Horrible Customer Service!!!! Billed for paper I didn't want then charged $255 to my credit card. Have been trying for over a month to get my money back! Don't ever subscribe to any publication by this company. You will certainly regret it.

Finally canceled my subscription after 20 years because I have not been receiving my paper since about February called numerous times get great lip service but no paper sorry that they're running such a shabby business anymore did enjoy it while I had it

Worst Customer Service Reps I Have Ever Had To Deal With. Cannot Speak English, Disconnected 3 Times, Was Told No Supervisor Available If You Don't Like Me Hang Up And Call Back To Speak To Another Rep.

Missed deliveries took two days to resolve. The process to assist a disabled vetran is usless . Mr Ralston is unable to text or type on a laptop. The phone call to USA TODAY Sports Weekly was cumbersome and not resolved. Mr Ralston had to call Veterans Services for assistance. As a volunteer I helped Mr Ralston after a long and useless waste of time. Please feel free to contact me at 530-798-1020 anytime . Best regards Richard Beadles .

I have been missing the USATODAY for over 5 months. Local distributor does not seem to be able to MAKE a carrier deliver.

I put in a transfer on the 7th to have my paper delivered to my new address and they said I have it by the 9th and I haven't received one paper yet.Every time I call I hear the same thing I'll get that right in to my supervisor either you not contact the Houston paper delivering in Houston I.don't know.This is the 4th I have contact you and still no paper

I collect newspapers from notable events and was late to the punch on two. I ordered two back issues that I was told would include what I was looking for. I received two incomplete papers.

Called customer service at the time three months ago and was told they were reordered "complete". Called two months ago because I never received the replacements. Same happened last month. Nothing new was received at all. Then last week I call about a refund, didn't get that either. Three months of this crap. I'm calling my credit card company.

Terrible is the word for USA Today "customer service". They will lie, cheat and steal any way they can. They make promises and don't keep them. They agreed to a price for a year in writing and then took out of my account $116 more than agreed upon. All the service people are Indian and speak various forms of English. They all are trained to say the same things - and lie with impunity.

Not happy with my carrier. Did not receive paper for two weeks. Called your help desk almost every day. Finally received Tues, Wed and Thurs. but not Friday or today. Will you please resume mailing as you used to. I know I can read online. But prefer my paper copies. Also I sometimes like to look at previous articles and cannot do do with online version. If you cannot resolve this I may have to drop the paper version and only take the online version. But I do not want to.

I'm blowing out the candles on my birthday cake as I've turned another year older waiting for your so called customer service on the phone. Someone must have a good sense of humor, however, as they the initial recording tells you it's only a 15 minute wait time (it's been 39 minutes and counting). I was hoping to give you money and subscribe to your sports newspaper but no such luck. What a lousy experience!

I purchased USA Today for a friend who is incarcerated. The paper stopped showing up and I, being the purchaser still received the email edition. My credit card number was somehow changed and I was told it was canceled, while still getting the email version, but I was told it was canceled nearly a month ago?? I did not change the cc number. The paper was also sent to a different location and I did't change the location.After several calls, the last one with an argumentative customer service rep,I asked to speak to a supervisor.I was told the supervisor would tell me the same outcome. I'm irate.
I wouldn't line a bird cage with this paper after this experience.. The way I was treated is inexcusable. One more thing, I have never in my life written an online review of anything. To me its a waste of time, just like trying to do business with the USA Today.
