but this time definitely the worst. I don't want called about this, just letting you know. Will avoid this location in the near future.

Worst service ever. Went for Father's Day and waited over an hour for our food and then they didn't bring all the food. One person took there's home because they brought it as we were ready to leave. Never going back to Hixson Buffalo Wild Wings.

This is the second time today I called in an order to pickup and it takes over an hour to get the order there are plenty of employees standing around 7 I can see they seem to be having a good time but I'm not getting my food and I will never order from this store again it's the one on Yorktown Blvd in Corpus Christi Texas

I went to BWW with my family on Mothers day at 5 pm. Waited 20 mins before anyone came to the hostess stand. Then he said we only have one waiter you can stay if you want but it will be about a 45 min. Wait because we are in the middle of a shift change. We all go outside then my husband goes back in to complian. They end up seating us. My kids order chicken strips and they were out of batter so my daughter was in tears. The manager came over and said it is not my fault we are out of batter and it is normal to have only one waiter during shift change. I called corporate and another manager from the Longview TX location called me back also had her employees back and hung up on me. Never will I eat there again!

I was over charged by Buffalo Wild Wings 3x and can't get in touch with anyone in the corporate office about resolving my problem I won't EVER USE THIS PLACE AGAIN WITH MY CREDIT CARD

Spent 84$ between my husband and I. We've ordered fried pickles before from here, and this time, we got a quarter of the amount, all spread out, so they tried to make it look more than it was. My daughter got fries, which were not even a tad bit warm. My husband ordered dr. Pepper they gave him root beer. I ordered 6 wings and fries. My food was cold and couldn't even get through one wing. My husbands food was hot to the touch. He tried to wait on my new order but it took him finishing his whole plate before I got my re order. The service let alone the food is not worth the price. Go somwhere else.

Buffalo Wild Wings on Gloster Street in Tupelo, MS is the worst ever. Will never try it again. There were many, many empty tables and were told we would have a 20 minutes wait. After 20 minutes, we were told it would be another 45 minutes. The place was almost empty. We walked out and wont be back.

Just wanted to make a comment. My husband and I went to your establishment for the first time today. We used to go to Planet Wings, but they closed. I had asked if I could try a little dab of the sauce I was picking, but was told that was not allowed and that they charge for that.

I got my wings with the Asian sauce anyway. Not a fan. That was my whole point about asking to taste it before I put it on. I went home and washed all the sauce off. There should be a way to taste the sauce you choose before ruining your entire meal. The meal that cost me $75.00

On January 8th buddy of mine and I visited the Marquette Michigan store. This is one of our favorite restaurants. This visit however was not very good at all the service was okay at best. My buddy's food came out very very cold we had asked and told our waitress about it some of the food got replaced but still was not fresh. The wings seem like if they've been sitting out for quite some time before they got served to us. We had mentioned to our waitress she tried to take care of it I believe but she didn't really seem to care too much that we had been waiting a while and got cold food. My buddy really didn't even eat all his food let alone he didn't take any of it with him either he just had thrown out because it was such awful food. We both love this place you would continue to go back however that service and that food was a very bad experience for us.

HORRIBLE SERVICE- WAITING 15 minutes before a person would even come to the front to take my order WHILE THEY WERE NOT BUSY AT ALL- spoke with manager MO HOW WALKED AWAY WHEN I SAID I WANTED TO KNOW WHY NO ONE WOULD HELP TAKE AN ORDER.. I asked him a second time and he said I don't know- I honestly don't think he listened or cared at all SUPER CRAPPY SERVICE- lost my business and I WILL SPREAD THE WORD- don't want nice customers okay I will gladly pay for descent service some where else

Your location in Sacramento CA Arden Way one of the managers there was very rude and when we told him to get us more drinks that he's not our slave like bro your working for a reason my boys just wanted more drinks and he got botty hurt but this is unexpected we waisted like 200 dollars or more on there horrible service the waiter was taking forever and they are in bad moods like it's not our fault your working have respect for customers and he kicked us out for no reason and he was cussing at us we want him fired we need professional workers not little boys on there days cmon buffalo these are your workers

