I will really appreciate you guys giving me a reply. I bought Emirate airline ticket for my daughter who suppose to travel from Lagos Nigeria to Sao Paulo via Dubai to connect with Taca airline to Belize from American airline in Belize city, my daughter will not be going back, because she will be schooling here, so i requested for the refund of the return ticket which suppose to be on the 11th of April, the customer care center i called left me online for almost 1hr until i ran out of credit, the guy i got 1st reluctantly told me that i can't get no refund, but that is a lie, because i already spoke with Emirate officials in Nigeria, they said i can get a refund but not from their office since the ticket was not issued by them. that i should contact the office where i paid the money, plz i need you pple to cancel the ticket & place it for refund because i need the money. Her last Name is Eze, 1st & middle name is Amarachi Favour, the eticket number is 0012175745927, ETICKET REF. IS DSNSHB. Am looking forward to getting reply from you people. My husband and I flew AA on 2/11/12 from ORD to MIA. I don't remember the flight #. We had great service! I think the flight attendent lead was Keith-very upbeat and kept things going. We flew 1st class. Nice seats!! (263) Thanks AA!!!

I spoke with AA agent Nina Simone and she was more than gracious and easy to understand. She explained everything to me and helped me reschedule my flight from Miami back to Seattle WA. It was a pleasure doing business with her as a wonderful representative of American Airlines.

I would like to congradulate American Airlines for having an employee like Anna Corsetti. I booked flights for my daughter to come for a visit, Cairo, Egypt to St. Louis, MO. Through several errors and unknowable glitches the reservations and flights got messed up. On my third attempt to straighten things out, fortunately I got Ms. Corsetti on the other end. She was overly appologetic for all the confusion and inconvience but more to the point tracked down all the problems and corrected them in a very courtious and frendly way. Turning fustration into a pleasent experence. I again congradulate American Airlines for having such an efficent and friendly employee.

The customer service operator was very helpful. I had a little trouble figuring where I needed to go but. I could not find a place on the site to get assigned seats. She said they were already assigned.

Regarding flight #1690 from Chicago to San Diego on Feb. 11, 2012. We would like to commend two of our flight attendents on this flight. Their service was outstanding, they were most friendly and couldn't do enough for those passengers under their care. They are: J. Winrow, employee #45721 and Mary Hedbany, employee #95375. GREAT JOB. Thanks. Nacny Stradley & Henry DiTomaso

Emily Gaber, General Manager, Sacramento:Dear Ms. Garber, I received expierenced a lost bag on my flight from Atlanta, Ga to Sacramento. I want to comment on how helpful and informative your staff was in helping locate my bag. They were persistent and kept me informed. After the fourth day, I was giving up hope, but your staff kept digging and finally found my bag, much to my delight!
Thank you and your wonderful staff!

I would like to take this opportunity to THANK American Airlines for all their care and support! At the end of December 2011( one of the busiest times of the year)American Airlines reservation personel worked with me on getting from OH to NM to see my dad who became very ill. I received nothing but wonderful, knowledgeable, friendly support. The gals that I spoke with are to be commended for their speady response to my urgent need and request. I was booked to fly out the day after my reservation was made and was on the way to the airport when my family called to tell me my dad had passed. :-( Calling the airlines, they immediately cancelled my flight and reimbursed me. With all of this, a kind thoughtful voice was offering their condolences to my family and me. A Heartfelt Thank You to all of you lovely folks that helped me through this difficult time! You are much appreciated! God Bless You and Happy New Year

I've never done this before, but feel that I need to put in a very positive plug for AA. In October 2010 I booked a trip to Antigua. All went well. I placed it in my calendar, coordinated with friend, booked location for January 8. Happened to speak with AA today about another booking and decided to "check on upgrade status" for my trip in two days. They said - "your trip is tomorrow." Shock and awe and oops!!! I totally flaked and made a mistake several months ago. I have earned executive platinum status on AA and they treated me with acknowledgment of that status - worked with me to figure this out and rebook me for the 8th. I am really appreciative of this service they provided and wish I had the agent's name to specifically report to AA what a great customer service she did.

