RCA Used To Be A Good Product... Now They Are Using & Making The Bare Minimum, To Make Their Products Work. For Example, I Got A Digital T.V. & Digital Antenna - They Know Thicker Copper On Cable For Antenna Gives BETTER Reception, & They Use The Thinnist Cable Possible. One Minute The Antenna Works, Next Minute It Doesn't. It Will Work Perfectly For Hours, Suddenly You Have To Fight To Find The Right Spot For Reception, & Then It Is Constantly Playing With It All Day, Just To Watch T.V. Such B.S. Be cause America Used To Make Quality Products

Well it's nice to see other peoples reviews and learn I'm not the only one. By far the WORST customer service, I have NEVER been spoken to so rudely and then to have a "supervisor" hang up on me. I was simply asking why if my television has a 1 year warranty why I only have 30 days to do a "field district" when they submit the claim....they don't tell you that verbally only after the claim has been submitted and they send an email. My tv was 5 months old and went from having a 1 year warranty to 30 days. That claim should be open until that 1 year warranty is up. I will NEVER buy an RCA product again. I am so disappointed

I purchased one of their "70 smart TV's lass than 3 months ago, and of course it's already broken. I also found that the tv was built less than 10 months ago, so it goes to show that "new" doesn't mean "good". Customer service was nearly impossible to reach. After several emails and phone calls, I finally got a hold of Kenny Williams from customer service who refused to replace the TV or issue a refund or be of assistance in any way. It has been a back a fourth of going nowhere with them, and I have been without the tv for over a month now. I do not imagine this issue will be getting resolved, and I will never consider any product from RCA again.

Received a RCA television as a warranty replacement in November after Thanksgiving. It worked for 2 months. Contacted the Warranty people and jumped through hoops for 3 weeks before they said they would honor the warranty. So far its been an additional 3 weeks and I have not heard another word from them. I will never buy another RCA television if this is what you can expect if they break. Again total it's been a month and half with no TV.

Having trouble getting someone from customer service to call me back about the issue I have with my rca tv.They sent me and E.Mail asking what the trouble was and once they got my e mail someone who contact me that was 4days ago .This isn't the first time I had trouble with them.The CEO of the Company should fire all of them.Nothing but a bunch of liars.

4 months after purchase I have lines across screen, filed claim 9n website, they offer no directions or questions when asked about filling out the information, close claim with no reason given, the claim site is setup to fail and drag case out intentionally.I will never again buy this brand,thieves and they know it. I have 6 months left and a board house wife and I do plan on being a thorn

Digital antenna review.
I live in Golden CO, eight miles from the TV towers on lookout mountain.

This thing is garbage. You all are thieves.

My TV works better without this POS.

I am 55 years old. Have bought RCA in the past. Never again.

Also. Why even bother with a tec support line when NO ONE EVER ANSERS.

My vehicle is brak down last near 3 hours I have 2 children age 3 or 7 with me call or request a 3/4 time till not received any help ,and also very misbehave the phone call attnd at RCA helpline

RCA tv are a joke. I can't find a replacement remote and just purchased the tv and two of the hdmi ports do not work they really need to step up there game and replace my tv and remote asap or I'm telling everyone not to buy one

I have had a portable dishwasher for 4 months it quit working been sending pictures for 3 weeks no they just say wait 3-5 days and then send more then wait 3-5 days over and over,you cant talk with anyone, no more RCA for me

I bought an RCA Roku TV as I thought it was a good reputable brand. Long standing. I have an issue with audio which is still unresolved. Roku has responded to emails and asked for my phone number and I have spoke to 2 support reps. I have left messages with RCA and emailed and to date no response to either. Gone are the days of good service. I won't buy another RCA and will not recommend to others. Still having audio issues. Thanks RCA for nothing.

Bought a 55in rca tv having trouble with the colour called customer service told me someone would get back to me in 72hrs .Waited 84 hrs no call contacted they again they said someone would call me at 11next day no call.Contacted them 2hrs later they said someone called me the day before but they didn't .Told me someone would call within a day won't hold my breath.Worst customer service i ever experienced.Stay away from buying anything from Rca.

I had purchased large rca television for my husband for Christmas 2020. The following November starting to get red lines off and on. Before Christmas 2021 it had no picture and half of the screen had red lines with white floating across the whole screen. At first had sound then that was gone too. Did not last a year even. So disappointing. I always have supported the rca name. Thought put this out there to the company what a customer like me experienced. I'm not wealthy. I had to save to purchase this nice gift for my husband's Christmas! I'll chalk it up as one of those things that happens but certainly not happy about it. Next time think twice about the RCA name.

I am trying to get my countertop dishwasher fixed or replaced. They tell me send photos I did. I called back many times asking what is taking so long. They lie and said my email is locked. No it's not. I gave them another email address. Still nothing. They talk to you like your stupid. I have one question where is the email saying what are they doing to fix or replace my dishwasher. This started on Dec 5 2021. It's now Dec 22 still nothing. Last time I buy RCA. Cf120521657421 maybe somebody that works for RCA will fix this.