I went to your restaurant in Southland Mall, Miami Fl today, November 27, 202 and I placed my to go order, the cashier did not charge me at the time of the order because she needed a manager to override my military discount, she stated she'll charge me after the order comes out. I waited for over 30 minutes , every 10 minutes she'd say it's almost bagged. A gentleman that came after me got his food. I stated the obvious to the cashier and she stated they have two cooks, and doesn't know what else to tell me. Yes those were her disgusting words she used. I left really upset, I did not speak to the manager because he seemed just as incompetent as her. My twins and I were ending our day their after a beautiful Sunday. I am very disappointed of your staff, if she would have said I forgot to place the order, I would have understood but to say " I don't know what to tell you. Terrible.

Wanting to get a meal, cold bees and see the UVA-Duke football game Saturday, I contacted BWW on Eastwood in Wilmington NC to ask if the game would be on. The woman who answered took the time to check and let me know that the game would be televised in the restaurant. I checked the 40+ TVs when I got there and 10 other game were on, most on multiple screens as well as other programming. I asked a waiter to get the game on and he went to check with the manager. They spoke for about 5 minutes while I waited and the waiter returned to inform me that the manager was not going to put on the game. There were maybe 30-35 patrons and most weren't watching any game/TV. No other explanation and he wasn't professional enough to tell me himself. I drove 12-15 miles to BWW and then had to find another sports bar that would show the game. It was a poor

Boynton Beach Florida location has the worst service I've ever experienced both with customer and food there's nothing worse than spending money for food that's overcooked or undercooked ridiculous get rid of the building if you can't fix your staff

We were seated by the host and waited 45 minutes and never was waited on. The waitress just looked at us and walked away. Serving other people that were coming in after us. Do not go to Buffalo wild wings by the Texas motor Speedway

When the waitstaff asks for help, that means with running food and assisting at tables. It doesn't mean for the manager to start taking most of the tables, ringing up everything under themselves and keeping tips. The salaried manager shouldn't be making more in tips than the $2.13 servers

Can corporate please get involved before the BWW at 13868 E 116th St, Fishers, IN 46037 goes under from lack of management? Would love to chat with someone other than the GM and managers from this location. Not sure what level will review this but cooperate needs to get involved. A surprise visit, not a coordinated visit from corporate or directorate level needs to happen so they can actually see how this place is being run. Place is being run into the ground. Been visiting here on a regular basis for 6 years now. This has to be the worst run business I've ever seen. There are many regulars that try and frequent the place to help keep the lights on but of late the place hasn't been opening the bar area which is where you will make their money. Last few months they only open for takeout during the day and then family dining in the evening on most days. As a customer, you just never know what the hours are or what area is open unless you call first which we should not have to do. Place is never open in the bar on Mon and Wed as of late. When they are open, they shut the bar area down at 5pm and have made several customers cash out and leave. Plenty of waiters but they say they don't have enough bartenders, hire more and oh by the way, try and keep the good ones and get rid of the bad ones. Never see a manager working the bar serving customers and they've had three or more there. Then you wonder why this place is doing so bad and not making money. Make the few customers they do have upset so they end up not returning back. Food has been much better of late but that doesn't matter if you can't sit in the bar area or know when/what the hours are. One note, Heidi and Dewayne are the best two employees they have going for them right now. Place will for sure close if they happen to leave the place for better employment! Just amazing how all other business are now thriving all around this BWWs but they can' t seem to get it together. From my perspective, the new GM is not running the place very well and the couple of very young managers that have been promoted to lead are not that good. Many of the awesome servers/bartenders have been run off for less qualified or good ones. The few they do have are fed up with how it's all being managed.