Nov 26 we arrived at AA check in Ohare for a long awaited trip to Australia and New Zealand. Our travel agency had not informed us we needed a VISA. A phone call ensued. Eli (sp), our AA agent, caught VISA's agent's type-o and prevented a very disappointing event and luggage mistake. Had she not been so attentive and knowledgeable we would have missed out flight and possibly trip.
Our thanks to her will never be enough.

On 11/30/11 a ticket attendant was instrumental in securing my elderly Mother who had dementia and was consistantly missing her flights while at the FT Worth airport, the attendant made calls to FT Worth to assure that my Mother was located and secured on the third flight to Colorado Springs. Her name was Monique Scott from Colorado Springs. She was an outstanding ticket attendant who brings graet credit to American Airlines, and should be recognized for her true concern for people who fly with American Airlines. Thank you.

I was very very pleased with the service I received from American Airlines during my flight back from Prague to Heathrow, then finally to LAX. I was especially thankful for the help of one particular employee, Pedro Luz.

While booking my flight I glossed past my returning itinerary and didn't realize I had an overnight layover in Heathrow London. I was completely unprepared to find a hotel for the night and was exhausted from my trip all together. Pedro was kind enough to offer step by step directions on how to book a room at a nearby Travel Lodge and which bus to take to get back to the airport the next morning for my final flight to LAX. Not only that, he gave me a pound to use the airport computer to book my reservation as well as 5 more pounds for bus fare to and from Travel Lodge. I've never experienced more kind customer service. Pedro is an exemplary employee for American Airlines. The company should be proud to have him.

Hello,

I was and am satisfied with my experience with AA, American Airlines. The flight attendents were beautiful, kind, helpful and attentive. They let me walk to the back and stand, as was a long flight, and I was kind of even in the way but they were still proffessional, even personable or personal as they wanted to make sure i was comfortable. My mother has muscle cramps sometimes and they even came by to bring her water. That was my firsty time flying with them. I think they are amazing, most other airlines have stops, its not a straight flight, it was convenient and easy to book my flight, i saw the pilot and co pilot and they were warm and i especially just enjoyed the smiles because thats contagious happiness. Travelling gets hectic and annoying, American Airlines remembers this and really seems to try and accomodate with excellent customer care. My flight was on time. What really matters to me is it is the care that is taken as is required of course to make sure the plane is in good transportational order. I dont mind that i had a brief wait due to a minor , i cant recall but i do want to thank the maintenance technicians and just grateful they care too and found and fixed the problem. I love you and thank you. I reccommend them. Its true, flying the friendly skies.

Dear American Airlines:

The purpose for this communication is to personally thank you for "a job well done."

My husband and I flew to Reno from O' Hare on 11/22/11, which was a perfect flight.

Our return flight(1750)was on 11/29/11, which due to strong winds in Chicago our flight was delayed 2-1/2 hours. One hour into the flight we hit a lot of turbulance. I was extremely frightened and one of your attendance noticed my anxiety (did not get his name). He patiently talked with me and tried to reassure me. He graciously switched our seats and moved us to the front of the plane. Even though the flight was still rough, I was made very comfortable. This attendant was very sincere and made sure that my needs were met.

I feel your Airlines went above and beyond to help me and I truly appreciate your services. I definitely will fly with American Airlines again.

Thank You!

I want you to know about the great service Flight Attendant Moss provided me and my wife on Flight 155 from Heathrow to Boston on 31 Oct. 2011.

She is truly an outstanding representative for American Airlines and should be commended.

My partner and I had a wonderful experience with American Airlines. We were late for our first flight - and it was 100% our own fault. The person at check-in that told us checked our bags with absolutely no hassle and even bypassed the cost.

I proceeded to lose my passport on one of our flights and the staff went above and beyond to find the passport and run it across the terminal. They caught our connecting flight in the nick of time and even fought for my partner to be put on the plane as well. Even though he was originally going to continue to wait on standby for the next one.

