This is by far the worst customer service I have EVER received!!!! I have been sending papers to a loved one that is away right now and for some reason it gets sent for a short period of time then stops all of the sudden! I have called now 3 times to get this fixed and am now fed up!!!! At first they apologized and said I would get credited for the papers I did not get (NEVER HAPPENED!) Then it happened again, same thing! Now they have ALL of my information in the system WRONG! Not only do they have the incorrect address, they have an email address that never exsisted and they have me in the system as getting Sports Weekly when I have been getting USA Today the entire time!!! I am furious!!!! I asked the lady if she even had the right account and she assured me she did. I said well then I do not know what kind of company you run here but I need an account manager to please call me asap to get this straightened out. She also told me she would call me back between yesterday and today...Not a call!!! What do I have to do to get this issue resolved????????