The service was terrible I had to wait and hour for my wings the lady talked to other coworkers instead of checking on my order and her tables. Kabrasha was the servicer my food was cold and I asked for appetizers and she brought the wrong one. I didn't send it back because it took 30 minutes for me to get that. When she finally brought my food I wasn't hungry anymore cause I waited over and hour. The staff is not happy to be working everyone is mad and has a frown on there face.

Our family came in to eat at Buffalo Wild Wings in Clifton park on Sarurday Night. Our server Christian was really great, and super sweet. The power went out during the middle of dinner though and was out for about 10 minutes. My husband who was with us, was a restaurant manager before and was saying what a nightmare this must be during such a busy time. We just wanted to compliment the staff, and there was a manager Kevin who was there. We saw him personally come out and speak to every table and assured us all that they would do everything they could to continue getting food and drinks out as quickly as possible and that he appreciated our understanding for the delay. The tv's were all being redone, and you could see him working on the phone with somebody to get the computers screen stuff working again too. He must have come over to us 3 or 4 times to thank us and other customers for our patience. We felt so bad, but we just wanted to say how refreshing it was to see such professionalism during what must have been a nightmare for the workers and for him. Kevin even brought our food out when it was done and stayed to make small talk with our son who happened to have Kevin's favorite soccer team jersey on. He bought our son his meal because of that jersey, and told him if he kept up good grades the rest of the year at school to come back and ask for him and he would buy him dessert. We will be back to see Christian and we hope that Kevin is working too. What a great turn of events that could have been not so great because of the circumstances. #BuffaloWildWingFansForLife

We went to the Coldwater MI BWW on my birthday 1/13/1972 and I believe our server's name was Maribelle and she was 100% AMAZING!! Totally on top of things even though they were crazy busy!! My fiancee and I don't go out very often so to leave with smiles and lauding her was a great treat!!!

I have been to MANY MANY restaurants for takeout and have never come across anyone better than Gabie at the Gainesville store, at ANY restaurant, ANYWHERE!!! I have worked in restaurants for over 20yrs and know what I am talking about, and seeing, for that matter! Her demeanor? The best the higher ups could hope for.... Pinpoint accurate with time estimates.... Knows her job very well.... Unfortunately for me (now a Doordash driver) and everyone else ordering takeout from this store, she is one of those who is too good to stay in that spot too long. If I could say anything to her employer, don't let her go! Promote and teach her for future things in the company. I think it would be a wise decision. She just has "it".

Ate at your restaurant yesterday. Food was very good! Great atmosphere and customer service oriented. The General Manager was so polite and professional. Ate there several months ago and wasn't going back. My husband and I decided to try it again. Will definitely go back. Lots of improvement from before.

I work for buffalo wild wings in palm desert I was hired as a cook I was never properly trained they never gave me breaks sometimes lunch I been promised full time but only work 2 day a week been harrassed by my boss Courtney threatening to fire me she ask me if I was a us citizen she went as yelling and cussing in front of customers and employees I have been doing maintenance around the restaurant i ask for more hours they told me they will give me more hours but hired new. Employee and they have full time hours now i been on call. And I know my rights all this has cause me to lose my car my home now my family Been under a lot of stress and depression so now I'm seeking legal help

You may also want to do something about manager Jamie Batton. She on several occasions served tables under the name Lamie all while getting her manager1 pay hourly. She would purposely not try to call in a ser2ver so she could make the mo1n1ey. Illegally might I add. And she is spreading lies pertaining t my medical history and the fact I was in the hospital this year. I ultimately quit because of the gossip, the bullying and the outright disrespect from her among other managers. I have stories I could go on all day regarding her unprofessionalism and so on. Please address this so they don't lose all of their employees. I was a trainer for 2 years and this is how I'm treated while dealing with a disease. There are hipaa laws that she is breaking and I intend on yaking this to my attorney just thought you guys should know first.