WOW!!!-- A huge SHOUT-OUT to those who've determined that RCA's so-called "Customer Support" department is unresponsive, negligent and corrupt. As for me, I wonder how anyone ever got through to RCA, to begin with. Just spent a full morning and afternoon dialing so-called "RCA Tech Support" numbers -- ALL of which turned out to be "Out Of Service" numbers, numbers for other businesses (i.e., Sears Corp.). and dozens of other useless numbers that lead to dozens MORE useless numbers. You'd stand a better chance at reaching Motown's Marvelettes at "Beachwood 4-5789," than you would reaching an RCA rep with a heartbeat.
Be Advised, Folks-- RCA is the Super Spreader Viral Infection of product suppliers.
AVOID RCA PRODUCTS LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! How'd this 'Secret Society Of The Indisposed' ever make it so far??? SPOILER ALERT: You CAN'T call them up and have a "date" any ol' time... cause' there'll never COME a time!!!

Buyers Beware! Bought a RCA mini refrigerator. The refrigerator was used in a classroom it did not last a full year. After contacting the company they said my warranty expired the day that I purchased it on August 30. However, The appliance was never shipped until October 8th. I have proof that the shipped date was after October. They said sorry your purchase date was August therefore your warranty is expired. Very poor customer service! Don't recommend their Products!

I received the worst ever customer service over the RCS line. They put me on hold for over 15min just to get into my account. For such a big company it's disappointing to get such services. It's clear customer retention is not on their plans.

I bought a 58 inch tv for my disabled husband took eight months to save the money and in less than 6 months for the tv to get a bright red line on screen they keep saying we never sent pics and then no one near you to fix it or my personal fan we don't have a record of that tv ever being sold one person says yes we will fix others said form on way to get a refund never got anything. Except screwed out of my hard earn money. Rca sucks customer service is a joke

I had bought a RCA TV from walmart also . The TV lasted 10 months . Then i stopped working no picture no sound . Spent 250 dollar for thjis TV. contacted RCA had to take it to repair shop . This was the repair shop were they told me to take it to .Then they wanted clear visible photos of the tv . when the tv was on an off . well they got photos of a black screen . they also wanted photos of model number an S/N . Pluse a video .The repair shop said the TV could not be fixed . Rca said they would send a new TV to them. well that was 3 months ago . i have been in contact with Curtis witch is RCA.I keep sending them emails on how much longer . They said they need more time . NEVER AGAIN . I WILL NOT BUY A RCA . I am also telling everone about this . I am not giving up i am going after them .

I bought a 10" Viking iii Ipad on July 18/19, for $150.
On Sept 22/19 it no longer works. Got the runaround from Walmart and RCA, and cannot find any COMPLAINTS DEPT AT ALL.
Got an email from the Parts Dept that want me to courier it to them ($40) and also send $42 USD so $50 Cdn. = $90 in total to either fix it or send me another refurbished one.
This is the WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE i have ever had in my life !!!
I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING RCA AGAIN AND WILL MAKE SURE I TELL ALL MY FRIENDS.

I bought three 7 inch Walmart rca tablets for my granddaughters , one quit working after 1hour of use , one of the left the electrical posts on the plug in adapter it pulled apart when my granddaughter unplugged it and gave her a electric shock , that was very dangerous and scary , she cried her butt off , took the tablets back and traded them for a different brand , don't buy these 7 inch rca tablets from Walmart , they are terribly unsafe

I did not have a question, but wish to offer kudos to RCA for my television. It had been passed down to me by my mother and after 40+ years finally died. It is a handsome console type with speakers and the television itself encased in the wood. I still use it as a piece of furniture.

My tablet stopped charging after a month. I emailed customer service and told them about the problem. They sent me a electronic label and I sent back my old tablet and about 6 wks later I got a replacement. So far no problems with it.

The man that I spoke with today was soooo helpful. He is from India and he worked with me instead of telling me no no no. He also was very professional calling me mam and waiting paitentally while I found seral nos.,etc... . RCA should hire more people like him. One regret I have is that I don't remember his name so that I could mention him.

I just wanted to let RCA know that I have a console it is RCA ColorTrack stereo monitoring TV. It is over 25 years old and runs like a top. It has been transported from house to house and never skipped a beat.

I, too received an RCA Pro 10 Edition, 10" screen tablet for Christmas. I have not used it too much and now it will not turn on. Luckily, my husband ordered it for me and I had the receipt with the order number. I had also registered the 1 year warranty online soon after I received it. Walmart will not accept it for a return, but I called this number in the RCA user manual: 1-855-475-9646. The guy was helpful, and they are sending me a new tablet, though he said it would take 3 to 4 weeks. Wow, that is a long time! After I receive the new one, then I am to return the non-working one with a pre-paid label that they are sending. I am thankful that I had registered the warranty. I just hope this next one is trouble free, as the first one didn't last long at all.

