I lived up the street from 7-11 my whole life. The location is in croydon on neshaminy rd. They are so friendly & treat me like family. The store is always very clean & organized the employees are nice & friendly & the new coffee machines are amazing !!!! I swear the coffee is better then wawa Dunkin & Starbucks put together !!!!

I just wanted to share my awesome experience at your store in tyler texas at 4300 s. Broadway. You recently changed your management there and it was the best move you could have made. I went to this location when it first opened because it was close to my home and I was thrilled to have it and Laredo taco. After about my 3 trip in your store I experienced the worst manager of any store I ever entered!! She was rude not just to customers but to her own employees! She had a very foul mouth and was just an overall nasty individual! I swore then I would never stop there again and encouraged my family and friends to never do business there. Well I had a friend tell me to try it again because they had changed management and WOW!!! WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!! The new manager, all I know is her name is Sheryl, was my BEST experience of a manager I have ever encountered!!! So just wanted to say GOOD MOVE 7-11!! You now have my business again!!

Thank you for your employees assisting me after a medical procedure at a hospital, I begin to lose my balance and two lady employees ,caught me as I was falling and rubbed the nerves back in my leg,and took care of my coffee,I stopped for the best in the world.Pleasr remember them the greatest store ever,they to me saved my life. The store is at Audelia and white rock ave in Dallas Texas.Can you remember but them, with a bonus. Forever grateful

I've been an avid Slurpee drinker for over 45 years. Lol. I was just wondering if you've thought about bringing back the classic flavors like Grape, Orange and Lime? I go into 7 11 daily sometimes multiple times a day and I have been for many years now getting my coffee.there is the sweetest young woman named Menda working there now,and let me tell you what she is the whole package deal. Great customer service skills, she is has the most friendly greeting an smile. She always ask how I'm doing,how my day is,an makes every trip a good one. She has learned my times I come into the store makes sure I always have a fresh pot of coffee including decaf because I mix both together. She memorized my rewards card number,and recently helped me fix my card issue of my coffee not being one dollar. her taking the time to help a senior such as myself means a lot to me,and I'm sure others as well. This young lady deserves the upmost credit for all she does for her 711. The store is so much more cleaner then I ever remember it being she is what I would call a busy body always cleaning stocking doing something to better the store. When you hired her you sure got a good one hope she stays around for the Long haul because she said the other day to me my goal is to make my customers smile, and happy, she sure does that to the fullest. Thank you 711 for finally getting some good help in my local store.