We got to our destination and we were going to drive across back home to Canada. Our luggage was lost. However, they flew our luggage across the border to Toronto and delivered our ags the next day. It came to our door at 11pm; however, I couldn't be more pleased that AA understood how important it was for us to have our bags returned to us.

I will 100% be booking with AA again.

SATURDAY SEPT 24 I was scheduled to lddepart from SNA 6:45 to CO DEPART 10:33 for PHL 4:10Frontier had change the flight to Friday Sept 23, without letting me know,, I arrive at 5:15 expecting my flight only to be told they left the day before,!! I was told there was no flights to Phila. for the rest of the day and night, I had to figure it out on my own, They kept telling me I was a not show, I said know I showed, your plan didn't.
I lieu of my mother literally being on her death bed, and my urgency to get into Phila, and see my mom while she was still alive, I would think the agent would have something to offer me, I ask for assistance with another carrier, if they could please help me, she said
call your broker, What you just ask me to step aside and call me broker 5:15 AM and good luck? This is terrible. I said all the airlines her and not one is going to PHILA,, today? She said we have no flights your have to call your broker, your a no show, we left Friday, But my ticket confirmation clearly prints
SAT 24 ! Oh well, Call your broker,
Then the challenge and prayer as I wared against time started,
Travelocity help me secure a flight with UNITED into San Francisco, the USA took me to PHLA. 7:30PM
I think this was a disgrace not to be contacted on your flight change, You need a reply responder from your customers to confirm if they have been informed of your plan cancellation, Of course, I was told there was a $180 ticket change fee, despite the fact I did not change my ticket and 5:15 I was at the ticket counter for my 6:45 flight, Along with a difference in ticket pricing added to the purchased ticket rounding off to a wopping $605!! for a show not a no show.
AMERICAN airline allowed me to fly with my return flight, previous paid for ticke at extra charges, as Frontier said they would void my return flight because I was not taking Frontier to depart, therefore I could not use my previously return ticket, !! American was kind enough to secure this for me and accept my return flight as scheduled.
the two hours on the cell phone with many drop calls to India, China and the globe until I was able to reach USA was a night mare, Not to mention the stress of two hours praying at the last minute, finish line, my call would not get dropped,
So thank you American for letting me return from PHL with my ticket at no extra charge, and what a nice surprise, you even booked me Priority Aaccess, I never had that before, and it is really neat, ! How fun. I will continue to fly American,

By the time I reached my mother in the hospital it was 9:30 PM Not fair,

I just called the 800-433-7300 number and received excellent customer service. I pressed '0' once and then waited for about 1 1/2 minutes before a gentleman with a very pleasant voice answered. He was an American, so no accent barrier. He answered all if my questions efficiently and professionally. I wish I would have thought to ask for his name (which I usually do), because I would love to say thank you to him. I give this AA Customer Service call a 10+!

I am very satisfied with American Airlines. They have been very accomadating in every way. We are headed for a bad storm and American called us to give us options so to avoid problems with cancellations and so forth. They have been great with our family

American changed the schedule of an upcoming flight, creating an unworkable problem for me and making it impossible to meet critical committments. Margarite Ethridge, your customer service rep, helped us quickly change the schedule of our last flight, and was a very courteous and efficient employee. Many thanks!

As I was boarding AA flight 1724 out of Las Vegas on Saturday morning, the woman taking the boarding passes, noticed my name. She asked me who I was and where I worked. At first, I thought this strage, but she quickly explained that she had returned my brother's wallet shich he has lost the previous Tuesday on a Delta flight out of Gate 37E, to the lost and found. Since my brother didn't have a phone number, but mine was on a busines card that I gave him, she had tried several times to call me. Everything, including credit cards and $300.00 dollars was intact. Her name is Susan Gauff, and I'm very impressed with her integrity. When I offered her $100.00, as instructed by my brother, she refused. This woman is delightful and trustworthy. American Airlines should be proud of her.