Picked up a 7" tab on the fly, needed something at that moment and the price was right. I have found the unit to be very user friendly and works for what it was designed. Ya its not top of the line and was not designed to be. I'm a Electronics Eng. and IT by tried. I have read through the comments and found that most complaints sound like user created issues. So! In a nut shell, you pay for what you get. If you think your going to get durability and top of the line for 50 to 100 bucks maybe you should stick to desktops or laptops. I find the product works as designed and plan on buying a few more for x-mas gifts this year 2014.

If you are having an issue and need to file a manufacture warranty claim send an email about what you are needing and why to they will get in contact with you almost immediately and assist you with filing the claim and taking care of the issue.

OMG, so I called all these stupid numbers that I kept finding online, but got no where until..... one of those numbers that was actually for small business product inquiries gave me this number for Tech Support..... even though they weren't able to help me immediately they did tell me what I needed to do in order to call back and set up a service date. My tv was a gift to my teen boys from my dad for Christmas last year. All RCA TV's come with a one year warranty, but I need the receipt in order to have it serviced without having to pay for it! Soooo, even if they can't help with your immediate problem at least they can guide you in the right direction! Very impressed with Makensie at RCA Support! She was super nice!!!

id like to take a minute to compliment RCA...i have had an RCA VCR since before graduating high school..it is at least 23 years old...the only things i have done to it over the years was clean the VCR with head cleaner and change tapes every so often...it has quit working as of last week end...WOW! I wanted to buy another VCR like that one.Thanks RCA!

I have the same issue as the rest of the 46" LCD RCA TV's complaints on here; however, I have never had an issue reaching On Corp US. Specifically, Alan E. and Diana D. both from ON Corp US have been open, honest and reply via email in a timely fashion. While the process is grueling slow I have been told upfront that it is. The amount of complaints they are processing from the failed manufacturing of this TV is enmorous and I can appreciate and understand the delays. We are at the point of waiting for our new TV to be shipped, but I am emailed on the progress and any delays. While I am not satisfied with the long process I am more than thrilled with the customer service and communications.

I had the exact problems as everyone else & none would ever call me from RCA after waiting close to 2 months. Couldn't reach them, message box full, disconnected while trying to input my model # which they claim is 3 digits and it is really 2 digits & a letter and automatically disconnects you. I finally called Best Buy, where I bought the TV & they sent out their Geek Squad today, determined the TV was not fixable, & gave me a return receipt so I could take it back to the store. I did that and added on $45 more and bought an LG & I'm so happy to be done with RCA & the TV from hell. For those of you waiting, if you bought it at Best Buy, they are standing by the warranty and I recommend you give them a try and GOOD LUCK!

Just wanted to let everyone know that i got my replacement 46" LCD TV and it only took a week and a couple of days. I left some nasty messages with On Corp, the 858 798 3300 no. and then Melody called back. She is so very pleasant. She answers her phone and returns phone calls. She is definitely on top of her game. On 5-14-2012 i left a nasty review on this site so i'm writing again to retract it. My LCD is working like a champ and i'm happy once again. If you're having problems call ext #111, Melody is priceless.

I just want to tell you I have had my big screen RCA tv since the year 2000, and have not put a dime in to it. I love it, and when I go to buy a hdtv, I will be looking for a big screen RCA. If my next RCA tv last me as long as this one, I will be so very very happy. I still have my big old big screen RCA tv in my living room, and will use it until it needs work done on it. I have moved four times since I have had it for 11 years, and still has the best picture. Please keep up the great job on you tv's. Thank you, thank you, thank you. A very satisfied customer. I have read several of these comments. What you all need to know is the RCA TV business was sold some years back to a Chinese company. That company in turn destroyed what was left of the name and brand. Now the RCA name is being used by another company, but the name is owned by Technicolor. As a former RCA employee (Technical assist) I hated to see the brand destroyed the way it was.

after only 8 months my mp3(m4304)player completely went d.o.a. & i only had 12 songs on it. after reading all these complaints about RCA i just knew i had wasted my money.
LUCKY i had my receipt and paid $8.00 to ship back to RCA and within 2 weeks they shipped me a brand new mp3 players. Hopefully i get a longer life span out of this one, but i had no problem with RCA standing behind the warranty on this transaction. thanks

The business products division is staffed by intelligent, well spoken, knowledgeable CSRs. The call was picked up in seconds and my problem with a Visys phone fixed in about one minute.

I was referred to the Business Products division (800-511-3180) from the Consumer Electronics number listed above. If only all customer service could be like this. This is a very popular business phone and I guess companies with hundreds of fairly expensive phones are not going to put up with the crap of mere "civilians" who buy TVs and such.

Just thought I would add a few thoughts. I work for a store that sells many different models of tv's, RCA being one of these. I have now worked there for two years and can honestly say that less than half of the RCA tv's we have do not work. The ones that do work are usually missing the base so we have to discount them any way. We have had problems from dead pixels to one of our display models starting on fire. I have lost all faith in RCA and would advise people to steer clear of their tv's.
