This is by far the worst customer service I have EVER received!!!! I have been sending papers to a loved one that is away right now and for some reason it gets sent for a short period of time then stops all of the sudden! I have called now 3 times to get this fixed and am now fed up!!!! At first they apologized and said I would get credited for the papers I did not get (NEVER HAPPENED!) Then it happened again, same thing! Now they have ALL of my information in the system WRONG! Not only do they have the incorrect address, they have an email address that never exsisted and they have me in the system as getting Sports Weekly when I have been getting USA Today the entire time!!! I am furious!!!! I asked the lady if she even had the right account and she assured me she did. I said well then I do not know what kind of company you run here but I need an account manager to please call me asap to get this straightened out. She also told me she would call me back between yesterday and today...Not a call!!! What do I have to do to get this issue resolved????????

I have been trying to get the paper delivered to my boss's home since May 26 and it is now June 10. I have called several times and here are the responses; 1)not able to be routed due to an early morning delivery request 2) not able to be routed 3) waiting for the system to make the address label 4) the delivery address will not confirm in their system. I have asked to speak to a manager to escalate my concern and they told me one was "not available" and that my issue needs to be resolved by their routing department which will take several days. I gave them my telephone number for someone to call me back and I'm still waiting for their call. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen.

I work in a hotel that gets a bundle of USA papers each weekday. I mean we SHOULD get a bundle every weekday. But USA Today is the WORST as far as delivery is concerned. The papers either are late, thrown on the sidewalk or are not delivered at all.

Reader concern alert:

I enjoy USA Today daily by viewing the publication on my iPad. The advertising that T Mobil recently inserted is destroying the enjoyment of readership. It totally knocks out access to your paper.



Thre seems to be no easy way to delete the full page cover up, and the "continue news" arrow at the bottom is VERY misleading.



This massive distraction is very rude, and is going to be very negative for reader enjoyment.



I only hope you get my drift, as it is not often that I share my wisdom, or go to the extreme of contacting a main office.

Bait and switch on rates. I had a special rate offered by phone and then was billed at regular rate. I called a number of times trying to get them to honor this rate and told they would send it on to accounting department to figure it out. This is a total waste of time, since they do nothing.

Called Prior To End Of February And Canceled

Paper. Representative Told Me That Name And # On Confirmation Card Was Incorrect. Paper

Continued Plus The Credit Card Was Charged For Another Month. Called On 3/3/14..spoke To Robbie. He Was To Cancel Paper Again And Said He Would Have A Credit Issued. Paper Still Being Delivered. No Sense Calling Customer Serice Has Nothing Happens So Papers Are

Put In The Trash.

Why do you publish a phone number for customer support is no one ever answers?
Today, June 2, 2014, I was on two different phones for more than two hours listening to a recording, after being told the wait for 7-12 minutes. No one ever answered. And you have the nerve to publish Ask Jeff about it being difficult to reach Verizon? For the price of subscriptions, you certainly could do better in customer support .

Been on hold two different times today for over two hours on two different phones and they still have not answered either one. Wait time was 7-12 minutes. Hah! Try many hours! And they still have not answered. Why do they post a phone number when no one ever answers. They even have an article on UDAToday called Ask Jeff about the problem getting Verizon to answer the phone. They should look at themselves. They are even worse criticizing some one else.

Every time USA Today is not delivered I call customer service and am told someone will bring the paper. This was an outright lie. No one ever brings the paper. When you call back to tell them you have still not received it they tell you it is beyond the redelivery time. The rep will not let you speak with a supervisor. This has happened so many times that the only possible reason is the Reps are told to lie. Never once have they brought the paper when I was told they would. This is a terrible company. Once they get your money they do not care about whether you get your paper or not.

Did not receive paper today 9/9/13, therefore called to report the issue whereupon after entering all info, apparently they have no record of my account. Have been waiting to speak to
a rep for 20 minutes. Will not renew as
this paper is written for the 3rd grade reader. Still waiting..................

USA Today customer service is very hard to contact. When you do, they are very uncaring. All they want is money, they do not want to listen to you. I was being double billed for the month of June and they would not acknowledge this. I cancelled my subscription. I would caution everyone to read their bill very carefully. Take not of the subscription period covered by the bill. Remember, you do have options for news, the Internet, local newspapers etc... USA today is only a repetition of the news you can view on the internet or television. You do not have to put up with poor customer or nonexistant customer service. Your money is 100% good. USA today is not.

I had purchased a gift subscription for my son for Christmas. He received it daily in California, but has now moved to the Atlanta area. (Alpharetta) He has had no paper for three weeks. Customer service ( I use the term loosely) has been called three days in a row - still no paper. They are very polite, tell me what I want to hear, and tell me the district manager will call me to discuss the issue. That never happened and still no paper.

Takira in customer service ( ext 57240 ) was rude and unwilling to even suggest any option for what would seem a simple question. She also stated there was no one for me to speak to when I asked to speak to her supervisor. My question was whether there had been problems accessing the USA Today app. She seemed to not grasp the idea that someone from USA Today customer service might be expected to give a customer a contact, phone number or some kind of suggestion of where to seek answers if she did not know. She is supposedly a customer service supervisor in Miami, and implied she had no help for anyone who didn't have a paid subscription.

The delivery service of USA today is terrible. I can't count on when I'm going to get my paper. I'ts actually being delivered by someone from the Arizona Republic....who apparently doesn't care.

I want to read news in an orderly manner and not skip all around each page. I want to read rational letters of opinion -not blurbs or sound bites. You seemed to be journalists-now you are ordinary.

Never will use this company again. The rep just scream at me!! She is from Nashville....Some Amy lady that is a no one!.She definitely needs to get into another profession? Maybe wrestling or something? Not customer service? I can not believe that USA Today allows people like her to work and represent them? They probably need to check her out? I am sure their stocks are down. Now I know why?? I am a owner of a hotel and will never use USA Today paper in my hotel again!!!! and will make sure everyone I know ...knows how they run their business!!
